Never coming back here again, Ive had issues with them charging me multiple times for visitations and difficulty getting in touch, the latest being put on hold for nearly 30 minutes so the call went past closing time so they could hang up on me when I was attempting to set up an appointment. I will be looking elsewhere for a primary care physician.

Mixed experiences here. Pleasant people, but the operations could be improved. Always a long wait, facility isnt very clean. My original doctor retired, and though the younger med professionals and front desk are nice, theyre prone to error, which causes me to do my own follow up, revisits, and suffer longer than I should.The customer experience at physician offices has risen over the years, and this place has stayed the same. Hope feedback is taken and improved on.

I have been going to Bayside Physicians (GMS) for over 20 years and love the doctors and nurse practitioners there, who have always treated me with warmth, care, and professionalism. The doctors are well-trained and keep up with the latest treatments. They are conscientious and very nice, and passionate about their vocation of healing --they see their patients as individuals, and go the extra mile. The atmosphere is excellent; the doctors and staff feel like a big family. I always recommend them. Thanks Dr. Holland and Dr. Blaze...and Dr. Torres from years past.

I have been going to this office for years ! Kim Gore is so compassionate, understanding and listens to what we have to say. She orders the procedures that need to be done. On a side note I used to work for many years in a Medical facility and had the opportunity to speak to patients...those that were under Kims care absolutely loved her and we would sit and brag about how professional and kind she is. Not once have I heard anything bad and I was there 20 years. The office assistants who help her are very kind and sweet. Love her Love them !

I got an appointment within a few days of my call as a new patient. I arrived a little early as I was told there would be some paperwork to complete. Iwas welcomed upon arrival by a cheery receptionist, asked to complete some paperwork and then called in for my appointment exactly at the time scheduled. The nurse was very pleasant, took some information and seated me in the examination room. A very pleasant nurse practitioner then came in a couple of minutes later, conducted an examination and arranged for the prescription I had wanted. Then I was told they would process my insurance and I did not need to pay anything at that time. I was out of there 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Everything went like clockwork and I could not have been more pleased.

LOVE Amanda! Very thorough, knowledgeable, and most importantly kind. Short wait times. In house labs. Staff is friendly. I love coming here.

I started coming to Dr. Torres in 1981 and even after moving 45 minutes away 14 years ago continued with her and the last few years with Dr. Holland. As someone with a law degree and an MBA from Harvard, what I find in them that is so rare is the very thoughtful, logical approach they take both to diagnosis and to treatment options. In other words, high level analytical ability and good judgment. That is not taught in medical school - it is a character trait - and they both consistently demonstrate it in the extreme.

I put off getting a primary care physician for a long time. I had the same physician for 12 years but I asked neighbors and several recommended Dr Cadigan at GMS-Bayside Physicians. He was awesome. He took lots of time with me and answered all of my questions. I have a few chronic health conditions and he had some creative ideas on how to deal with them. He was very approachable and down to earth! I had a great visit and was motivated to improve my health. I am so glad I chose him. The office staff were friendly and efficient and the office was clean. I would recommend him to anyone!

Great staff...always friendly and professional. Dr. B. takes his time to go over your health issues and answers any questions or concerns you may have. He really takes a genuine interest in you as a patient and makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

I always have a great experience here. I recommend Dr. Alisa Holland to everyone. She is patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. She never rushes you and takes the time to answer all your questions. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and polite from the moment you arrive.

I was looking for a family doctor as I dont have one and I left the office before seeing the doctor because I felt they just care about money more than my health. The nurse (or doctor assistant ), that comes before the doctor sees me to take my health information, spent 10 min explaining how they will charge me (before anything, that was her hi, welcome here ) and when I told her I am here to have a family doctor and to do check up and I want to ask a doctor a question about my health, she told me any question you ask will be consider a doctor visit and you have to pay for it and its not covered under check up visit and she kept blaming the insurance companies. For me , its not insurance, if you want to charge me for a question, then you just care about fast money and not my health and long time relationship. Also They told me that I have to contact them 2 weeks before any refill, I go to a specialist and he does the refill for me within 2 hrs. so for me I dont consider that place a family practice they just care about money more than my health. I left before seeing the doctor so I cant write any review about the doctor himself.

Just received a letter of reprimand for my mother who missed an appointment on 6-2-14. Practice is threatening her with being dropped. Kristen, who took my call, said this appointment would have been made over a year ago. My mother passed away in 2010. Kristen told me its fine - but actually, its not fine to get a letter reprimanding anyone for missing an appointment that at best was made more than four years ago. One of their doctors was my mothers primary care physician; he knows that she passed away. Update your records. Confirm all but especially appointments made long ago in advance. Avoid reprimanding letters such as this. Include the doctors name on the form. Apologize when your office has clearly made a mistake. Tell the caller you will give the info to the person who can fix the problem.

I have seen Dr. Blazejowski for over 20 years. He is what medical care should be — he is so caring, so capable, intelligent and practical. You are not a number or a 2 minute visit with him. He takes the time, converses and advises as your friend. I would recommend him highly.

GMS (Dr. Blazejowski) has been my primary care physician for 20 years. The staff is very effective and knowledgeable, always professional. I am now in retirement and need some more attention to my health. I find GMS physicians to be very capable and on top of the latest in health care approaches.Go GMS!!!

I found that this Doctors office was great and I didnt have a long wait to see the Doctor. Thats was my first visit to this doctor and I found her to be a very good doctor. If you are looking for a new doctor to go to this is a wonderful place to go. Phyllis Keith

The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I have had a couple serious issues and they were addressed immediately. Your concerns are heard and true compassion shown. No stone is left unturned to find out what the issue is. Highly recommend.

Been a patient there for ever. Called today to get 2 scripts refilled and was informed that they no longer accept my insurance. Told me to find another provider. Wont help me even after all these years as a patient. My entire family are patients with them. What a joke. They dont care about you only the money.

Ethically and professionally irresponsible. Long story short, Dr misdiagnosed/misjudged my thyroid condition. Put me on Synthroid which was having very abnormal side affects. Called 4 times and even went to the office all in which was a battle to receive direction on whether I still the medication or not. After two days of this office disregarding my calls, i get a call responding to my message that my experience with the drug was not normal. No kidding. When asking what i should do, they directed me to make an appointment. Money pit. They couldnt care less what happens to you unless you are paying their (non-insurance visit cost of $75, initial visit $175). Doctors refuse to see or talk to you unless you are paying them regardless if theyre mistake effects your health or not. I definitely direct you to find another office who will tend to your needs regardless of their paycheck or profit to office.

Just started seeing Dr. Holland and Im already impressed with her. While Im a veteran , she wasnt intimidated at all. She understood how the VA system has been unkind to most participants and has vowed to work closely with me to deal with some of my afflictions.

I have been to this office for 20 years. For the last few years I have been seeing Kim Gore. She is always attentive to my every needs and makes sure that my health is the first priority. When calling the office I have always excellent attention from Nicole and Jessica. They always have a smile.

Great place. Friendly staff at the desk as well as the care givers. My staff clinician is Amanda Aufiero, N.P.and she is very professional and knowledgeable. I have complete confidence in her care. This office feels like an old fashion Doctors office where they treat me as a real person and not just a number. I highly recommend this clinic.

Ive been seeing Dr. Blazejowski for over 25 years. Hes the best.I would highly recommend this practice.

My wife was a patient at this office for over 8 years, first with Dr. Torres and lastly with Dr. Holland. After bungling up what should have been simple lab work, a misdiagnosis, and a lot of back and forth, we overlooked that and continued going there; however, more recently blood was drawn for vitamin b12 levels lab work. Even though we have great insurance, she was charged $10 for the blood draw, however those results were bungled up and the results that were given were for vitamin D, NOT b12. In spite of them saying they were going to remove the $10 charge, they never did and it was sent to collections. Then on top of that we get a letter saying she would no longer be seen unless she paid the $10. The way they handled this was really bad, and this office lost a loyal patient with good health insurance over a $10 charge that was supposed to be taken off because of their mistake. We are not only filing a complaint with the BBB, but also with our insurance, if just for lack of courtesy.

If I could I would give Dr Cadigan zero stars. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, which I scheduled because I have been suffering from very scary dizzy spells. It took a month to get the appointment. When I arrived they asked me to fill in new patient paperwork. I was filling it in and a few minutes later was informed that Dr Cadigan refused my appointment and demanded that I reschedule because I didn’t show up far enough in advance to complete the paperwork. Meanwhile I may have a serious medical condition and now have to find a different doctor and wait even longer. I have never heard of a dr doing this. Do yourself a favor and go to a qualified and caring dr. Dr Cadigan is not one of these.

GMS Docs (and nurse practitioners!) totally ROCK! I am so glad I found them. Great bedside manner, GREAT care, and....ALL my questions are answered in a non hurried way.

GMS (A. Auifero) changed location without sending notification via mail. I went last year for an yearly physically and my labs only consisted of blood work. Lacking Health Assessment, screening No urinalysis test was recommended. I went in for severe pain and was issued an prescription without given any requisition for additional lab work to determining my diagnosis.

Showed excellent schedule flexibility. Consultation on time, thorough and caring. Highly recommended.

11 years ago my husband was very sick. I had an appt. with Dr. Torres and brought my husband with me. They took one look at him and ordered an MRI. He had a huge cancerous tumor. The doctors at Bayside saved his life. We both still go there and I am very grateful for their expertise

They are truly awful. Why have I stayed for two years? Because its easy to get a quick appointment, and luckily, I am a healthcare provider, so I do a pretty good job of managing my own healthcare. If I left it completely up to these people, I dont know what would have become of me.Suffice it to say I am tired of their complete lack of follow-up and some of the awfully rude staff. I will be transferring my records to another office next week. Perhaps then, I can actually get the results of my supposedly stat tests!

Dr Cadigan is a kind, and very knowlegable doctor who has helped me out a lot with my medical issues. I am so glad I have him. He has made a very positive difference in my health.

When asked to rate the office on whether I would recommend Bayside Physicians to others I gave it a 7 out of 10. However there was no way to qualify this rating. Dr. Cadigan is my primary physician and he is wonderful. I would and have recommended him to others and I would rate him a 10. He is thorough, takes his time to listen to your concerns, goes over your history and sets out a plan for future care. My husband came with me for one visit and was so impressed, he decided to use Dr. Cadigan for his primary physician.My issue with the practice is some of the office and other medical staff. They are often curt, do not return phone calls for a few days and treat you as a nuisance. I had a flu test 3 days ago. I was told by the P.A. to call this morning for my results. When I called I was told the lab hadnt been in yet. I asked if they would call me when they came in and was told by the receptionist, no, they were too busy today (Saturday) and would get back to me on Monday or Tuesday. I called back an hour later and was told it takes 5 or 6 days for lab reports to come back. I explained that I didnt want to keep taking the Theraflu prescription if I needed an antibiotic and was told very sharply, if I didnt want to wait then I should go to the emergency room. I then asked to speak to the P.A. and was told that, Providers do not call patients. Its policy. The receptionist told me she would relay my concerns to the P.A. and call me back. She never called. This is not the first time Ive had a problem with the follow through and attitude of the staff but this is the first time Ive written a review addressing the issue.Knowing how thorough Dr. Cadigan is, I cant imagine that he is aware of what is going on with his staff. I will make an appt. with him next week to voice my concerns but if he has no control over the situation then I may have to change physicians which I really dont want to do.

Love my Doc, hes awesome, BUT the facility is run down, stains on the walls in some waiting rooms. The office staff functions at the lowest end of the professional spectrum. The last visit I saw PA - Mandy Johnson, she had NO problem lying to my face and violating HIPPA by discussing my records in a common area loudly enough to be heard through waiting room doors. Personality conflicted, completely unprofessional and the bedside manner of a pitbull. Filling HIPPA complaint and finding another doctor unfortunately as their office did not attempt to resolve my complaint.

My main reason for going to Bayside Physicians is Kim Gore. She is attentive and she will solve any problems. Have also seen Brian Cadigan, MD, a few times in Kim Gores absence and he is a caring interested physician.

The WORST dr office i have ever been too!!! they do not care for their patients i have called and called and put in requests to have my doctor to call me back and i havent heard one word from them!! ive been without my medicine for 2 weeks and they are still refusing to write it for 1 month till i can go in and see my doctor bc my new insurance doesnt go into effect till next month. I will NOT be returning i can not believe that they would even treat another human being like this and almost send someone into a psychosis because they wont write their medine and make them stop cold turkey. that could really mess someone up!!!! WHAT A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
