I’ve been going here for three years now, at first in the U District and for the past year in Cap Hill. Suzanna is really great, both to chat with and at her job - she’s very attentive and professional. I love the membership options and the service is always great!

Been going to Broadway Shanti Threading for over three years now - the staff is always friendly and professional. The quality of the work they do is high! I’ve never had any complaints on any of the services they perform. They care about their clients. Good value for money! Susanna and other staff are friendly and really good at their work - threading/ waxing/ and make up as well.

Fantastic clean and quick. I normally get waxing but I will never go back to it. Threading you can do at any time (no waiting for your mustache to grow back in) and their unlimited threading for $100 for three months is incredible. Susanna made the process comfortable and painless (especially if you are used to waxing). Highly recommend.

Ive been going here for threading my eyebrows and upper lip for the last 4 years. They are the only salon in the Seattle area who do that and do it well! There are 4 salons in different neighborhoods of Seattle and it is a family owner business (the owners are Nepali). Ive met them on several occasions and always found them to be very nice, helpful and gentle. I would highly recommend going there. They are taking all the necessary precautions during COVID 19!

Reasonable prices and very quick. Book appointments if going on a weekend or there could be a 20 minute wait. Very clean and it would make the most sense to become a member.

This is the best threading I’ve ever had (and I’ve been doing it for years!). They do waxing too and I’m glad I found this place as soon as I moved to Seattle.

Great place to get your eyebrows threaded for a good price. There is a $60 option for 6 threading sessions over 6 months. Well worth the price. They do a good job.

I went for eyebrow threading and waxing upper lips, chin and underarms. I got bumps on my face with the eyebrow threading and they did not use warm wax which caused difficulty to remove hair from upper lips and chin, clearly lack of experience. It is not worth the price you pay.

Very nice staff who always does a fabulous job with my eyebrows. Clean and efficient! Definitely going back.

One good experience and one bad one at this Shakti location. I’ve had my full face threaded before and went to Shakti to have it done again. Nice woman did a great job. Went again a few months later and a different woman threaded my fill face and eyebrows in less than 15 minutes. The lighting was so low in the studio that I couldn’t tell that she did such a poor job and I still had a significant amount of hair on my face. After that experience I will not choose to return again for services as I spent $50 on a full face thread and in reality it only really shaped my eyebrows. Pretty disappointed.

Every time I go there I always end up with thin eyebrows no matter how many times I tell them please keep my eyebrows thick.Wish they actually did a good job, now I am stuck with a membership for horrible service.

Nice place and no wait when I came in, however I won’t be returning because they made my eyebrows too thin to my liking and messed with my natural shape.

I told her before I sat in the chair that I didnt want to go any thinner, my left eyebrow is considerably thinner now and she also shortened it so now Ill have to fill in and elongate (something I dont usually have to do). I purchased a membership (the place is dimly lit so you cant see too well), hopefully Ill get better threaders next time, fingers crossed!

I stopped in to get my eyebrows cleaned up and while I was there the employee/manager was incredibly direspectful to a client and completly diregaurded the clients consern with the price she was being charged. The absolute most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. I was next on the list and ended up walking out because I had no intention of trusting this individual with my eyebrow after she so clearly did not care about customer satisfaction. I understand that she may have had a long day or is tired of dealing with tough customers as they complain about prices..again. The client at least deserves the respect to be looked at and listened to. Not a way to gain clients. I was hoping to buy a new memebership with them today but instead brought my business elsewhere.

Lady told 3 people of front of me and I had to wait 30 mins. Cause 6 people came in front of me .

Fast and warm service. Maybe the bad reviews come from the pain of getting hairs pulled out of your head!

I used a groupon for this place. So please check groupon before you go for threading here.The prices are little high without any coupons.Not too great service.

I would not recommend this place at all. This was the most painful threading of my eyebrows ever. I asked for a shape and didnt get it. They did my lip as well and the manner that it was done in was very sloppy.

Threading missed the mark. My first time Threading and patches were missed. With the low lighting inside salon you cannot tell. I dont think I will be back.
