Been going here a lot for laser hair removal, it is sufficient. They dont have nitrous oxide gas anymore.

I recently had a conversation with one of the providers there and I was told that they didn’t offer laser treatment for my skin type. So I asked her, what do you mean because I was never tested for my skin here yet. She said that they didn’t treat my type of skin tone because it’s too dark. I said, do you mean African American skin and she said yes. She said, you’re skin will only be eligible for electrolysis.I found it very hard too believe because when I had my consultation. I was never told any of this information.I’m very disappointed and I hope no one experience this.

Dr.Gromko is the sweetest doctor i have ever been too! She makes you feel comfortable and like youre talking to an old friend every time you go in! The receptionist does the exact same! Supper sweet, caring, gets to know you! I feel so comfortable there!!

Ive had several horrible experiences here with both the admins and laser hair removal staff. I pre-purchased a package of hair removal sessions. I was severely burned during two separate appointments, at another session the machine broke and I waited two hours while they unsuccessfully attempted to fix it, I left and they charged me for a no-show. Worse of all during one session the tech leaned in and whispered to me you smell so good. So Gross! Spend your money elsewhere.

Polite people, but after a year of electrolysis on my upper lip and chin no improvement whatsoever. My facial hair actually became worse, more noticeable, longer and thicker.
