Extremely professional staff! Made me feel conferrable. Laura was very knowledgeable in literally everything. The staff also was great! Everyone there has a great, down to earth sense of humor. I loved the fact that I was able to leave with tons of knowledge and a clear cut game plan. Makes me know they want to find the core problem. I highly recommend.

Laura is very personable and professional. I immediately felt comfortable. She introduced me to a product to calm my scalp which works! She’s very thorough which is key to me since I have a propensity to get skin cancer.I need much more than a one to two minute glance to determine if there’s pre cancers or cancer developing.

I absolutely love this practice! Being in the medical field, I’m extremely picky when it comes to choosing providers for myself. The office staff are kind and efficient, which is also super important in choosing your provider because you do spend time dealing with the staff. Laura, PA-C, is by far one of the best derm providers I have ever seen. She is so personable and makes you feel comfortable discussing your skin issues. I know it can be a wait to get on the schedule, but it is well worth it, knowing you’ll be in great, capable hands!

I sat in the waiting room no more than 30 seconds! The facilities are very pleasant and clean. The staff was very welcoming , and the doctor -also very nice - did not rush the exam. A great experience!

I was greeted by very professional staff. The office was very nicely orginized and clean. I went in for a skin tag removal on my eye lid. Dr. Laura gave me 2 options & explained it in details. I was slightly nervous.... she put me at ease w/numbing cream and anethetic. I was amazed I did not feel a thing. My recover was 3 days. By Monday I did not even have a scare. Thanks to Dr. Laura

Professional but friendly. I loved the sense of humor that everyone had. When Laura had to take off one of my spots, she was very informative, describing everything being done. What I liked the most is that they have a lab so they view each specimen versus having it be sent out.

Ive been going to Dermatology Associates for a few years now. Extremely professional & efficient office staff and medical professionals. Laura is a good listener, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. Wait times after arrival are minimal: first in lobby upon arrival, then in the examination room after being called for. (Some doctor offices Ive been to have a forever-wait in the lobby and/or exam room, which I find infuriating and disrespectful of my time.) Checkout process/procedure is also very quick & efficient.The only negative about the office is often times it takes 3-5 weeks for an appointment. But even when that occurs, they will offer to put you on a call-if-cancellation list for the possibility of getting in sooner. I have been able to get a quicker appointment by doing this 2 times in the last 2 years.

Worst dermatologist ever!!! I came and got a chemical peel which i get all the time and they gave me hyperpigmentation spots!! the aesthetician didn’t wash my face, exfoliate or anything!! Only under my nose peeled and barley and left a dark scar on my cheeks unacceptable!!

I called the office of Dermatology Associates of Tampa to set up an appointment the rep that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful took down some of my information then I was sent a link via email to complete the rest of the forms onlineExcellent customer service. I was able to see the doctor within two days which was great. Upon entering the office the day of my appointment I felt very safe as Masks are required, my temperature was taken by a staff member and I noticed how cleaned the office was everyone was so pleasant and caring.I filled out a short form regarding COVID-19 and was escorted immediately thereafter to a room where I waited for Dr Laura. After two (2) mins the Doctor enter the room and examine me. She was so nice, very attentive and friendly the Doctor and the whole staff at this office are amazing and caring. Lawren is amazing shes so honest, personal, knowledgeable, kind hearted she will not sell you anything more than what you need. I went in for my acne and my huge loss of hair. I also explained to her my fibroids, endometriosis , Adenomysis, that eventually lead to a Hysterectomy. She explained that I needed time to heal and explained to me medication at this point for my falling hair would be useless. I appreciated her honesty she also told me she wanted to see me at 6 months. For my hair. She did gave me medication for my acne and lotion . Which its only been several days and I could already see the big difference. She understood how much of an impact my mind and body was going through and advised me to not stress it. It would only make matters worse. I will go see her in six months. If nothing else arises. She calm my nerves and told me if I had anything come up or questions to see her.

From the movement you pull into the office parking lot you feel at easy. Great signage, a great building with perfect landscaping. You enter and are welcomed by a very friendly and competent staff. Waiting time is very minimal, the Professional staff makes you feel at ease, describe every issue so you understand and give options, to your care. Do not try to hard sell services like so many other Dermatology practices. Feel very fortunate to have found this group. It is how medical treatment is supposed to be.

Ive been a patient at Dermatology Associates for a few years. I typically do not write reviews, however, after my last visit I thought I should. Shortly afterwards I received a survey.My experience has been excellent during every visit from the reception, the technician and the doctor. I never feel rushed, all my questions are answered, They actually listen to me and THEN they document in their system. I actually feel like the doctor taking an active role in my visit and Im not treated like a number. Some doctors make you feel like they are just going through the motions. This is not the case at Dermatology Associates. I would gladly refer anyone to their practice. Thank you!

Heather does her job !! After a week of calling other offices and receiving no calls back. I found this office and their 5 star reviews and was impressed I must say. I called and recieved a call back within a timely fashion from a lady named Heather. I spoke with heather about my possible surgery and how i spoke with my insurance company to get a quote but couldnt without her help. Now, I know a quote in life isnt always guaranteed especially with insurance companies and sometimes things change medically. But heather went above and beyond and got every bit of information I needed about my surgery and insurance and called me back. Im actually moving out of town next month but will still be driving to this stand alone office to get my surgery based on the perfect costumer service that Heather has provided! She did her job thoroughly and answered every question I couldve had before I even had to ask it. Plain and simple Ill say it again Heather Does her job!

Walking into this practice was absolutely the worst decision of my life. I am sad to have to sit here and write this negative review, because that means I am not better. It has been over a year since visiting this practice and because of the negligence and misguidance I received here, I am living with a horrendously painful condition that has affected my life in every way possible. I will never forgive myself for making that appointment. My side effects were not taken seriously and because of that I am suffering every minute I am awake. My quality of life has diminished to nothing. I hope to god my case was a lesson learned for Laura and her team and that no one ever goes through what I am going through.
