Absolutely the worst expenditure of time and money I ever made. This company employs unprofessional young people who do not understand customer service. Every visit brought a new manager and a new set of rules. I was actually injured by one tech in an extremely delicate location.Worst of all, after so many treatments they cut you off, even if the job has not been accomplished. They will blame your genetics.I did not see any improvement at all, after spending thousands of dollars and countless hours of time. Do electrolysis or pay for laser removal by a plastic surgeon’s office, where you will actually get the results you paid for.The lasers these people use are different, weak, and complete rubbish. The techs have no idea what they are doing, and their attitudes are unprofessional. This is a total money-making scheme based on garbage equipment and technique. I finally got results, but did it elsewhere. Save your money for a respectable establishment run by grown-up professionals.

Showed up with a Group on for a 60-minute deep pore detox facial with no expectations. Been disappointed before by other salons offering cheap deals. Oh my, I was blown away by the quality of the service at American Laser Skincare !

Avoid this clinic. The service stops at high pressure sales. Therapists are poorly trained, careless and do not follow through especially if they have made an error. I was burnt during laser hair removal treatment. This was reported immediately both to the therapist and manager. The response was unhelpful and the promised follow up never materialized. I have been to other clinics all over the world. This one is definitely sub- standard.

I wish I had read the reviews. This guys just want to rip you off. Very unprofessional people. Go anywhere else and it will be betther!
