All these negative reviews baffle me. The place was professional and fully disclosed everything before the appointment. I received text messages confirming and also emails to finalize the setup process. The doctor, Dr Merchant, was quick yes, but he knew exactly what he was doing and knew how to treat it. The office staff were friendly and helped me a few times with smiles. I had a wonderful experience and very glad I went there.

Dr Merchant did not clearly explain their allergy testing procedure, they charged me for two different procedures even though I had only agreed to basic allergy testing and caused my body to have a horrible allergic reaction for hours. Do not get allergy testing done here, go see an allergist.

Recently saw Dr. Merchant and was very pleased. I went to him because of dizziness, when it wasnt resolved after 2 visits he felt I needed to see a physical therapist for more extensive treatment. The physical therapist was specially trained and was able to eliminate the dizziness as well as helping me in some balance. I would highly recommend Dr. Merchant

He was the worse doctor I have ever been to in my life. He was arugementative and refused to listen to my issues. He busted my ear drum during his examination and tried to say it was already done! DO NOT GO SEE HIM!!! WAIT ON A BETTER DOCTOR!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND!!! Hes a service provider not providing any services!

Both doctor and office staff were terrible. Dr. Merchant was rude, arrogant, and unintelligent. He only allowed me to have one issue and did not care about a single symptom i had. He will not listen to you and won’t even let you say a word before he’s diagnosed you. He said he couldn’t numb my nose because of covid for the scope (i’ve had two others this month and they’ve numbed it and it was also unnecessary for him to repeat it just to charge me) and shoved it in and i was crying before it entered my throat and he did not care or stop due to the extreme pain i was in. He does not understand ent issues if they are not right in front of him, which is concerning. His office tried telling me that i can only have treatment with them and were refusing to give me my office notes and prescription. He wanted me to come back after one treatment (which another dr wanted to see me after 8 visits) so they will try and charge you for everything. This office will not get another cent from me.

I had an appointment set up. Traveled to office on Sheldon Road only to find the doors locked. Myself and other patients were waiting to get in building for appointment. We had to phone the doctors office only to find they had moved. No notification of move to new location. No sign or information posted at office location. This speaks loudly the value that business places on its patients. No consideration to inform patients with appointments. Find a different provider your business here is not valued.

Wow is all I can say!! I usually don’t care to leave any kind of reviews but this place was really pleasant to go to. Kelly and rose at the front greater me with a friendly smile and some laughs. The doctor was very informative and nice. As for the wait time My appointment was at 330 and I was called back by 3:20 and seen by the doctor before 3:30 pm. FANTASTIC!!!!

Appt was for Dr. Muller to view my CT scan. I was charged $220 and then told he couldnt view it because of the cd format!They would not return a dime! Kelly said shed talk to her office manager and never heard back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went here due to a outer ear infection. Before even seeing a Dr., I was taken into a room and given an extensive audio test. Again, not here for hearing loss. Then I was taken into a room to see the Dr. - Dr. Muller. In less than 30 seconds, he determined my ear didnt produce wax or enough wax. He then prescribed ear drops which later at the pharmacy I find cost over $200.00.I go to checkout, expecting to pay my copay of $90.00. Instead they try and charge me an extra $100. for the hearing test I didnt ask for, stating your insurance wont pay for it. Of course I refused to pay for it - its like going to a mechanic and them fixing problems you didnt have to begin with and then wanting to charge you for it.Dr. Muller was unfriendly, and didnt really seem to care that his diagnosis was laughable at best.Called to speak with Administrator about my experience, I was told she would call me back - shocker no return call.(one star is generous!!)Dont go to this practice - it is a ripoff!!!!!

Super Rude Customer service. Definitely would not come here again. The billing department has no clue what they are doing. I was charged $600 just for a 1st time consult while I was insured. They took forever to charge my insurance and now im stuck with the bill. Plenty of of Ear Nose and Throat Doctors around. Thanks but no thanks. I will not be spoken to like this.

I came to the Tampa office off of Sheldon. The doctor , Dr. Merchant, examined me and said nothing was wrong and charged me $150. I was surprised because my ear was hurting really bad for a long time. I didn’t believe the doctor. I went to my family doctor and he said my ear was red as hell. The doctor effing lied and I want my money back.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Doc answered my questions with what sounded like direct quotes from WebMD with no sense of concern for my issues. Gave me nasal spray, suggested my symptoms were just allergies and told me to come back in two weeks. Ended up paying $350 up front and they billed my insurance for a 45+ minute consultation + nasal endoscopy which he did not perform. Now I get to go through the dispute process with my insurance. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy throwing money into the wind.

Stay clear their Trinity office..its an ent mill.I went in for a routine ear cleaning...the doctor (Merchant) looked in my ears and told me I had no wax build up...so no cleaning was needed...great!he used the scope down my nose to look at my throat and said I had some inflammation from some acid reflux..and it was common and wrote me a scriptfor an acid reducer....I have never had acid reflux...dont ever get heart burn either...then came the I want too see you in six weeks spiel...when there is nothing wrong with me!the worst part...they hit me for $269 that was with my insurance which only covered $75... you telling me its almost $350 for a routine check up...15 minutes!my wife went to a different office...same company ...got better treatment and only paid $75...someone needs to talk to the Trinity office.

I wish I looked at the reviews first, been most of my life have had middle ear issues, and while unable to hear out of my left ear and hearing test, exams, etc. tells me to use spray and come back and doesnt see anything. Very disappointed and frustrated.

When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist informed me these physicians were able to perform a scope (in this case to view my esophagus). In reality, these doctors do not have a scope, but instead a thin tube that can only go as far as the larynx. I paid $175 for a 15 minute exam that felt rushed, and I was told an incorrect diagnosis after seeing a gastroenterologist who was really able to use a scope to tell me what my issue was. If I would have known from the beginning, I would have seen a gastroenterologist but the receptionist insisted that the price included a scope to view my esophagus, if necessary (she specifically used the word scope) even though it wasnt a scope, after all. I was out $175, and felt cheated. After the quick exam, Dr. Muller told me to go to the receptionist for a followup in 6 weeks. He never said goodbye, shook my hand, nor calmed my fears. I hope this isnt how he treats all of his new patients.
