Best Doctor Ever He Really Listens,Always Kind ,The Staff Is Awesome 💯

They Absolutely do not answer their phone and there communication with me as a patient undergoing surgery is very poor.

Simply one of the best doctors I have ever met. Dr. Scott did,for both my son and daughter, what other doctors said they could not do. I would not only recommend him but I also feel indebted to him for all he has done for my family.THANK YOU DR. SCOTT!!!

Dr Scott was very professional and did what the previous specialist DID NOT DO...that was to prescribe the correct tests & therapy. I appreciate him doing his job because after 3 weeks of the correct therapy...my son is doing well. Nevertheless, to match his professionalism D-1 needs to train their reception & phone staff. They are NOT at par with him and do NOT deliver what customers expect. When I have called..I have never been able to speak directly to a person during work hrs. Instead, Ive always left messages and someone has called me back delaying the process. The mans voice on the main phones recorded message is extremely low and in instances not quite clear. The Therapists are NOT D-1 they are A-1...Exceptionally...DARN Good! Finally, and in a more easy note...the music selection on the Therapy section coming out of the main speakers MUST be a little more representative of all musical tastes and less monotonous!!!

Dr. Scott is incredible! He takes the time to talk to you, explain to you what is going on, and he did a great job with my surgery. He was always very kind to me. I would recommend him wholeheartedly!

If i could put no stars I would. Please do not waste your time or money on this so called Dr. He is by far along with his arrogant assistant the worse doc experience I had . Not to mention the waste of money and long time. He was dragging knowing I should not be seeing him all along. All about that dollar. Has no passion or clue about the case or medicine . And no time to waste seeing you even when you wait month to see him. I could go on forever. But I think you all get the pic.

Dr Scott and his staff were so sympathetic to all the injuries I was experiencing, and offered different solutions to choose from. A great Doctor who listens, very rare!

Dr Kevin Scott is a great Doctor!!! he does not fool around if he can do something to make you feel better he will do it! Lady saying he has no bedside manners must be joking or by vendetta trying to make the Dr look bad for her personal satisfaction.Dr Scott is a lovely person and has Amazing Bedside manners. There are other Doctors in this practice but i will choose Dr Scott every single time. Waiting time varies there is usually a moderate waiting time but is a specialist office!!! People neglect to think this Dr deals with fractures and operative appointments so in my opinion there is always a waiting. Regarding the quotes you need to calm down and if you dont like it then find another doctor I may believe Dr Scott my have said something resemble to that after seeing or hearing Little Britain acting out as an entitlement person raising her voice and complaining causing a show for the other patients. Dr. Maclaren will say something similar if a person starts complaining and acting out about him running late.

Dr. Scott and his staff are the best! I have been a paitent since January 2017. When initially first stepped foot into WSM. I wasnt very hopeful because I had been through the run down of crappy medical care and doctors with my diagnosis. However, its been almost a year of seeing Dr. Scott every month just about and from day one he and his staff has changed my perspective. That there are doctors out there that see you more than just a $. From day one he has always been very thorough and clear on my options of what I need or can do to get better. Which it has helped tremdously! Im a stay at home mom with 3 small children and cannot allow my chronic illness to control my life. So, I truly appericate all their help! I recommend him highly!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was refered to Dr. Messer from a chiropractor dr for help with a car accident that caused spinal damages and Dr. Messers assistant Daryl told me that there is no damage and that chiropractors didnt know how to read MRI scans and that having bulges in my discs were normal that everyone has them. Also was told by him that there was nothing they could do but he wanted to recommend numbing shots and see what happens, but the shots were my choice. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL to bash another dr who refereed me to them as a professional favor. How does someone who isnt a dr do that to a new patient and then basically expect them to return and do business there? I personally WILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER ANYONE THERE TO THAT OFFICE!!!!! NOT COOL!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

The so called doctor Kevin Scott has no bed side manners...Very delusional in thinking that overbooking by 2-4 people per slot is acceptable...Especially when you have to wait weeks for an appointment!!!I was told they always overbook to ensure their time isnt wasted....what about my time as the paying patient!?What is the point in making an appointment if you cant see patients on time and handle the load??After waiting more than 30 mins i asked how long i was expected to wait because i cant sit here all day...the lady replied your next!Kevin Scott FINALLY walks into the room and says you need to calm down and if you dont like it then find another doctorSo i told him, you know what i will and i wont be coming back because this is a joke...If you dont mind this treatment, waiting, his bed side manner then this doctor will suit you wellI would never step foot in there again to see him, the reception staff are nice and Dr Maxi is fantasticFrom the patient - who pays for service/treatment...not lack of treatment/manners....
