I want to thank Doctor Li here. Very knowledgeable doctor. Controlled my endocrine problem well for three years. My body gets better day by day. After confirmed my condition is stable, she discharged me today. That’s means I am back to a healthy person now!

*CUSTOMER REVIEW JUNE 3rd, 2021Im currently writing this because of my mothers experience at Dr. Ming Lis practice. I do not usually write reviews however it seemed like the time that my mom was there was very unpleasant. She did examine my mom, but long story short it seemed like there was a misunderstanding and told my mother she was scared of her and was going to call the police. I have never been somewhere, especially a medical practice that would say something like that to their patients. The front desk lady told my pops that she was doing extra work when we had no record an insurance statement, which I believe does not make a good customer service team. Overall if you guys are reading this and gotten this far, I have not personally gone to see Dr. Ming Li but after hearing my mothers experience there I would definitely not recommend this place.

I went to Dr. Ming Li for years when I lived in San Jose. To date, shes still one of the very best doctors Ive ever had experience with and Ive been through a lot of doctors! Very knowledgeable, listens really well, very upfront which I really appreciated, and very kind. I moved to Richmond and I must say, I havent found a doctor as good as her here. Shes really great.

I would give negative rating if I can. Very very very rude doctor. Never go there..Her medication didnt stabilize the blood sugar at all. That made me call her, and check what to do..doctor said dont keep calling like this. I mean what would you if it goes too low one time and goes high next time? The office staff is a waste. Dont waste your time going here...

Horrific bedside manner. Her front staff is rude, their billing seems suspicious, and the office is dirty with a dog. Do not come here.

Dr Li is very patient and kind. She took time well explained all the details in my clinic reports and reminded me where I need to pay attention and how I can improve. She is a great doctor, and I am very thankful to her.

I particularly like this office because the front desk is very friendly and always reach out to help people. We are so lucky to have this office to help us in our community.

An excellent endocrinologist, I am glad to be working with Dr. Li.
