I am from out of town on a 10 day camping trip when I ended up with a painful ear infection so I looked up a CVS minute clinic. I had an amazing experience. I was greeted by Dawn who helped me check in. I made an appt at 5pm & was seem by nurse practitioner Jennifer. I had my antibiotics & was out the door at 5:32. I highly recommend it! By the way, if you left your CPAP mask in Florida, they carry those too!!!!

The doctor here was very rude don’t come to this location I wish I had her name to personally address her. She turned away my 4 year old daughter she needs to find a new job.

Taking the test was quick and easy. Waiting on results is what take so long. Overall the lady at the window was 5 stars

Absolutely the worst minute clinic in the world. I was looked at by a nurse that belongs there... I dont mean that as a compliment because thats all she seemed qualified to do. Please mam you know who you are smh stay right where you are and save the hospitals for nurses who care and are happy to do their job like my sister. Dont go there at all if you value your health. You would be better off getting examined by a random person on the street. Its on me for trying to take the path of least resistance. Take my word take you business elsewhere.

Made an appointment online, was very easy. Got there and was in the office after only waiting less than ten minutes. Aside from being sick it was a good experience, very quick.

I checked the website hours before I drove all the way over from Gaffney and when I got there it said they would not be open until1:30 instead of being open til 1:30.....then I waited until 1:25 to have someone come over and tell me that they may not have anymore even coming in to see patients. This is very unprofessional and for me to be sick and drive 30 minutes over there and still not be seen is not good for your business. Maybe change the hours on your website if a clinic is not going to be open or opening later.

If I could give this NO stars I would but thats not an option!!! Sat here for over 4hrs going on five and all they keep saying is they only have one provider but I have seen at least 3 people that came in over an hour AFTER me be seen and leave already!!!! Seriously if you have ANY other option take it!!!!I give them -50 stars!!!

Ive pre registered online which is super convenient, got there a few minutes before and signed in. Only a couple of minutes and she was ready for me! Quick and easy.

Went to take my daughter and was treated rude. We dont have insurance due to a new job and still in 90 day period. When the practitioner found out i didnt have insurance she told me i would have to pay (which i understand) but she said i need to get insurance and told me to get the affordable health insurance because reaponsible parents do that then told me i hope she feels better...the nerve

Waiting times are worse than a big ER. Just needed a vaccine. It took 2 hours to see the personal.

I sent in my online pre registration at 12:11pm, and my time to be seen was approximately 1:00pm. I arrived at 12:30, and signed in. At 1:25 I was the only person in the waiting area and the nurse opened the door and informed me that she was going to lunch at 1:30, and that I needed to come back or I could wait an hour. I asked, even though I pre registered over an hour ago, and Im the only person left? Her response, Yes, that doesnt matter lunch is at 1:30pm. Customer service fail.

Had lab tests for strep come back a day late, and it was $129 for them to say its viral, nothing we can do. No medicine, no treatment... not even a get well soon card. Not going back.
