Worst doctors office ever front desk never answer the phone they never call you back after leaving a message for clients or your pharmacy if your out of your prescription you have to leave a message and they only check your message at the beginning of shift and at the end of the shift so if you call in between you wont get your prescription till the next day

He is dismissive and careless. By the way, telling someone they will live will something for the rest of the life and then shrug, isn’t kind nor professional! I wouldn’t recommend a fly to this careless man. Beware!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible doctor. Terrible staff. Filthy office. Dishonest. Stay far away.

Dr. Fouad Batah is a Wonderful Doctor. He is Knowledgeable and patient. He explains in details and listens. He would do any thing just to make the patient satisfied and his/her need are met. He Follows through the cases when necessary.I recommend him for all.

Dr. Batah is wonderful and really follows through with you as a patient. He also takes time with you on an exam and his staff is good too!

Spent two and a half hours in the office with 90 minutes in a room without seeing a doctor for an injured wrist. Walked out and will never return. Urgent care across the street had my xray and script done in 30 minutes. Is this how new patients are supposed to be treated?

I visited Dr. Batah for my annual physical which is covered 100% by my insurance. He ordered some lab tests for which they claimed insurance as a “sick visit” and I got a huge bill from Biotech Clinical Laboratory. My insurance says they will have to submit a corrected claim and the lab says they cannot because Dr. Batah ordered the tests as sick visit. Ended up paying a huge amount.
