They get the job done, so Ill give them credit for thatHowever, customer service needs a lot of workFor example, the receptionist demanded that I wait inside starting 10 minutes before my appointment or they would cancel. This is absolutely ridiculous considering the situation with COVID, and there was no reason I couldnt wait outside. This is in addition to the fact that they made me wait more than 30 minutes after my appointment time to actually be seen.Dr. Carey is alright, but not the friendliest person.If you go here you need to make sure youre very aggressive about being seen, or they will waste a lot of your time, really unprofessional.

Dr Carey is great doctor and he provides excellent service, however the ECSV clinic has the most terrible billing department that Ive even seen.Ive spent 6 months trying to figure out why my visit was claimed as out-of-network (I had 3 visits to ECSV this year, only one visit, the second, was marked as out-of-network, its definetely some mistake), but I dont have an answer. My insurance told me that ECSV cant fill out a claim rightly, so its marked as out-of-netwrok. It looks like Ill pay the whole bill, just to save my time after 20+ calls to insurance and clinic.

Shawn was my technician. He was very professional. Th staff at Carey Vision was very friendly from beginning to end. They made me feel at home. Dr Rutti was great. Explained everything he was doing and made me feel very comfortable. You can tell this place knows what they are doing. Keep up the great work!

Six monthly checkup visit : received and started the routine tests and scans exactly on time. Then a long (30 minute) wait in an exam room before seeing the big doctor himself.This is common experience with doctors in the area. One would think that the process could be better understood and handled better. Then a lot of professional people would waste less time.I believe the quality of service and medical expertise at this office are well above average, and the office management is superlative. Everything apart from the wait is effective and efficient.

Two (2) excellent receptionists expedited my paperwork (minimal); examinations / eye tests were thorough with amazingly state of the art equipment. Dr Carey spent time checking test results, added added another follow up test to verify his diagnoses. I will return to implement diagnoses treatments. Great experience.

Highly recommend this clinic! Everyone is every professional and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Casey and Dr. Lally. The nurses where also very polite and competent. I am very grateful they accommodated my request to email me my results and notes as Im an overseas visitor and would have to update my ophthalmologist back home. So happy I went to them!

Carey Vision Medical was a referal from my primary care physician.The staff is very friendly, proffesional and helpful. Dr. Carey communicates clearly, makes sound recommendations and is also very proffesional and friendly. Appointments are flexible and they seem to be considerate of you time. You can have your prescription processed right at the office and the frame prices are in line with what I have found at other eye wear stores.I would recommend Carey Vision Medical.

Dr. Lally is a significant improvement to this practice. She has been their about a year. I also have diabetes that carries with it eye problems and she seems both very knowledgeable and caring. This is the one doctor in this practice I can really recommend. She was on time and efficient.

Excellent doctors and care, but the ridiculous wait time makes it impossible to give them a higher score. I’m always a few minutes early for my appointment, but have had to wait from 30-60 minutes passed my appointment time just to get started. Then often wait another 20-30 minutes in an exam room before the doctor comes in. This is not ok.

Been going to this organization for over 20 years, they doctors and staff are professional, understanding, and friendly.my condition warrants a visit 3 time a year every visit is good news with and honest appraisal of the future.

The staff at ECSV is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Dr. Carey was very thorough with my eye examination and resolved a problem I was having. Their optical department is also very good. I’ve filled my Rx there many times with Faranek.

Although I do trust Dr. Carrie with my I care very much, I cannot say that the experience was enjoyable; simply because the building is not entirely acceptable for wheelchairs. I can see theyre working on it though and look forward to my next visit in six months.
