Ive had a challenging time finding the right pediatric allergist in the Tampa area for my son, who has nut and other allergies. How refreshing to meet Dr. Pepper and her staff, all of whom were professional, organized and kind. Dr. Pepper was timely, thorough, interested and listening, and I feel confident she is taking steps to understand how to best treat my son. Even my little guy commented how nice everyone was! We welcomed an intern to observe, and I was impressed with the time and respect the doctor showed her, as well. What a relief I feel to have found Dr. Pepper and her team.

Originally I gave the office 3 stars, but changing to 5 stars. Within a day of the origins l review the office politely called me to talk about any issues I’ve had in the past and reassured me that if I ever have issues again they will handle them.——————I’ve been going to this same location for over a year now. Dr. Pepper is absolutely amazing, but I share the same opinion as the other reviews about the office staff.

The doctors here a great. Dr Glaum is wonderful! BUT the current issue is that when you call either office location no one answers at all, and it’s during business hours. You have to leave a voice mail each time. Ive called multiple times. I’ve been leaving messages for a prescription that needs authorization from insurance. I am almost out. No one had returned my calls in two days. I might need to switch doctors due to these issues with the office staff

Saw Dr. Pepper for the first time. A very personable lady who appears to be listening well and who hopefully came up with a solution to my very ancient problem.

In all the years I’ve been trying to get all my issues figured out this place and doctors did it. They are very thorough and detailed. They don’t rush you or blow you off. They take you seriously. I wish I would have found this place years ago. Dr. Lockey is amazing. He’s been around a long time and knows what he’s doing.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.Received a referral from another doctor to your office.First, it took OVER A MONTH to get a call about the referral.Second, when I did call i asked for better service than your receptionist was giving since she had a horrible tone and didnt want to help me determine the best physician in your office to treat me and SHE HUNG UP ON ME.I cannot recommend an office that treats people like this.

Great Allergy Office Alert!! As a healthcare professional in the Tampa area, I am SO THANKFUL to find such a PHENOMIAL independently owned practice (but large enough to find someone to fit you in) located right in the center of Hyde Park. I believe this is a branch of the main office in North Tampa, still, they have such convenient appts. on several days of the week and still do all of the allergy testing and injections. YOU WILL NOT REGRET SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT AT THIS PRACTICE!

Doctors are very caring and compassionate

Called to schedule an appointment and got one, yay! But showed up and I wasnt in their system. Someone had dropped the ball on their end. They still turned me away.

Be prepared to wait. There is no urgency at this office. The office staff are LATE every morning. Then, the computer ALWAYS has problems. Plan for an hour or more if you need shots.
