In town passing by but needed my regular wax and had mines cancel on me right as I was headed out of town days later. Was able to get an appointment opening on short notice. Faith was exceptional and she is really sweet and did a thorough job!

Amanda is the absolute best!! She immediately put me at ease and has excellent banter to keep you distracted while you get your delicate parts sugared. In fact I enjoyed the experience so much that I keep asking for more and more areas to be sugared. Now I am getting my whole legs, a Brazilian, my arms and and arm pits! Haha! I think Im addicted. :)

I had the opportunity to receive a Signature Facial from Melissa. It was a wonderful, relaxing and thorough experience. I have been enjoying the results for days. Melissa is a true professional and provides excellent care in her craft. I will be returning and highly recommend her to anyone who wants the best.excellent

Ive been coming to Smooth Sugaring for years, and its hands down, the best sugaring studio in Seattle. Having gone to a handful of different studios now, you learn to appreciate service and details that you might not know about otherwise.The quality of the sugar they use is fantastic. I assumed everyones sugar was the same until I went to a studio where the visits became painful enough that I considered not going anymore. Little did I know, the sugar matters!I see Melissa, the owner, and she provides a great balance of being able to work quickly but is also thorough and careful. Im usually in once every four weeks, and its nice that the visit is about 20 minutes. Ive been to studios where the same service would be an hour - which is way too long. You also dont want someone rushing either.The studio has a modern/clean look and is located in a great spot in beautiful Madison Park with free street parking. ** For anyone worried about COVID, they have been on top of it. They also provide masks for clients who want or need. I highly recommend!

Sugaring is wonderful! My skin (back) isnt terribly sensitive, but waxing would definitely cause a breakout that took several days to clear. Not a problem with sugaring. Its not quite as hot, it smells nice, and it is nice and sticky and does a great job with no irritation for me. Melissa and Dierdre are both fun and make quick work of the job, too. The studio is modern and bright and a very relaxing atmosphere. Ive even copied some of their Pandora stations to listen to at home! Cannot recommend sugaring and Smooth Sugaring Studio enough if youve been getting waxed previously and want to try a major upgrade to the experience. Booking online is a breeze too!

Great results as far as smoothness and how long the sugaring lasted. The space is small, but cute. Not the most lush or lavish space compared to some other salons I’ve been to. So if you’re expecting dim lighting, candles, and all the frills this maybe isn’t the place for you. I’ve only been once, but will come back because the Madison Park location is convenient and my first appointment was quick, on time, and I saw such amazing results.

Never going anywhere else! Ive had such great experiences at Smooth Sugaring studio. All of the women that work there are so welcoming and make sure you leave looking spotless. They always go the extra mile to make sure the job is done expertly. I also like how they are open until 7 p.m. so I can go after work. Ive recommended this place to all of my friends, definitely give it a try!

Incredibly professional and accommodating staff. Even amid a busy schedule, Ive never had trouble booking an appointment within a reasonable window (few days). Accessible location with plenty of parking. Super clean and inviting space. Service is timely and has yet to disappoint in the slightest!

Ive been having an excellent sugaring experience at this studio for the last four months, and its the first time Ive noticed my hair truly getting thinner and lighter after each session! Melissa is super down to earth and easy to hang with, and I never feel rushed like I have at other studios in the past. Definitely recommend!

I have relied on Smooth for a long time. Super easy to get to, parking not an issue and a great service in a nice clean environment. I cant do wax and this works perfectly for me! and they do super handy text reminders for your appointments!

Used to use his studio with the former and current owner who were very accommodating and professional however with their new staff on certain days, Ive have tried to come for an appointment and there was no one at the studio! Even for a scheduled appointment! No one answering the phones, no one to contact despite being quoted as open until 5pm. Will never use again.
