I cant even give this practice a star rating. I have made multiple calls since beginning treatment with side effects I have been experiencing due to the allergy shots. The nurse that calls back, sometimes after I have left multiple messages, is very rude and made me to believe it was in my head. I requested an appointment with the doctor and she told me it was scheduled. I went to the appointment after many bad experiences and the door to the office was locked. I called the main office and was told I did not have an appointment. I cancelled all my upcoming appointments and will not return, not even if it was life or death. IF you need an allergist, go somewhere else.

Dr. pepper was attentive and knowledgeable about my allergies. She was thorough, and sat and listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out the door. I could not rate her more highly.

Waited 45 minutes then asked how much longer it would be until I was seen and she said it could be another 15 minutes and then you will have a nurse conduct your vitals. Once shes finished it may be another hour. Who has time for that?
