This place is perfect. Super helpful. The for t desk ladies were awesome. Even gave me water. The NP was super great. Everyone in their knew why I came and they treated Didn’t make me feel embarrassed. They supported me. Definitely going back.

My experience with the physicians assistant Amanda has been nothing but professional and excellent.Unfortunately I have to leave a one-star review due to the very unprofessional treatment from Roger, a health provider, and terrible scheduling from the front desk.I received really stigmatic judgmental conduct from Roger which is 100% uncalled for and unprofessional. I wouldnt be able to recommend anyone to rely on this person for their health care if theyre truly concerned about their well-being.Next on 10/26/2021 I called in the evening requesting an x-ray due to a swollen right. The person who answered told me I would be able to have imaging done the same day so I head over to their office. Upon arriving the front desk informed me of a contrary circumstance. She was kind and professional and reassured me that if I schedule an appointment for the next day I would definitely be able to have an X-ray done.I followed her advice scheduled for 2:30 p.m. for 10/27/2021 I wasnt seen by a healthcare provider until 3:30 p.m. and the x-ray technician went on break because the front desk was so slow to check me in and process my insurance information.Next the provider was accusing me of being a psychiatric patient for my injuries. This clinic is clearly incompetent with proper diagnosis and professional empathy. She also didnt even recognize what an ankle brace is. Thats scary. I dont think I could ever trust this Urgent Care for an urgent medical condition ever again.This location clearly has no regard for your personal time and is highly stigmatized in emotionally judging you rather than providing excellent health and medical care. I encourage anyone who is nearby to please go to a different location as they have proven to fail delivering basic human respect to their patients. How could you rely on a clinic to take care of your health if they cannot even be respectful of your dignity and time?

They got me in right away . Very nice staff , nice doctor . He was thorough and kind . He did my chest X-ray , verified pneumonia and gave me medicine right away . This urgent care is WAY better than a trip to Santa Clara valley medical . I highly recommend it . They have severalLocations but only this one has X-ray capabilities I think .

This is THE most sorry excuse for a doctors practice that I have ever seen in my entire life. I genuinely cannot believe that these people wake up every day and call themselves doctors. If only I could give them zero stars because that would be generous. DO NOT VISIT THIS URGENT CARE.

I went there for aggravated cough. The medical staff and Doc took good care of me. Both gave me such a comfort in the entire process.I am happy that I went here in emergency.

This place is great. I had to get a spirometry test ASAP. I was able to get in their quickly and the person booking my appointment was very nice and knowledgeable. When I got there, I was impressed at how nice and well kept the office was. Julia was the one who worked with me on the medical exam –– all I have to say is that shes the best! Highly recommend this office.

As a nurse practitioner traveling through California, I had an awesome experience with this urgent care. Amanda and Gagi were very good and very kind when I was not feeling well in an unfamiliar city. Dr Aguilar Nieto provided excellent care and I was soon feeling better and heading home.😊

Sliced my hand open and it wouldnt stop bleeding. They put me to the front of the line and fixed me up. I walked out an hour later with a glued up finger and a tetanus shot. Doctors had great disposition, exam room was clean, receptionist had no issues with my ID or insurance card.

Every time I’ve been here it’s always something. Don’t bother making an appointment because they won’t have you seen on time and ask you to come back 4times. Something not working? You’ll find out after you check in and wait 45mins and get told to go to another location. Very unorganized. Never again.

I had an awful experience with action health care. I had an appointment that went fine I waited an extra hour for my insurance to be verified. This was fine and the coordinator apologized for the wait time. The doctor was great and everything went well. Then I had to setup a second appointment five days later...This is where very thing went horrible! I scheduled an appointment online for a virtual visit for noon. I had just had an appointment five days prior where they had already verified my insurance (so I thought). First my appointment time came and went without any call. Then I called and they were extremely rude claimed my insurance was wrong and it took hours for her to fix it...... she was not apologetic in the slightest. I wasn’t seen until 2:45pm! I wasted all day sick by the phone waiting for someone to figure my insurance they already had on file.When I finally saw the doctor the care was great. The doctor said a care coordinator would reach out after the appointment to schedule a follow up and she never did. I will never go back her do not waste your time with this place. The doctors are great but the wait time is not worth it.Also I got a call today about an appointment for today. That I will be charged with a late fee if I don’t show. I never received any information regarding a new appointment! So like I said don’t waste your time with this place.

Slowest possible XRay results. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Consult for broken foot Wednesday. Thursday X-Rays and its Saturday and there is still NO doctor explaining whether my daughter broke her foot or not. The doctor who referred us for the XRay was nice but then nothing. Got a call Friday and was told - -we have no idea when we might have the results of the XRay.My friend who is an ER Doc in another state says he reviews immediately. Its been multiple days with NO doctor reading the XRay. Go somewhere competent instead.

The urgent care was able to give me a Zoom appointment with a doctor within the hour. The doctor diagnosed me with food poisoning and gave me a plan, which worked. She also gave me her direct telephone number in case there were any problems. The doctor was excellent.The negative of the visit is that Action Urgent Care is not in-network with my insurance company. If we had known this, we probably would have called a different Urgent Care Center. My payment was $225, and I found out today that my co-payment for an in-network Urgent Care virtual visit is $0. So, while I was happy with the care I received, I am not happy with the cost.

With minimal wait time and professional staff I felt comfortable and relaxed as the team worked quickly to address my needs and provide me with professional care.I’m very grateful that their team is so close and it was so easy to gain access to professional care. Easy to make appointments, schedule of appointments displayed in lobby. Need to use parking garage behind street front (limited street parking). Direct access to office from parking garage.Little late getting in but only because higher priority (COVID-19 test on an infant) was a walk-in.

PA Roger is a great diagnostician. He really takes the time to provide care and compassion, I never felt rushed during my visit.I am a primary care patient here because I can always get in right away

Front staff was helpful but doctor was not thorough at all. She didnt order basic blood tests that are commonly given to confirm her diagnosis.I had a follow up with a second doctor and everything went great. He did give me a different diagnosis and medication than the first doctor.Overall it was a stressful experience because the first misdiagnosis but they also called me and took my feedback which improves my review as well as the second doctor visit.

Poor service.Action Urgent care is actually Action slow care.The staff is untrained. The helpdesk seems to not know much about the process.They waste patients time in going back and forth from one location to another.Lied on the phone that they have X-ray service, when went to blossom hill location, they said we do have x-ray service but at another location, made appointment for next-day at san carlos location, then back to blossom hill location for x-ray readout. Wasted our 3-days in this process, then they couldnt even put cast on. Staff tried and wasted several hours and then told us to go see an orthopedics doctor. They handed out a list of 50 doctors and asked us to go try making an appointment. So unprofessional. Will never recommend anyone..

I had the best experience at this urgent care. My visit was very quick and easy. The provider, Drew, was very informative and helpful. The office was very clean. The front desk was very friendly. Zarina, the medical assistant that took me back, made me feel very comfortable. Drew even asked me to come back for a follow up and made sure I was completely taken care of.

Went with my daughter on 7/12. She had severe throat pain and has since been diagnosed with an abscess on her tonsils. They went out of their way to help us and diagnosed her correctly. Roger was so nice and thorough and insisted we go to an EMT immediately. We are from out of town so we had no idea. The young woman called several offices with no luck and then found us an ER with ENTs on staff!! Thank you

First off i dont go to the Dr. For anything, but i caught some poison oak really bad everywhere on me so i visited action urgent care. Have to say the staff was very friendly, i had an appointment and i only had to wait 10 minutes past my appointment time i like that but once i got in it moved rite along smoothly not hardly any paperwork for me to fill out they asked all the questions and i gave answers. The Dr. Who saw me didnt keep me waiting and made sure all my questions were answered and a week now has past and poison oak is gone so yes very pleased with that establishment and their crew.

Theyre solid. They look like theyre closed - theres big papers in front of the windows - but, theyre open. Its just for privacy.I came in with abdominal pain & they gave me antibiotics, did blood work, & referred me to get a CT scan.I got my CT scan at SJ SCC VMC & got my appendix removed.

The clinic is great and the people there are amazing , but it is extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone through the phone you have to call several times and itll just end up rerouting to another number. How am i supposed to contact my PCP at this location?

It took me 5 hours to walk in & get a Xray & walk out with the report. I understand they were busy but I felt the place was understaffed.

Brought my 9 yr old daughter here for xrays to check out her arm after a bicycle accident.I thought her arm was fine but the experienced and caring radiologist quickly and carefully processed her and worked to get the xrays reviewed asap.The staff was caring, welcoming and good with kids. They kept things moving forward it seemed efficient. We left with a splint and a referral for 2 fractures.Although I hope I dont need them anytime soon, I am glad they are there and recommend them especially for kids.

The team within the company is undoubtedly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Brief, straight to the point, and knowledgeable. I’ve been on leave within the pandemic and have never had a virtual experience. The representatives I’ve spoken with were patient, genuine, and kind with their choice of words. Booking was seamless, and that weight lifted was very gratifying. The doctors were also patient and kind with both appointments I’ve had thus far. I wouldn’t have thought that having someone just speak with you over a zoom call could be so easy and helpful. Thank you to the Bay Area team. You deserve to be praised

I came into the clinic on Tuesday, May 25th and saw Dr. Aguilar. He and his staff treated me with kindness under very stressful circumstances I was having at the time. Blood tests, a shot and off I went with some antibiotics to home feeling pretty good. 24+ hours later I am still having problems so in I went on Thursday, May 27. Again the kindness treatment, an xray, an IV that completely turned things around for me after a rather difficult time late Wednesday and most of Thursday. The suggestion of an IV completely worked and off I went only to do a follow up on Tuesday, June 1st to tell Dr. Aguilar and his staff thank you ever so much for your care for me. I appreciated all that you did for me and can only believe you do this for most other clients as well. Although I am not excited about ever visiting this urgent care facility anytime soon I will always know that if I need to the Staff at this facility located on Meridian Avenue will always have my back. Too slow, you have to wait more than 20 minutes for each step. Don’t come here if you want your visit finish within 2 hours which is the maximum time nearby street parking allows you to park 🙃

I just wanted to give a shoutout to this clinic/company for the ease of using the Kyla app for my COVID testing. The medical assistant that had helped me out before over the phone, I believe her name is Zarina/Sarina spent a good 15 minutes helping me set it up my first time around. Walked me through the whole process and helped me navigate it with ease. Convenient app, great company, amazing staff, and I will be using their services from here on out. Would recommended this place to all my family and friends!

They got me in as a walk in when I needed them and the wonderful x ray tech even stayed late to accommodate my x rays! I love it here

I had to wait for 2 hours even though I was the only patient. I did a urine test and no one mentioned the result. The doctor literally stayed 2 minutes with me and asked simple questions that I could find on Google and simply prescribed me antibiotics. Ill never come back unless emergency.

Very unsatisfied with the service here. The care provider was unknowledgeable about my condition and just recommended PT. They also bungled the prescription and sent it to the wrong pharmacy causing me to lose half the day running around and calling my insurance.

I came in for a sports physical and the experience was nothing below perfect. The doctors were all very nice and it was a really comfortable environment. It was really easy to have conversations with the doctors and they are all very good at their jobs with lots of knowledge.

Everyone I dealt with made my appointments really smooth and so helpful. I was nervous but no need...VERY PROFESSIONAL and so helpful. I highly recommend and can not thank this amazing team enough for all of their hard work and care--ESPECIALLY at this time!

First it was ok, doctor checked on my kids relevantly quickly, they were coughing for two weeks. But then we waited for 30 minutes for assistant to take a throat swab, never received a results. On a follow up appointment provider didn’t tell us results as well, had a few theories what it might be the reason of cough, said she would prescribe some medication and never did.Overall I’ll say our experience was useless, spent a lot of time and money but didn’t get any solution whatsoever

Very bad service. I went there at 8:40 20mins before the closing time with a bleeding hand. The doctor insisted leaving work and refused to look at my wound. Very bad cold hearted people.

The staff was really nice and organized. I really liked the fact that they were wearing the proper PPE and taking the necessary precautions. My provider was Drew and he was really attentive and asked me about everything to make sure my PE was well-executed. Very nice environment.

One of the greatest medical facilities I have ever visited. I came in when there was literally a line of patients reaching to the door, but still got brought back in under 5 mins. It was clear how much they had on their plate, but the receptionist at the front desk was warm, friendly, and went out of her way to help me(she even went ahead and called my insurance plan for me since I didnt know what type of plan I had and how much it would have been).When I was brought back the Medical Assistant went ahead and took my blood pressure and brought me to a very spacious room. I needed bloodwork and am usually really scared of needles, but he was quick and only stuck me once. He even distracted me asking about my day and went so far as to offer snacks from the staffs break room to calm me down.The doctor worked with me and I could tell that even though he had a lot of patients, he took the time to help me manage my medications and give my condition the attention it needed. The MA even knew the area well so when I was prescribed some medication, they even called the pharmacy to make sure they had it in stock so I wouldnt have problems down the road!A truly remarkable staff and you could tell they really cared about their patients. Will definitely come back again.

Yesterday I have been to this place for ear wax removal . They charged me 200$ initially for consulting & again for the cleaning 100$ . So , total I paid 300$ , it’s not at all worth . Each & Everytime asking me like is it feeling better or not .. I felt really uncomfortable & worst service I got from them . Just for name sake DOCTORS .. EVERYTHING is BIG SCAM . They try to act . You cannot expect the results .STAY AWAY & SAVE YOUR MONEY

Took my mom for stitches, they took almost 2 hours to attend her. They were trying to get some confirmation from her insurance while she waited for 2 hours to be seen. After getting the information, they didnt seem to be in a hurry to take her in even though she was clearly in pain. Worst experience ever.

I went to Action Urgent Care after a bicycle accident after suspecting I had fractured my arm. I walked in without an appointment the evening it happened, and said that I wanted to get an X-ray and suspected I had broken my arm. They didnt tell me that the X-ray tech had already gone home and still had me come in for the appointment. They did bandage the cuts I had, but then told me I had to come back the next day for an X-ray. I came back the next day and they took the X-ray and then told me I couldnt get the results that day and would have to come back the next day. I came back the next day and they just told me I had fractured my elbow and should go to see a specialist. At any typical urgent care this would all happen in 1 visit and I would be charged for 1 visit, but because the X-ray tech was out the first time and for some reason they couldnt look at the X-ray the second time they ended up charging me for 3 visits (at a higher rate than paying cash because I have insurance). I called the billing department and they said this was completely normal and I could email their billing department if I wanted to talk to someone higher up. After over a month I have not received any response.UPDATE: After a few more months I received a response saying that this is how they do billing and there was nothing they could do to help me. I would not recommend coming here unless it is the only choice.

The worst urgent care ever...Had to wait for almost 1h even there was no one before me...I listened to them chatting for 1h...and their conversation was not even fun...Were they waiting for my problems to away on their own?

Incompetent radiologist. Went in with a meta carpal shaft fracture. First x-ray couldnt identify a hairline. Sent me home without even prescribing a single medicine

Staff are helpful. Easy to make/change appointment. But this is very difficult to use internet due to the building structure AND this urgent care doesnt offer free WIFI. I had to gain internet access ON THE STREET! Also, it does not provide instructions to download KYLA Health app ahead of time. It was a high stress experience to take this travel covid test because the last minute APP download, attach files, fill form WITHOUT proper internet access. 15mins work but I was there for over an hour. It was painful 😖

I visited this clinic recently and I had a great experience. The team members are very helpful and friendly.The provider ( Antonio Aguilar) is very nice and he really care of their patients.The medical assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.The last time was Teresa and this time I totally forgot to get her name, but very nice girl.you can go just walking or make an appointment.They were very helpful and they follow up to make sure my daughter was feeling better.

IF YOU NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION OR A COVID TEST ANYTIME THIS WEEK THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. I am floored by how this urgent care handled Covid testing. I have tried for five days to get a consultation and get scheduled for a Covid test. The Kyla app is horrible. You will never get to speak to a real person and you will be shuffled along until you give up and just go wait in their hours long line and pay $95 cash for a test REGARDLESS of if you have insurance that they accept. I have spent the entire day trying to get a copy of my visit for work and have spoken to two different people from their office who said they would call back and have not. The nurse practitioner that called me for the consultation was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I still have no set time for a test or who I am supposed to call because I have been bounced back between them and the kayla app they use. I really hope no one else goes through this. No one sick, concerned that they have Covid should go through this. No one.

Extremely disappointed. Asked for a prescription refill over the phone several times. Everytime I was told it will be sent to the pharmacy while it wasn’t. After going to the pharmacy for the second time to realize the prescription wasn’t sent, tried calling back to ask for it again, after numerous attempts, they never repsponded. I had to drive back to the center in person just to ask for a prescription refill. In general, they hardly ever respond to phone calls.In an instance, they mentioned they can draw blood in their clinic. They sent over a person who clearly lacked the skills and experience to do it and they were completely unsupervised and paniced. The situation felt completely unsafe. After failing several times, we eventually went to the laboratory to do the blood work. After calling management and complaining, no one attended to the matter. Several weeks have past already.I have had several issues with this urgent care center that are too long to list here, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Everyone was for the most part friendly but no one introduces themselves so I didnt know anyones name that was working with me. Also the assistant came in to help clean my wound but she asked me what the Dr wanted done. Seemed they had less experience then what I am use to.

I visited Action Urgent Care with a problem that wasnt terrible, but couldnt wait till Monday. The receptionist gathered my information quickly, gave me an honest assessment of wait time, and registered me for care. Once my name was called, the medical professionals were friendly and efficient, listened to my symptoms, checked my vitals and ran some quick tests before calling a prescription in to my preferred pharmacy. Overall, the team there was caring and respectful, and handled my case seamlessly.

I have been going to Action Urgent care for more than 6 months now. I first went there for some emergency. There emergency service was good. I also liked the Doctor. After that I became a regular patient at action urgent care. However, in two different occasions I had really bad experience. In one of them I actually ran out of refill of one of my medication and gave them a call. The doctor was in vacation and they said other doctors wont be able to refill my medication unless I make an appointment. I told them that I am not comfortable discussing my condition with any other doctor. They said they cannot do anything about it. So I was out of medication for more than 15 days. When the doctor came back from vacation I called them again and they said they will ask the doctor to give me a call back. I am guessing the doctor was very busy and didnt get a chance to give me a call. I called again they said he is going to call but didnt. Next morning again I called and they said he is not there for another 6 days. I told them about my frustration and they said they dont even have a phone number where I can complain. In summary, their urgent service is good. I really liked the doctor and he was very friendly. However, their service for regular patient is horrible. I do not recommend this place for regular physical checkup. I am going to change my provider to somewhere else where I expect better service.

The worst experience possible!My sister had a follow-up visit On August 6 to see if the new dosage of medication was effective or not.First, we had to wait for 1 hour to see a provider. We showed up on time, and no one was in front of us.Second, her PCP was not there, and we had to see another provider. What is the purpose of a follow up if we are going to see a different provider each time?Third, before the visit, I asked how you would decide whether the new dosage worked with no blood test. The nurse said its ok and pushed us to have a visit that day, although I told her we could go to a lab, have a blood test, and come back later. (We ended up doing the same!)Fourth, after the visit, the provider said that the blood test is necessary to see the new dosages impact! They offered us getting the blood sample and sending it to the lab. The nurse missed the vain two times!!! She either didnt know how to get a blood sample or didnt choose the right needle size! She was sweating and nervous, which is unacceptable for a care provider at an urgent care!This was my worst experience in a healthcare facility so far. Lack of communication, expertise, and insisting on having as much as visits as possible without providing quality care is intolerable.

I came in with an awful rash, and I was nervous and so uncomfortable. The medical assistants were SO kind and helpful. Kate (I think) was so patient with me and helped me figure out the insurance info and saved me a bunch of money. Bryce was also very patient and didnt make me feel embarrassed or burdensome, like Ive experienced at other urgent care clinics. This will be my first choice in the future.

I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN !!I went to the Location on meridian in San Jose . While the staff were cordial and polite and the wait time was minimal . Their inability to correctly call in a Prescription refill request - they called in 2 of the 3 Blood pressure medications I take , after I had clarified with the PA that I took 3 meds , not the two he read back to me , is inexcusable . When I went to get it corrected , the provider wasn’t there and no attempt to get another provider to cover his error was made . We are talking Blood pressure medications , not any controlled substances . Inexcuseable.

As far as Covid19, its been the best experience getting medical help and prescription medicine as needed without having to go through a hospital. Very thankful for this service knowing that I can get medical attention from my home at a click of a few buttons and a zoom call.

I am deployed in California and checked my BlueCross BlueShield provider lust for urgent care and this this was the only location that came up. The office is not seeing patients and I was able to do a virtual appointment and spoke with a doctor describing symptoms prescription was prescribed and I was done. Very pleasant customer service reps and pleasant conversation with doctor. I would definitely recommend this location and I will use this location again if I need to.

My visit was great, I was greeted with a warm friendly smile, and promptly checked in by the receptionist. Despite being a walk-in I was seen in a timely manner and all staff was very attentive towards me and the reasons behind my visit. The young lady who saw me was very knowledgeable and thorough, with attention to details. I would recommend to a friend and I am more than likely going to see if they can be an option for my primary care physician.

Diagnosed me and were knowledgeable. Thats all you can ask for. There was a long appointment line which sucked, people in great condition being seen before you .. thats not the spirit of urgent care. But I commend the doctors and nurses.

Wonderful care provided here. I was seen within 20 minutes on a walk in after registration and two others in front of me. I saw an appointment brought back right away. I only waited a couple minutes in the treatment room for a doctor. He was very knowledgeable about my condition and offered great guidance. He made himself available for any other questions I had. I highly recommend.

I took my son in for a pain in the toe when he ran into a concrete block. For $275 AFTER insurance the doctor let me know he had a fracture. Why was it $500 plus for a visit (with an appointment)? Because they charge $225 to be seen, $75 for a “surgical procedure” which was buddy taping the toe and then $100 plus for an X-ray. And the rest was for the consultation meaning telling us we should buy their crutches and boot, as well. Doc says follow up in two weeks and that if it’s not better in 8, it didn’t heal properly. Guess what, I canceled the follow up. 8 weeks later my sons says his toe still is a little sore so I make another appointment for a follow up. Guess how much that was? You guessed it $225 + $30 for God knows what kind of fee. So this time it’s a different doctor. Doc says, hey our X-ray tech is not in right now (even though when you made the appointment it was specific to an X-ray) and told me I would need to make ANOTHER appointment to get the results. So I came back two days later for a X-ray. They refused to give me the results without an appointment. Wow, great care, isn’t that what I already paid for in the follow up? Anyhow, I picked them up myself and, you guessed it, the doc writes up that the X-ray is normal and that is the same as the previous X-ray. So what you have just read is that a doctor had me purchase their crutches and diagnosed a fracture so that they could get more money, more visits, and more worries. You sure you want that kind of care for your family? You’ve been warned.

Quick easy and professional

Im a Kaiser patient. But I dont drive and my Dr wanted me to get a Coronavirus test. Kaiser offers drive through testing, but thats it. They dont offer Coronavirus testing otherwise as a walk-in type service. I mean Im sure if you were in the ER or in the hospital you can get one, but otherwise, your kinda dependent upon a ride. I live across the street from this place and I called them explaining the unique situation I was in. Turns out even though I have Kaiser, they also accepted Medicare and I was able to be seen and tested here without a cost to me. It is extremely convenient to have an urgent care close by that I can receive care at when Kaiser isnt an option due to lack of transportation! I dont know how many times I have missed appointments or did get required testing done because I didnt have a ride. Now I know where I can go!

Got in and out within an hour so that was better than last time. The front desk was very thorough and the doc knew her stuff, was an awesome communicator and answered all of my questions in a way that was helpful. Liked them more than my doctors office, thats for sure!!!

Having a medical provider use Zoom for a virtual appointment is shocking. Zoom has no encryption or privacy and has said they will share the information gleaned from the video calls with the government. How can that be HIPPA compliant?!Specific to our experience, Action Urgent Care collected payment before informing my partner and I that the doctor would not be able to view any genital area on the video call because of Zoom’s restrictions. Knowing that was the reason for our appointment, one would think they would disclose that in the very beginning.The process of getting us setup for the appointment was also not great. We did not get an email, or a phone call until I called 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The doctor didn’t come into the video for 15 minutes after starting the call 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment.I would recommend going to an urgen care center that takes physical appointments.

Great location, garage and street parking available. Walgreens and Safeway basically in the same intersection for any medications. Ive been going here for 2 years with them as my PCP. Never had a problem getting appointments. Staff here are great, clean location. Only complaint is that the staff rotates a lot (as expected with urgent care centers) so its rare to get the same provider twice (eg. Coming in for labs with one provider and might follow up with another provider next week). Though Ive had Antonio, PA-C consistently for a while and hes very knowledgeable and great with his patients.

If I ignore the front office experience, It would have been 5 star. Doctor and RN did super job and made me very comfortable and understood my issues and shows that they really do care about me getting better.But front office didnt knew what they were doing. 5 min job to check me in, took 30 min, multiple time ask for insurance card, multiple time keep asking me same question and at last did not transfer my prescription to pharmacy and wasted my another 1hr!!!

Absolutely horrible experience! They promised the total cost will be not more than $400. They split the cost with another company (test center) and the total was $1,600. AFter trying to fix it for a months I was told to F... off by the billing department,Not recommended!

During a pandemic, you’d expect a medical facility to take measures seriously towards safety.There were employees with no masks, watered down soap (you can tell someone tried to ‘stretch’ it out because there were bubbles in the grocery-store purchased dispenser from added water) and empty hand sanitizer. When the sanitizer was replaced, it was horrible and sticky.One girl (tall, thin, curly hair) wasn’t wearing a mask for about 15 minutes and then was so awkward and unfriendly when she was helping me. I wouldn’t go back solely based on my experience with her but the clinic as a whole seemed to not have patients in mind. I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment even though there was only one other patient who had already been seen. I don’t understand why I made an appointment.There was much more but overall was a poor experience.

I love coming here. It’s clean, and the doctors have all been great. The wait is pretty minimal, and it definitely helps if you’ve made yourself an appointment beforehand. For an urgent care, there’s nothing more you could ask for. They have multiple locations, but I myself have only been to the one on San Carlos/Meridian in San Jose. I would definitely recommend it to someone.

Took x-ray and fully charged me and my insurance but asked for money to give me my record to take to specialist!!! Now have to get exposed to x-ray one more time!!!

The receptionist was very welcoming and kind. She was polite and made me feel welcome during my first visit. It was also very timely; I only had to wait about ten minutes before I met the doctor. The doctor I met (Julie) was very sweet and showed by her demeanor that she really cared about me as a patient and person. I recommend this place for people who want a place they can regularly visit just to check up on their health. The only con I have experienced at this place was that the line was pretty long during my second visit.

I usually don’t go to this location I go to the one in Safeway an it was great I had bronchitis.. at the time an they video chatted a doctor an gave me quick antibiotics now this location is different last time I went there was no patients in front of me but I waited almost 2 hours finally I was seen for what my nurse hotline thought was an ear infection the doctor thinks it was just congestion an prescribed a decongestant he asked me if I wanted to wait outside or inside the waiting room I waited another 30 minutes for them to write a prescription all together I didn’t get help for my ears an waited almost the same time as going to the movie theater an watching a whole movie worst experience ever.. an they charged me over 225$ just for that 3 hours an a decongestant

Messed up the billing for a simple visit

Horrible. The doctor forgot to send the prescription to the pharmacy and lab.

Friendly staff. I was able to make an appointment and have X-rays done at this location. Nice that I can have my follow up at a location closer to my home. Just wish I was given a rough timeframe for how long Id have to wait for my X-ray results. Glad I was able to read my novel:)
