Dr. Rodak is probably one of the best mannered doctors I’ve seen in a long time. He implanted an ICD in a friend of mine and did an excellent job. His presence before and after surgery was extremely informative and kind. Thank you!

I do not have any problem with Dr. Rodak, but making an appointment with this office is the most terrible experience! They give you a certain day to call for an appointment a few months out. I tried February 3 to call. When I finally got through, they said they were booked. Said to call back March 2. I called right at 9:00 A.M. (That is when they start answering the phone). The recording said there were 8 calls ahead of me. I was on hold for 23 minutes.For the last 12 minutes the recording said there was 1 call ahead of me. When I finally got a person, I told her I would like to make an appointment with Dr. Rodak. I was told there were no openings. I told her I had been on hold for 23 minutes and she hung up on me. This is the most absurd way to schedule appointments I have ever seen!!!

Making an appointment is a nightmare.
