Expecting a patient (my father) to wait 1.75 hours after his scheduled appointment to which he arrived on time is unacceptable. No explanation, no heads up from the staff. Nothing. Your patients time is just as valuable as your time is. Show some respect. Id have fired my doctor if she and her staff treated me like this. Terrible customer service.
The doctors are good but their receptionists are bozos. I once asked for my doctor and got lectured by the receptionist that I could only ask for nurses and assistants. On another occasion the receptionist grilled me about why I was calling, was I a patient, had I been seen by the doctor recently, etc. Strange people.
