Nightmare experience! Avoid this place if you can! Doctors are questionable and unethical at best!My first and last time going here was for a deviated septum about a yr ago. At the time I did not yet know that I was afflicted by this. I have been procrastinating this report long enough so here it is:When I arrived I waited in a small room for 15-20 min to be seen by the doc. When he finally arrived he told me I likely have a deviated septum. I asked the doctor what a deviated septum is and his reply was very condescending: it means your septum is deviated and he offered no further explanation.This should have been my first sign to run but people have bad days so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.He requests to take a closer look which I consented to. Before performing this non invasive surgery he reached for a bottle labeled with a questionable hand written label called lidocaine. It was just sitting there out in the open. That should have been my second sign to run!!!!Whatever was in that bottle, it was NOT lidocaine. I could feel EVERYTHING. And let me tell you, having someone touch your sinus is EXTREMELY uncomfortable in the best case scenario but for me it was also very PAINFUL.My heart rate rapidly increased to dangerous levels,I began sweating profusely and hyper ventilating (which didnt help of course but I couldnt help it). Next thing I know Im going in and out of consciousness and while I was conscious with my eyes closed trying to pull it together I DISTINCTLY remember the doctor saying are you alright? Dont flat line on me man.ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! Who says that to someone who is having some kind of a panic attack from your blatant malpractice!!! What kind of doctor says that AT ALL????Im almost certain someone stole the actual lidocaine that WAS in that bottle. The 15 min of waiting with the door closed is more than enough time to pull off a switch.I later found out that drug dealers use lidocaine as a cutting substance to increase their profits. Someone desperately in pain may have taken it but its not a dentist office so I doubt it.Avoid like the plague unless you want to wonder if you will flat line today.

Had a wonderful experience again at this office! I have brought both of my children (4 and 6 years old) for hearing tests previously and the practice and audiologist was amazing! Yesterday I brought my son in for severe allergies and after seeing Dr. Powell and taking the medicine prescribed, he felt relief within hours and slept through the night. This practice is fantastic from the initial phone call to schedule all the way to check-out and follow-up. I even had a question after I left, and Jasmine, Dr. Powells MA called me back right away. Would highly recommend them!

Lost my hearing in one ear during this pandemic. Audiologist, Dr. Shashaty, was professional, informative and considerate whilst dealing with my transition. She was deliberate and patient when explaing my condition and my options. I never felt rushed and constantly felt supported. Her staff, Wendy, Martina, and Kyla were just as impressive. Always smiling, just as patient and considerate as the doc. Each time i returned I felt as if they were all happy to see me. My wife and I would like to thank you all for your help. You have been beyond amazing!!

Horrible experience! I paid $250 for Dr. Anderson to look inside my ears and said basically he doesnt know whats wrong and why I keep experiencing dizziness. I am now scheduled for VNG for an additional cost(unsure what cost). Complete waste. Whats the point!Staff unprofessional. The whole time I was in my room I heard them speaking negatively of other patients. Front desk? Forget it. Especially the lady with the blue contacts.Please do not waste your time and money! Im highly disappointed!!

What a feeling, I can finally breathe out of my nose. Dr. Anderson did a phenomenal job on my surgery and his staff are the best, his offices are very organized and have very little to no wait time. Sindy (Dr Andersons assistant) and Jennifer (at the Armenia office for allergy shots) always have a smile and are the most courteous and professional. I very rarely post a review and highly recommend 5 stars ++.

Very caring staff took excellent care of me when I had a vertigo attack. Staff member gave me water and food. They even had one of their doctor check to make sure I was ok.

I went to Florida ENT because of some voice issues that were affecting my speech and singing voice. Dr. Lourdes Gomez-Luacas is a great speech pathologist. It was a pleasure working with her, and I saw results.I also saw Dr. Anderson for some sinus issues that were affecting my voice. He was very helpful and a great guy.The staff at the Azeele location were all very nice. Overall a very positive experience.

Arrived @3:25 for a 3:40 appt . Was told @4:25 there was still 1 patient in front of me . They don’t value your time and the front desk could care less about you the patient

I was seen for the first time by Dr.Vincent. He explained what test needed to be done and was very polite and also listened to my concerns.

I had a rare reaction to my allergy shot and the staff alljumped in to help me. They quickly rushed me in, stabilized me, and got me back to feeling 100%. They showed care and concern and I felt I was in the right hands to take care of me in my emergency situation.

I was a new patient, scheduled for a 3:10 appointment. I arrived at 2:45 to fill out the new patient paperwork. After being in the waiting room for around an hour, at around 3:45 the front desk notified us that the Doctor was running late. Another 30 Minutes passed, and I was finally called back and taken into a room at 4:10. The MA verified the purpose of my visit and medical history and told me that the doctor would be with me soon. 45 minutes later at 4:50ish, the MA came and got me and brought me to another exam room up the hall and told me that the doctor would be with me soon. At 5:15, I opened the exam room door to find that everyone had left for the day. Except for the front desk staff. I promptly got a refund and left, without seeing a doctor, after waiting for 2.5 hours.

Dr. Scott Anderson is a top notch doctor of his field. He takes the time to explain your condition and what he needs to do for it and how he needs to treat it AND hes handsome!! I rate him as a 10+ and should anyone need to see an ENT specialist, hes the one! Also, the office team is top notch, very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful.

The office was not equipped for treating during COVID like other offices are. They allowed patients to bring guests and did not enforce anyone wearing masks. They had rows of chairs set up that had maybe 2 feet in between. In addition, I did not feel that the doctor was thorough in his exam and jumped to surgery before even looking at me. It was very a very concerning experience overall and i will be getting a second opinion.

Dr. Scott Powell, his medical assistant, Jasmin Betschner & entire staff took excellent care of me. Dr. Powell listened and was able to perform a procedure that relieved a lifetime issue and improved my life. I appreciate all their time, attention and care. I give them my highest recommendation.

Darla is very thorough with recognizing the problem with my voice. She has worked extremely hard to correct my voice issues and has succeeded. I just have to do my homework.

Big-box doctor. Tried to get me on a treatment plan that didn’t even make sense.Would not recommend.

The Medical Professional and Staff are good, however their pricing structure is very unclear and tricky, and not communicated well. I have been to alot of different Medical Professionals, and they are the least clear about their pricing structure, so be aware! Left their feeling like the hustled me.

The office staff at this location makes it. The girls at the front desk know me now, always greet me with a smile and are happy to see me each week. I get allergy shots here, and Jackie the allergy tech is my fav. She’s personable and makes you feel comfortable to be here each week. I look forward to seeing each of the staff when I come in. Feel like I’m becoming part of the family.

I am a senior citizen. I was in my car waiting for my wife and deep in thought about something with a spacey look on my face. Charity from the Florida ENT office walked by and noticed my blank look and took the time to stop and ask if I was okay. I said I was fine......and thanked her for caring enough to ask. It may have been her training that made her stop and ask....but I believe it was also her caring personality. Hey.....maybe she thought I was having a stroke or some other kind of medical emergency. Thanks Charity. Keep smiling and keep up the great work.

Staff is very friendly. Walked me out with an umbrella during a rain storm on my last visit! Usually seen quickly but it is a busy office. Still wait times are always reasonable.

I had a very successful surgical procedure done by Dr. Anderson. He is a wonderful physician. My fiancée and I were impressed by his bedside manner as well.

Dr Powell is great my fiancé goes to his clinic he takes his time to explain everything and listen to her and pay attention to her questions her health we are so happy with him !! Highly recommended if you need an E.N.T. Doctor

Dr. Vincent and the staff in this office are simply amazing! Dr. Vincent has been the kindest, most helpful doctor I’ve ever come across. He changed my life and I will be forever grateful of him for it. I went through so many ENT’s before I found him and I’m so glad I did. He did my surgery to take out my tracheotomy and after 7 months of not speaking, I am finally talking again! I just can’t thank him enough. Thank you Dr. Vincent and staff for everything!!

Dr. Scott Powell recently performed Septoplasty surgery on me and I cant believe how great the experience was. Im 58 years old and never had any type of surgery before. I admit I was a little on the worried side to say the least. He made me feel good about the decision to proceed. His staff and surgery center was first class! The follow up visit after surgery went very well and I experienced no pain at all with this procedure. I would recommend him to anyone young or old. He is a great doctor and person. Jackie Collao is a wonderful nurse! She is a joy to see each week. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion for her patients is outstanding. She goes the extra mile as evidenced in her work ethic and how organized she is. I enjoy seeing her each time I go to the ENT clinic, because she takes excellent care of me. If I were a doctor, I would want Jackie on my staff! I know she would take excellent care of our patients. Please dont ever let her move, at least until after I stop getting my shots! :)

Florida ENT & Allergy on Azeele has been nothing but a pleasant experience since I first started coming here. The Allergy Team is amazing and they take great care of their patients. I originally got tested at another facility but, due to them lacking in just about everything, I reached out to Florida ENT & Allergy and I couldnt be more happy.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Agnellos for over 10 years. He has always been very through and explains everything he is doing. His office staff is excellent and prompt in providing patient services. My surgery performed by Dr. Agnello was painless and completely resolved my sinus issues.

I had been plagued with a seemingly benign, although suspicious, unidentified growth on the back of my neck for years. I was referred to Dr. Scott Powell by my general physician. I chose to go to the office at 3006 W. Azeele St., from the St. Petersburg area. His office staff was wonderful, and I was quite comfortable during the visit. Dr. Powell suspected that the growth was a lipoma, although the previous biopsy was inconclusive. Dr. Scott Powell indicated that he would be able to remove the growth during day surgery at Selective Physicians Surgery Center. He did a fantastic job, and the growth was determined to be benign, in fact, a lipoma. I was relieved because my brother had previously passed away from non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. The doctor and staff at this office were personable, caring and efficient, with very little wait time. I will stick with this ENT office for the aforementioned reasons. Kudos to the Selective Physicians Surgery Center, also. Thank you, all.

Doctor did a okay job, the staff was The highlight. but we were 30 minutes early to our appointment we wait 45 minutes past our appointment time...A women who came in 30 minutes after us but when I looked at the sheet her appointment was scheduled for after ours was seems before us...After waiting 30 minutes until our appointment time, then 45 minutes past our original appointment time.. we were finally shown back to the room where we waited a additional 35 minutes before being seen by the doctor.I like ENT doctors but I was disappointed with this location.The staff was great though.

I absolutely hated my experience today at this doctors office. This was the most pathetic and unenthusiastic staff that I’ve ever dealt with. The doctor that I finally got to see, was an hour and forty minutes late. I fortunately only have one more appointment with him and his pitiful staff members.
