Dr. Jue is a great physician with responsive support staff. I have several members of my extended family under his care. You will be in good hands here if you are looking for a physician who practices sound clinical medicine. Otherwise there are many others in the area with shinier offices but questionable practices.

I think Dr Jue is a good doctor. If he sees this email, I hope he can ask his account staffs to do it right for the patients.The billing are horrible. I was asked to pay copayment upfront and promise a refund if there was excessive payment. Once I called back and asked for a refund, account manager put me long time on hold, and claimed I pay exactly how much the bill was. Luckily , I took the picture of the receipt and I told her that. She denied and I told her I have receipt in front of me then she became very nervous and said she would call me back. She never did. Well, this is wrong to take advantage of the patients.

Dr Jue spent a lot of time with me during my initial appointment explaining my symptoms, how Hashimotos works, possible treatments, and what to expect moving forward. He is well informed, patient, and open minded. It is also easy to make an appointment.

Dr. Jue is a very good doctor.He spent 30 minutes to explain and answer my daughters questions. Specially,he has a patience with his patient. My daughters problems were all answered and solved by Dr. Jue. Thanks Dr. Jue ! :- )

Very poor communication and difficult to get information as an athlete with diabetes. It was a very frustrating process while working with him for a year, I would avoid Dr. Jue and search elsewhere. Cancealed 2 of my appointments and never sent reports back to my primary care physician.
