Dr. Scott is caring and very professional. He takes time to explain things without using medical terminology I cant understand. I had surgery in 2016 on my left knee and Im actually seeing him now for my right knee. Hes definitely highly recommended! 😊

Dr. Scott and his staff are some of the most friendly people Ive ever met in the Healthcare industry. Hes gone above and beyond fixing my shoulder injury. Its easy to tell how much he cares and wants his patients to make a full recovery.

Dr. MacLaren did my torn tendons shoulder surgery but what he verbally expressed and his surgery notes dont match in Dec 2018. He left Florida Surgery group were I was his patient shortly afterwards with no warning. During my last visit, he gave me a D minus for recovery outcome.Good news is my most recent MRI says tendons show no signs of being torn or every repaired per Doctor who replaced him. His replacement refused to answer questions or explain difference in pre and post surgery MRIs.My shoulder froze during recovery and I havent gotten rid of pain or stiffness. Mixed results. Im still battling insurance company 11 months later. So Id rate caring medium, skill in surgery is likely very good but poor communication and followup. There was too much swelling to move my arm fast enough. My followups should have been with him and not PA who told me everything was fine until it wasnt. Ive taken up swimming. The water keeps swelling down and my shoulder is finally unfreezing a bit. Im better off that pre-surgery.

Dr MacLaren is the best there is! His staff and team are second to none! If you need an Orthopedic Surgeon I highly recommend Dr MacLaren as he will always have your best interest in hand! Thanks again Mac

What an amazing surgeon! Im truly blessed to have been referred to Dr. MacLaren! I had a dislocation and a tear in my shoulder, two anchors were placed. I felt better immediately after surgery than I did prior. My recovery time is way ahead of schedule. Speaking with other patients and physical therapists, this is the norm for Dr. MacLarens surgeries. Once you meet Dr. MacLaren, you just know you are in great hands! Moreover, he is so humble and so kind. I cant speak highly enough of him, his staff, the surgical center and the physical therapists.

The rehab staff at Westchase is good except for physical therapist Al Fuentes who displays a very unprofessional attitude and is rude to his patients.His attitude really showed with his non caring comments he made to a patient in my presence and made her feel very uncomfortable. Does not need to be there and reflect such a tasteless attitude- shows so bad for Westchase Sports Medicine. WHAT A SHAME THIS HAD TO HAPPEN!

What time is a joke. Waited over 1 hour and finally walked out. No doctor is that important. Never came to me and said sorry its taking so long.

After seeing Dr Maclaren, I left this office hopeless.. it seems he was more interested in my insurance then the problem. I could hear him questioning the nurse about my insurance and my age, no one should be treated in that manner.. the ladies are friendlying. Clean office. Good luck.
