Great new facility. I recently moved my primary care here because I work in north San Jose. Very convenient for light rail and they have great bike parking. The pharmacy is very large and was quick to fill. I enjoy using the remote check in and kiosks.

The directions from Coleman ave to Kaiser Permanente on Technology dr in San Jose, CA could be confusing. When you reach the traffic light on Technology Dr. before reaching the hospital, stay on the left lane to cross the intersection and reach the hospital. The two right lanes turn right only. It can get you in trouble if you miss this as you approach traffic light near Kaiser on Technology Dr.

Highly do not recommend. It was a complete waste of money to continue to expand on a company with absolute poor service to patients. The RNs & MAs are of no help to any of the patients they also are quick to chalk up an attitude with patients. Kaiser continues to expand on individuals with lack of care for those who pay quite a bit for their services. This isn’t Obama care or some private doctors office. You suppose to get what you pay before and Kaiser is providing absolute trash service for the amount in which it cost to be a member here.

Always good parking. Generally few patients. Pleasant environment and courteous staff.

The doctors are good but there is lady in the registration office who was really rude to me and made fun of my name, because at my birth country, there s no last name for females so I was going with Fnu as my last name, she really made me disappointed by using F and other bad words to me so because of her, I would never go there again. No body has the right to make fun of anyone’s name and She has to remember that she gets paid because of US. I have VHP Insurence, we moved to different city where is no VHP hospitals only Kaiser hospitals are close to my house but I still prefer to drive 4 hours to go to VHP for my appointments instead of changing it to Kaiser.

Worst of all, you take an exam in the laboratory that can be delivered in an hour or less and they give you the result days later !!!

I changed to Skyport because I live downtown! It’s brand new, tastefully decorated and very clean!!!Lots of parking too and pharmacy isn’t so crowded!!! Great doctors and PT department!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Skyport site. Being so much less crowded makes a huge difference. Unlike another reviewer, my contacts with the technicians have been positive;I even received a hug when one test turned out clear. The doctors I have seen have taken time and explained with care - in some cases to an extraordinary degree. Not having to calm down from the stress of parking before a blood pressure test is a welcome contrast to the other site Ive used; parking here is a breeze. Both the pharmacy and the optometrists are well stocked and quick. When there was a question about a test and they sent it to Kaiser Santa Clara for follow-up; the return response was as quick as it would have been if Id gone to Santa Clara in the first place. Great move, Kaiser!

Great location, lot’s of parking, and clean facility. The reason for the two stars is their neurology department with Dr. Brian Lee, I emailed the doctor on Jan 17 with a worsening head condition and here it is Jan 24. Dr. Lee has not even responded or viewed my email, followed up again Jan 24. He’s a nice person, but not a doctor you can depend on for your care. Very sad!!!

This is a great location for a Kaiser clinic. The hours our little funny for checking on the second floor. The staff there is always wonderful. But they are only allowed to start checking people in at 8:15 which creates a line and cause you to be LATE if you have an 8:30 appointment or a class.This is the easiest parking Ive ever experienced at any Kaiser Ive ever visited.Be careful of the front door, dont be in a rush. It is freakishly slow in opening. If you have a large stride, are pushing a wheelchair, on crutches, or are moving too quickly you could smack into it.

Clean, organized. Staffs are sometimes friendly.I experience 15-30 minutes every time I visit for an appointment, that can definitely be improved. Missing of urgent-care, ER in the location, although this is very central in San Jose, in the triangle 3 freeways, which makes those services very accessible for everyone in south bay.

Reception, Lab, and Nursing staff are great. Clean building and plentiful parking. This is the only reason Im giving 2 stars.The service Ive received under Kaiser was such a joke that I switched insurance to get away. Botched procedures, fighting for routine immunizations, and spending months trying to get approvals for lab tests that often return abnormal results. So happy I never have to deal with this again.Edit:Finally got to see an Endo who put me on the right meds and got me properly tested. Doing better than ever. Dont settle for Kaiser.

I usually go to Kaiser Campbell, but as the new facility on Skyport is closer , why not try it? I had a mammography test.I did not like my experience. Next time I am going back to Kaiser Campbell where technicians are kind , gentle and make you feel comfortable for this kind of test. I have always received great service from Kaiser , so sorry it did not happen this time.

Just arrived on scheduled lab appointment with my toddlers and the whole building is closed. Why would you schedule appointment when you are closed? Preparing toddler for lab draw is not easy and this situation does not help!

Laboratory employees both at registration and lab technicians are not very friendly. Such a difference from Kaiser Homestead campus which I prefer. Its a shame because Skyport is only 15 mins from our house.

New Kaiser hospital facility with large parking lot. I didn’t have to wait for long line for fu shot! Great place!

Should be great once the new building has offgassed. Needs serious ventilation right now. Toxic air, ironically visiting the Pulmonary Dept.

This wouldve gotten 5 stars if it wouldnt have been for the bad service ! The doctor was nice explained everything in great detail, i was on the optometry department , so i ended up getting some glasses and since i live in Gilroy and usually go to the gilroy kaiser i asked for them to be transferred to the girloy kaiser when they were ready, they said that was fine, so i got a text message Thursday September 5 saying theyre ready to pickup at skyport i was a little confused i was guessing theyre ready and theyll be in gilroy in a couple days just yesterday i called and asked why havent they got to gilroy yet they said im so sorry we had forgot to send them, there still here and the lady still asked if i can pick them up in san jose ! After she said ill send them straight to gilroy theyll be there by Friday! FRIDAY? Ive been waiting since last Thursday and they made a mistake and still want me to wait more , bad service next time ill go to Gilroy kaiser againUpdate earned 2 more stars just because they fixed the issue and i got.my glasses the next day

I registered around 1155AM for an MMR and waiter close to 45 min to get it, but I had to go up and ask people to follow up (no one was at the check in register). There was only one nurse and I tried to be understanding about the procedure she got caught up in but in trying to get the record at the medical record office no one was there. Apprantly the entire staff was gone for lunch until 130PM, which is ok, except I double checked online and I did not see where this info was listed. It would be more time considerate to patients if this was made known, especially when they need their lunch too.The extra star is for the one nurse that assisted me on her lunch despite her appointment she had to go to. Thank you to her.EDIT: I drove home to find that the paper was wrong and I had to drive back. Im entirely frustrated and Im dropping to it to one star.

I have to say thank you to all the staff in this Kaiser everybody was really nice and helpful.

Note: flu shots are available only during limited hours. None on Monday or Friday, if I recall correctly. Some other days, only afternoons. Some Saturday availability.

Nice Facility, easy parking. Unfortunately, the injection clinic doesnt have the specialty medication I need, but they told me that they are still getting set up and they will call me as soon as they get it in. I will edit this review when they do.

Walkin flu shot clinic was supposed to be from 8-4.30 pm. Nowhere does it say they have a lunch break. I had to wait for an hour and half with a toddler. Not a happy experience at all.

New facility, clean, and very easy to park! A good choice over the Homestead one.
