Dr. Chae is a wonderful doctor. He did an examination of family member and then took time to counsel us on the proper course of action. He did so with intelligence and kindness and he really went the extra distance for us. Also, the medical advice turned out to very helpful. Highly recommended!

Ive been here a couple of times and have had multiple exams. Ive been able to get in within 24 hours and have had excellent service. Kelly at the front desk was excellent, she was able to answer all my questions about billing and what needed to be done in order to get the exams. The ultrasound techs were fast and explained the procedure thoroughly. I have no complaints and I will be returning in the future.

I went to Farmbrook after my doctor referred me to another facility. I was having 3 procedures done and the other facility could not get me in for 4 weeks. I called Farmbrook and they were able to see me the following week. I arrived to my appointment about 15 minutes early and filled out my paperwork, before I could sit back down the ultrasound tech took me back. The test was explained and I was done before I knew it. On to CT next, easiest exam very quick. The tech was very nice. Once I was done with that I had an xray. Whole appointment took about 1 hour. I was told it would take 24-48 hours for my doctor to be faxed the results. My doctor called me the following day with the results, which was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will have all of my imaging done from now on. Thank you!!!

I had a CT done here. Check in was smooth. The Radiologist was very helpful and the scan was very easy and efficient. I originally had my appointment scheduled for Beaumont, but it was such a hassle to get in and schedule the appointment. My physician recommended this place instead and I’m very thankful he’d did. I would definitely recommend this place!

I would leave zero stars if I could. I was lied to about billing information before getting a procedure. They told me it would be fine. It was not fine. Do not trust them with the billing unless you are rich enough to pay for it.

Called all over for a specific procedure. Hospital wanted to charge an outrageous price. Farmbooks price was more than 1/2 off the price compared to everyone else. I checked with my insurance and was told this may not be a covered benefit. Front desk had the biller come to talk to me as I had questions regarding coverage. I was told that they can not guarantee payment from any carrier, they would bill the insurance if insurance did not pay they would honor a discounted rate when paid. I recvd a bill - my insurance did not pay. Spoke to billing they gave me a cash discounted price. The office staff was nice, the xray tech and dr were great, explained everything they were doing and the billing staff was so helpful and the discount was much appreciated. Hope I dont have to go back, but would definately go back to this office.

Customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Terrible with bill pay service thru my bank check was mailed and never cashed. Will never pay them again using bill paid services.Bob

DR . CHAE is the best , I have been coming to him for years for my fibro cyst breast, he has drain my cyst taking me out of pain, he has done biopsy on my pain when I came in for pain. I went to other places but no one is like DR. CHAE service and his knowledge!!! Thanks DOC
