Terrible! Do not go here for Thyroid. Does not understand proper dosing and wanted to cut my meds down to almost nothing! While Im in the hospital! Had no energy to fight him.

Dr Cabaccan would be a great doctor if he wasnt so arrogant and actually respected peoples time. You will wait 1 to 3 hours for your appointment EVERY TIME. He will also abandon his patients if they even dare to question him. Dont bother wasting your time with this office.

He is the best doctor who I can trust. I have had the best care and he has a big heart. I love his offices with the vibrant art work , besides he has a great personality and is spunky. I am so thankful to be able to see him that even though I moved 4hours away I drive for my check ups. I have tried a couple of different doctors to be closer to home and had no luck. I do not give reviews lightly and grateful that I can recommend him such a great smart intelligent man.

If I could give this office a zero or a negative number I would. They failed to report findings of a biopsy to my primary physician and to me. Then, they made errors in coding so that I was billed for the treatment. Then, they waited more than 3 months to correct the errors. The office personnel is rude, unconcerned, and totally uncaring. I wish there were an organization I could report them to that will investigate how they treat patients.

Just met him for the first time today and OMG, I laughed so hard I snorted and cried. I felt comfortable, I felt heard, and I feel like there is a plan in place. so i feel confident with him. I may have a thyroid condition, I dunno, we are checking on it, but I just wanted to to put it out there, if you hate doctors cause of bed side manner or whatever else, come see Dr. Cabaccan and hear his stand up routine! he is funny and nice. and the staff, super sweet, on top of their game and very nice!!! thank you everyone for today!

He is so busy that he gives appointment and dont show up.

This doctor is irritable and has a little patience for his clients. Ive seen him talk down to his clients and make them cry. He compares his education to his clients as a means of getting them to agree to what he wants, especially older 1st generation people. I saw when he made this older womans husband tear up. His comment was I thought you were more educated than that.We will never go back there.The two stars is for the facility and the staff.

I saw Dr. Cabaccan for over 5 years for very controlled type 1 Diabetes and was abruptly dropped by him with no warning or reasoning after rescheduling a routine 6 month checkup with plenty of notice (>1 week). The desk manager Jon was extremely rude on the phone and would not provide any information other than a regurgitated the doctor no longer wants to see you line. The office is in an east-side strip mall and feels like a run-down health clinic. Most of the desk staff are rude and short with patients, and they never got my prescription renewals right, requiring numerous calls to get them straightened out. Wait times sometimes exceeded 30 minutes after appointments were set for. I never had a problem personally with Dr. Cabaccan, he was always very nice, but I did feel rushed most of the time. I highly recommend avoiding this place.(As an aside, Im now seeing the Endocrinology Department at PAMF in Los Gatos and WOW... I am super impressed so far.)

The staff is friendly and helpful. I have no problem with it. The office is clean and has many rooms. But my appointment is 9 am, now 9h40 and I just came in to meet my doctor.I saw doctor Gupta and she was really nice

Dr. Cabaccan and his staff are very good to service their customers in a prompt way. In all the years I have gone there, 7yr, I have never had a bad experience. From time to time it can be a busy office, but they still keep you moving.

Went there on a referral from my primary care. I waited in the room for an hour, then when I saw the doctor and I was describing my reason for being in there, he kept interrupting me not letting me finish, was very condescending, and insulted me about my physicality, and then when I asked him to stop interrupting me and let me finish, he told me I was not worth it, whatever that meant. I never have been so insulted by a doctor ever like that. If he was having a bad day that was no reason to be a complete prick to a patient. I will not be going back and asked my primary care doctor to find someone else.

Have to call 3-4 times EVERY time I need my prescription refilled or changed, as an insulin-dependent diabetic it is frustrating when Im running low on medication and unable to pick up my prescription from CVS because the doctor hasnt updated/refilled the prescription. How hard is it to fax over a simple prescription? As an endocrinologist office, these people should know better than anyone how much of a priority these medications are for diabetics. Thanks for giving me yet another headache to deal with now that Im down to my last units and unable to fill my prescription because you couldnt do something I called and asked you to do THREE TIMES THIS WEEK ALREADY. Someone definitely doesnt know how to do their job right as this has been a recurring problem. I dont know how this office has remained in business....these people dont care about you!!

Dr. Cabaccan is quick to analyze and identity medical issues which other doctors miss out, specially medications, their contraindications, dosages and their latest developments. Highly recommended so far.

This office has no respect for peoples time. My appointment was moved up because of cancellations and I waited for over an hour to be seen. The service here is very poor.

The totally incompetent staff, do not submit the claims in a timely manner. Completely negligent, they have no human heat. Making an appointment is an odyssey. The girls in the office should take a customer service course.
