Visits are brief, Yet thorough and on point. Excellent service in comparison to all other offices that I have visited. The staff members are courteous and the office is very clean. God Bless them all!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Murphy for only a couple of years. Today I went in and was very disappointed with the inactive care I received without any genuine concern or reasoning. But staff was quick to ask was I going to be making a payment on my way out. This will be my last visit at this office. Very disappointing!

I was referred to him by my in-laws and he did such extensive blood work and everything, the first time I have had that done ever. I found out things that my other doctor never told me. Dr. Murphy and Dr. Shaw... Where do I start? I was referred to Dr. Murphy after seeing numerous doctors that could not figure out why a relatively young healthy person was feeling ill for so long. Within 5 days of my 1st visit, Dr. Murphy discovered the issue was something very life threatening and time sensitive. He comforted me, he reassured me, and he was there for me. Not only at his office, but during my hospital stay as well. Dr. Shaw made me feel like I was being cared for by family. She has a very infectious personality and shows attentiveness, compassion, and confidence during your visit..... I could go on and on, but Ill stop here. I love Dr. Murphy.

This most inefficient office Ive ever dealt with in my life! It started with Joan lying saying she called me back, then said oh your voicemail was full. (Was not true) I left 2 messages with Joan for Dr. Murphy to call me, no explanation as to why he never called. Nasty attitude each time. Set an appointment for 2 weeks out to December 2nd. I called today to confirm the time wasnt sure if it was 2 or 2:45...Joan says Im not scheduled that I said I would call back. Not true, I accepted the appointment and still asked for Dr Murphy to call me, in which he never did! I have AFib (cardiovascular) concerns in which Ive been waiting 3 weeks to be seen by this rude inefficient doctors office. HORRIBLE!!
