Brought my home girl here for her Appt.. taking day off work was not fun- having to wait in the parking lot for 1hr just for her release not fun!.. this place is slow! Workers on floor, not professional. Not at all. How do medical assistants caring for patient forget to give patients their results not electronically but by print out? I seen Registered nurse / medical assistants rush out chasing after their patients! Medical workers repeatedly telling patients sorry, sorry over and over after running searching for them in parking lot? Pathetic! Embarrassing!.. why is this place even in business? I hear a lot of good words! About security! THOUGH HAHA!.. sadly it’s not any1 security Working their? My girl had a crush on security. She missed her chance.. ethical worker; good personality ; I hear he rich AF too! My girl not the gold digging type… but this place even down graded on security? Lmao! It’s on the EAST SIDE- east side turned into snitch b b b ichin side , I guess.. lol… congrats to jocelyn! She had a baby! All I have to say is JOCELYN was a life saver! I was so confused when searching for health insurance and she helped me every step of the way to make sure I got thee best coverage that fit my health / lifestyle. I was running out of options and suffering from a severe internal infection. Not only did she help me get insured for 2020, she helped me seek medical attention w my non insured status and I was able to get on the antibiotics I needed to get well again. My Doctor was kind and the NA Carla was so friendly and pleasant! YOU guys SAVED ME! Thank you!

My first time at this clinic.Dr. Le, and her wonderful Medical Assistant Yvonne (including staff at the front desk) were caring and professional. The clinic is clean, and comfortable. The Security Officer is observant, welcomes, and opens the door for you. I am very blessed to have found a doctor and location near home. Amen!!

Excellent service, extremely satisfied with the front desk and the customer service far exceeded my high expectations and request!!! Thank you for exceeding the typical customer service. Its very evident that this company cares and values their patients. I really recommend this clinic. A side from that people can be very rude at times to the front desk when they don’t get their way.

Special shout out to Myra at the front desk. (She was working Tuesday December 17th at 2 pm) She was single handedly rude enough to earn yall a one star review on Google. Maybe hire receptionists that actually talk nicely to guests???So for anyone who comes here: if a lady with long dark hair named Myra is there, dont waste your time walking up to her. She WONT help you, but WILL sprinkle the conversation with her terrible attitude.

Although there are times that it is hard to get an appointment at the clinic. I always get Fantastic costumer service from Karla & Mayra. 💙Dr.Lobana is a great doctor !!!

Let’s just say the staff here is friendly. The providers will run late on their patients but, it is worth the wait if you have patience.

I showed up a half hour early and was told Id be given paperwork but that didnt happen .Then I got back in line and was told I didnt need to fill any out. The doc is eatimaest to be 30-40 minutes late. This happneha at the other Indian Health Clinic, but add 3 days for the doctor to finally send my presprescrips over.

I did something very painful to my rib at night, while cleaning my bathtub. Obamacare sent me to this place. The receptionist offered me an appointment sometime in the next month. Seriously? Apparently so.

They are forcing you to get the vaccineAgainst the covib to be able to make an appointment in person. If you do not have the vaccines they cannot see you in person but illogically they summon you in person to apply the vaccine right there 😤
