This has been one of the best sugaring experiences I had. I was hesitant at first to coming back due to a not so great experience with a different Sugaring person here, but Kari is great. Kari made sure to take her time, she had great conversation, and suprisingly it did hurt that much. If you come here definitely ask for Kari!

My experience at this studio was extremely poor. This was my first time getting a Brazilian. Kat did not complete the service. There is visible hair remaining in parts. When I told her that there are part where there is hair left, she said wont be able to do it because she has another client. She did not recommend that I come back at a later time to get it fixed. I told her in the beginning that this was my first time, she should have known that it might take longer and should have rescheduled. I also found her to be rather cold. She did not introduce herself or make me feel comfortable because it was my first time. I do not think I will be going back to this place again. I also do not recommend this place to anyone especially if this is your first time.Edit: I just saw their website, the person I met is Cat not Kat.

I was little nervous about going to a new place for Brazilian but after reading the good reviews I felt like giving it a try and I am happy that I did. I had found them when I was looking for a sugaring salon nearby when we had moved to Seattle last year but they didnt have the Downtown Seattle location till then and since I dont drive I didnt want to spend extra on cab. But recently I was browsing again for a sugaring spa nearby and was excited to read about the new location and felt like coming here. Camilla is really good at sugaring, she is pretty friendly and makes you feel at ease. Though its a little far from where I live but for the price and quality its a good deal. They also gave me a sample of their cream.

Brianne at Stoneway location is amazing. She is efficient and her work is beautiful. Her technique is so good that you hardly feel any pain. She’s also delightful to talk with during your waxing session. I highly recommend her. Try not to be late for the appointment though. I was late once and felt terrible. They are super busy which is unfair to her and the next client. Please try her service. You will love it!

This was the rudest and most unprofessional encounter Ive had in a salon my entire life. There was no one at the front desk when I walked in. I called out and knocked multiple times with no response. I sat down thinking that maybe there was a customer, and about 20 minutes later one of the attendants finally walks out of a side room, where theres been chattering and giggling for the entire time I was there. The attendant then refuses to check me in, saying Well the three of us here were about to go to lunch and we dont have any scheduled appointments until 2, so I dont think we can squeeze you in. (It was about 1:25 at this point and I, a walk in customer, had been waiting for at least 20 minutes. I only needed a brow wax, not anything super time-intensive.) Maybe you could go to Ballard or somethingI was so infuriated and appalled at this unprofessional attitude that I left. This place obviously doesnt value customers. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere with people who have the decency and professionalism to value it.
