A brain MRI, with and without contrast, is needed for my upcoming follow up appointment with the surgeon after my brain surgery three years ago. I have had this kind of MRI numerous times. Most nurses have had a hard time getting the IV in for the contrast. I’ve been told that my veins are tricky?! So they had to try my left arm & right arm multiple times and leave me with big black & blue bruises in both arms. But NOT this time!!! RN, Jo Miser, was able to get the IV in precisely the first time! And it wasn’t painful this time! I couldn’t believe it!!! Jo Miser is the most competent RN and she has the best techniques! Amazing! This is the best experience I’ve had through the years! THANK YOU, JO!!!
