Dr Karen Olivero refused to see me because my allergy symptoms mirror Covid. That’s reasonable. However, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that if my allergies include a cough (a common allergy symptom) I would have to provide a negative Covid test to be seen. I took off of work, drove 40 mins, showed up an hour early, filled out paperwork. And all for nothing. If this is the official policy of the Florida Medical Clinic they should be upfront about it.

This location closes at 5, I call at 4:30 on a Friday to try to reach someone while driving here to try to get to my appointment, but no one answered. I walked into the building and it was dead with employees inside. They told me they couldn’t take me. At least be decent and answer your phones to save me the time it took to come inside. They also claimed that they did not get my paperwork faxed over from my physician for blood work so now I have to be inconvenienced and come back here again in another month.

My first time at this facility today. Absolutely excellent. PA Mr. Carr and the staff at the lab were excellent. I will give them my highest recommendation! 😀👍

Love this place...They have many doctors...Everyone is polite and compassionate to your needs.

I called two weeks ago to have my prescription for my asthmatic inhaler refilled the doctor refused to fill it until I made an appointment to come in. I’ve been made an appointment to come in today for 215 P.m. I put it on my calendar and arrange my day 15 minutes later they called back and said that the doctor can’t see me until 330 I explained that wouldn’t work they said OK and hung up I get there at 1:51 PM today find in get my medical release form because I am transferring doctors they proceeded to tell me 45 minutes later that I wasn’t going to be able to be seen until 330 just to fill a prescription . The point is they dropped the ball big-time failed to let anybody know what was going on and wasted a bunch of people time my question is why would you have a relatively healthy person who’s has no cold or flu or a medical condition besides asthma come in to your office for six people. It makes no sense!!!

Can only speak for dr Kamath office. They are awesome very professional and courteous. Sometimes the referral thing takes a bit long otherwise have no complaints

Waiting 10minutes for someone to pick up the phone. After that Ive heard Please hold and had to wait another 10 minutes.
