I did not even want to give them one star because every time I go there it’s always by appointment and I never get seen on time. I’m writing this review today because I went in for an appointment that was for 10 a.m for my teeth after having to reschedule and wait a month I expected quick and efficient service but I did not get that instead I was waiting in the waiting room for an hour watching people who arrived after me get pulled in to the back to get seen. I don’t understand how that’s fair in any way when I had an appointment set up. I would just like to get seen when I’m supposed to and not have to wait for hours at a time to get seen.

I have a Tampa family health location down the street from me but I would rather travel 45 min from Riverview to this location because the atmosphere that the staff give you as soon as you walk through the door is amazing. From the doctors to the dental this office location staff is incredible I have not had 1 bad experience and have been coming for over a year❤️

Rude as hell!! You can’t get through to actually speak to someone who can help! The line rings it then transfers and connects to someone else spoke with a Johnathon who asks how could he help then I explain I’m trying to schedule an appointment he then asks if I’m an existing patient I inform I am not then tells me that line is for existing patients & I then once more inform him I called the number online that is associated with the location I’m trying to schedule at & it rings then clearly connected me to wherever he’s at so what number am I supposed to reach he simply hangs up! Now I see why this place only has 2.3 stars as their review. Better off finding another place for medical services.

I just recently went to the New Tampa Family health on West Hillsborough and I really enjoyed it its experience it has individuals small waiting rooms but only seat about five patients waiting so theres definitely great social distancing. And its just seems to be run a little bit more organized than the other one I went to theyre all good and take care of your problem at a discounted price thank you so much Tampa Family health

Cancelled my appointment last minute, then had me come in wrong day. Spent two hours on hold and was hung up on twice. Absolutely the worst call center ever. Front desk told me to wait outside...was unaware there was a waiting room. Absolutely ridiculous.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday by calling the number for Tampa family health center on Hillsborough avenue. I spoke to someone named to marry who informed me that the next available appointment would be for Tuesday August 11th. I asked if there was anything sooner than that and she said that my other option would be to come in as a walk-in. I live in Land O Lakes and drove 30 minutes to be at the office at 7:30. When I arrived I was informed that walk-ins are only used for people showing symptoms. I specifically asked the person that I spoke to if she was sure I could come in as a walk-in.no resolution was made other than having me wait 3 hours for an appointment or sitting around to wait if after they send a message to the doctor he could see me.There was no manager available to speak to.and all I got was Im sorry our hands are tied. So the patient is inconvenienced because the call center gives out incorrect information.

I think the staff is warm and friendly at this location. They help customers regardless of wether or not they have proper insurance and I have family members who are new to the country so this matters.The reason why Im leaving out a star is because I think the doctor for my grandfather lacked a sense of urgency. I understand that doctors have to go through rounds of testing and diagnosing. However suggestions for seeing a specialist could have been made sooner. We cant feel physical pains that someone else is going through but I wish they would get the help that they need sooner. It is very hard to live with someone who is going through pain on the daily and tell them we have to wait on results test after test.

New facility, same old antics. Referral office doesnt answer the phone, and the mailbox is full. Why even be open if youre not operating?

Brand new facility, good experience at my visit, awful patient/customer support once you leave. When trying to reach the office to ask a medical question, the answering service always gives you the run-around or claims the office is on a lunch break no matter the time of day. They’ll take a message for you which you can submit yourself through the patient portal. The GP took over a week to get back to me and the OB nurse took 3 days after calling daily for a week. Time to switch providers.

Nice staff, but .... regarding the head doctor, NICOLLE ABELOW, I respectfully tell you, 2 appointments DOES NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS AT ANYTHING. Totally dissatisfied. If you need more details, you can write to me.

The very friendly and helpful people ... my only and important complaint about the place is ... that in the midst of the health crisis the country is experiencing ... it is not fair, nor professional that the staff of this place does not wear masks to attend to the patients ... the girl who made me the laboratories ... I asked her why she did not wear a mask ... and she said it was only the patients ... the health personnel did not ... and I do not think so! ... and in fact then she appeared Another one ... who didnt use it either ... I know its uncomfortable ... but out of respect for others ... while they dont attend ... they should use it ...
