Im not usually the type to leave reviews, but I feel so inclined after my experience with this facility. The work outs, environment, equipment, are all wonderful. Its a great place to exercise and it does improve how you feel overall. But if you intend to cancel, be aware the staff will give you the runaround, be pretty rude about it, and charge you a number of fees.If you intend to use this as your work out facility long term, I recommend it, but if you feel like you may need to cancel, I would recommend going elsewhere. Youll lose more in funds than its worth.

I started working out here about a week ago and it is amazing!! The saunas really help to make the most out of your workout and it helps to loosen up your muscles so youre not sore the next day. This is by far the best gym Ive been too and the staff are so friendly and helpful. This place is so worth it when it comes to achieving your fitness goals!

The work out makes me more motivated to come every week and I feel a change in my body each time I come!

HOTWORX is for everyone at any skill level. The heat is amazing. HOTWORX has many classes to choose from that are updated regularly therefore not boring! 24/7 access and easy to schedule classes with the app!

I love the workouts. I burn as many calories in a 15 or 30 min work out as I do spending an hour at a regular gym. And then, with the afterburn, I can burn twice as many more calories over the next hour just living my life. Ill take efficiency over long workouts any day! Plus, after completing a workout in a dry sauna thats 120 degrees, I feel like I could take over the world.

Great place to work out, either as a complete workout system or as a place to crosstrain (hello, CrossFitters). Hotworx Springdale has 8 isometric workouts and 2 cardio workouts running 24/7 in their infrared saunas. I was not a believer in the benefit of infrared heat and energy at first, but Im sold on it now. There is also a non-heated workout station with freeweights and equipment. Appointments are easy to schedule, the location is easy to get in and out of, and the workouts are effective.
