You sent me to Pelham ER to get my CAT SCAN. I went there immediately and they ensured me that I was safe. I just needed to get the hematoma drained. I am still waiting to do that.

Check in was very impressive! I got fever tested immediately and checked in seamlessly. The doctor was quick into my room, asked a lot of questions and reassured me. He let me know what to look out for and instructed me to return in only 3 days if I wasnt feeling better. Excellent bedside manner and very comforting. I really appreciated Dr. Arendts care.

The staff and doctor at Immediate Care are all professional; however, I will be very hesitant to have CVS fill prescriptions in the future, as they seemed very willing to charge me without explaining things and what would be covered by insurance, etc. I suggest that the doctor take responsibility, too, and not have prescriptions called in and filled without some sense of cost and insurance coverage. Is this asking too much?
