Dr. Wolfe is the best! He is the prime example of what someone wants in a doctor - for one, he’s a total character! He’ll make you laugh throughout your entire visit with him. He’s also very knowledgeable, and you can tell that he truly cares about his patients and is willing to do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of whatever you may be dealing with. Doctors like Dr. Wolfe are very few and far between these days (in my experience anyways). If you’re looking for an Allergist, I highly recommend this clinic (even the nurses/staff are great!) and Dr. Wolfe - you won’t be disappointed.

I have now completed my second visit to my new Allergist. Dr. Wolfe, in San Jose, CA. I am pleased to share my very satisfaction with Dr. Wolfe & his staff. Friendly, knowledgeable & thorough to the nth degree!! Dr. Wolfe is a very personable doctor and exudes care & compassion. He found the issue & started treatment immediately! I went to see Dr. Wolfe after a few asthma doctors weren’t able to treat my condition well. He took the time to analyze my condition to make sure of the right treatment for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the much-improved, friendly front desk staff today. It made it such a pleasant experience. I have been coming to this office for decades as a long-time patient of the wonderful Dr. Levenson. I always enjoy and appreciate her professionalism, expertise, bed-side manner and her interest and concern in my overall well being beyond my particular reason for being her patient. Her nurse, Laura, was also exceptional. I would have appreciated being told ahead of time about the [covid-19]change in entrance to the other side of the building or Id have parked closer to that door.

Top notch service: From the service desk and seeing Dr. Levenson. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. There are no sugar coatings. I will go back anytime. Thank you again!

First, the experience at this office was a waste of time. Everyone there seems to be incompetent. It was in such stark contrast to our previous allergist (in another state unfortunately). To make matters worse though, they submitted our insurance claim incorrectly and rather than fix their mistake, they have insisted on balance billing me. I have spent hours on the phone with both the billing people there as well as my insurance company and they still have not resolved it, because it is on Allergy and Asthma and Associates to resubmit the claim with the correct coding. My insurance company has sent them a letter informing them that they are violating their contract with the insurance company by balance billing me, yet they continue to send me bills. Unless you have hours and hours to spare and dont mind a great deal of stress, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I took my 9 month old daughter here with Dr. Toranno. He was direct and informative but very kind and understanding. My daughter was extremely fussy which added additional stress and he was very patient and reassuring.

I went today for the first time and from the receptionist to all the nurses, specialists and doctor, I felt the care. Everything was explained to me before hand, Dr Wolfe and his staff gained my trust and I would definitely recommend this clinic.

No problem with the doctors here, but the billing department is terrible.We requested itemized receipt for FSA purpose and they first lied to us they mailed it out (but we never got it) then we called to ask for email copy, called three days in a row and was told every day that they would take care of the email at the end of the day but they never did.Most of the billing offices we talk with send send out email copies right away, so I really don’t understand why they have to wait until the end of the day.Still, they never emailed us anything.

14 years ago I thought Dr James Wolfe is an amazing Physician (that was when I went last) and he has only gotten better. 5 stars seem inadequate, I give him 10. The front desk lady was the one that had helped me schedule my appointment, she remembered me from our phone conversation. I feel bad that I do not remember her name to give her a shout out. Lee was the MA that worked with me, absolutely wonderful. The lady that was doing the allergy testing (I am sorry I don’t remember your name) was fabulous.What a wonderful office. If you are researching a doctor/office, stop your search, this is the place to go to.

Dr. Wolfe is our family’s favorite doctor ! Kids always ask if I have scheduled their next visit from time to time even though they are fine😂Dr. Wolfe not only is the best specialist, his staffs are well trained, and are well prepared for your visits during pandemic. We have brought our son here since he was six! Knowledgeable staff, quick and efficient service. We where able to do an appointment by tele health and physician was on time and personal. We felt heard, no rushed and still felt all the great care as in office.

We enjoyed our office visits as well as video sessions during COVID. He is pleasant to talk to, very caring, knowledgeable, and fun. The clinic is also run efficiently. We never had any issues of any kind. Highly recommended!

Well done. I made an appointment only to learn about possible anaphylaxis to the mRNA vaccines. I got what I requested. More often, allergists run dozens of tests on new patients, so I appreciated that I was not asked, cajoled or hassled to take tests I did not want. The CMAs too understood my minimal purpose for being there, opting correctly and independently not to run unnecessary tests at check-in. Its a seasoned and reasoned office.

Dr. Wolfe is amazing! I’ve suffered from what I thought was allergies but in 5 minutes he realized it was a genetic disorder. Over 20 years I suffered from the wrong diagnosis. Aside from his overwhelming knowledge he is easy to talk too, without judgements and can ask any questions. He’s also has a great sense of humor. The staff is amazing, helpful and very kind as well.

Dr Wolfe had taken care of me for a long time. He doesnt hesitate to treat my serious symptoms aggressively so I can feel better quickly. I would recommend him to anyone and I do all the time.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Goldsobel for the last 6 years. I would highly recommend him. After taking the allergy test, Dr. Goldsobel placed Grace on multiple meds to get her allergies under control and help her feel better in the spring. These guys have been my asthma doctors for over 35 years. They are an old school practice - not part of a massive group. Dr Goldsobel takes time and really cares. He has been my doctor and my children’s doctor too. I can’t say enough about how good they are.

I had a telephone visit with dr leung. The video conference did not work properly. As usual dr. Leung spent time discussing my issue and suggesting ways to fix. She is a warm, trusted, medical resource for mh wife and myself.

I have been a patient at Allergy & Asthma for nearly 20 years. I have brought both my son and my husband as well. We have always received exceptional care from Dr. Torrano, and on the few occasions we needed to be seen and he was not available, we were well cared for by his colleagues. Anyone with allergy, asthma or immunologic needs will be lucky to be cared for by the doctors and staff at Allergy & Asthma.

Dr. Wolfe is great! He’s extremely knowledgeable and will answer any question, no matter how silly. Chris and the other staff are patient and very helpful. I came to them with a mystery and they’ve worked like Sherlock Holmes. They keep me “breathing easy”!

Doctor Lu (Liu?) is awesome, she explains well the details of symptoms, what steps it takes to control ashma and allergy. She also follows up very carefully. Highly recommending her.

Dr. Wolfe has been my doctor for many years. After months of being ill with a disabling cough, Dr. Wolfe was the only one to recognize my cough variant asthma and to put me on preventive treatment. Whenever I get sick he treats aggressively knowing my potential to have a lingering illness. The man has boundless energy, is empathic like no other and remembers all the small details of his patients lives. Dr. Roxanne Leung is the most caring, patient , informative doctor I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, while most doctors have no ears to listen to their patient concerns, not only she would listen to your concerns and symptoms but also she does her research about them and tries her best to connect the dots in case of unknown or less known disease. Her time is not only devoted to you during your visit, but also after you leave the praxis she still does research about how she can help you further. She believes strongly in equity in medical services for all and she goes out of her comfort zone to help you or your relatives if they are not in States and suffer from the same genetic disease. I am 28 years old and I have never ever seen a more caring (not arrogant at all) doctor like her. I am so lucky for finding her at the early stages of my autoimmune chronic hives.

Im an asthmatic and the first thing I did when I moved to California 20 years ago was find an allergist. Dr. Wolff and his associates are so knowledgeable and helpful. My asthma has been managed so well, I forget sometimes I have it!

This place is fantastic; Im so glad I was referred to them. I LOVE Dr. Roxanne Leung. She is patient, kind, and very caring. She even helped me find a lower cost alternative for a very expensive inhaler that my insurance wouldnt cover and it was a prescription that didnt have a generic alternative. The staff in the shot clinic are great; always smiling, helpful and have a nice touch so no bruising or bleeding afterwards.Several years ago I had a reaction to a shot and they took such great care of me in the shot station and the Dr.s offices. They kept me calm and shielded me from what could have been a very bad situation that required hospitalization. I recommend them wholeheartedly. I havent had any asthma issues in over 4 years and Ive done quite a few athletic events (half marathon, hike half dome) without a single respiratory issue.

Dr. Robert Torrano is excellent. He is a strong advocate for patients, and it’s clear to anyone he treats that he is firmly in their corner. The health of his patients comes before everything else. His rates are extremely affordable and he truly exceeds expectations on all levels. When it comes to finding the right diagnosis, he is determined and does not give up. I‘ve found him to be very knowledgeable about more than allergy and asthma issues, a doctor who truly loves medicine and his patients. He cares. He calls patients personally (and right away!) with lab results and other diagnostic test results. On the phone, he takes time to discuss issues, how you’re feeling, and makes recommendations. His attentiveness and reassurance goes a long way toward making patients feel like he is managing their care. His staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Torrano is timely, never more than a few minutes behind, yet always manages to spend quite a bit of time. I’m not sure how he does it, but it never feels like he is in a hurry, and is always very thorough. It’s definitely not a typical HMO or PPO experience (although he does accept insurance). Highly recommend Dr. Robert Torrano if you’re looking for a new allergy or asthma doctor. Great experience for kids and adults of all ages.

I love my doctor here, the only thing that I wasnt keen on was the company they use for their teleappointments. The video meeting kept breaking up and wifi issues were creating problems. I feel we were better off using Zoom or Facetime.

I have been a patient at this facility for almost two years now. Never have I experienced such bad treatment with a medical facility. The staff are very unfriendly and unresponsive, only answering calls when convenient for them and disregarding patients who are in need of immediate assistance. The front desk assistants are also not helpful over the phone. They will not answer your questions and will simply refer you or transfer you to another department instead of addressing the problem at hand. It took the staff hours (or even days) to return calls and answer questions that I may have had.At my most recent visit (which was an emergency as I have been experiencing very painful and recurring allergic reactions) the staff was simply rude and disrespectful. They showed no compassion for me and refused to accommodate my needs as a PAYING customer. They implemented a new yearly charge to be able to authorize and administer the medication that I need and I gladly paid the fee thinking that they would take my condition seriously and actually do their jobs. They still refused to accommodate and will not make you, as a patient, a priority.The nurses kept canceling my injection appointments and refuse to cooperate with our insurance company to make this issue go away.I will no longer be a patient of this facility and I advise others to not waste their time and see real allergists and a more professional and caring facility.

Had a good visit and shot appointment, the first time back during the COVID times. All were following the protocols with masks, shields and gloves.

Dr. Goldsobel and his staff were great. They are all friendly and very helpful. While being tested I start to get a bad reaction on the staff were very helpful and after we finished they want to make sure I had an allergy medication to help with the reaction. Dr. Goldsobel was very through in taking my medical history and going over what changes might work better for me.

I have been going to Dr Alan Goldsobel since September 2013. Dr. Goldsobel is expert in Allergy & Asthma related issues. I used to cough severely to that extent that I could not sleep whole night, and pass out occasionally. On my first day of treatment in Doctor’s office, I was able to sleep very peacefully, breath normally without coughing. Over the years my acute asthma condition is much better now.Dr. Goldsobel is very professional. He is very patient and gives you all the time you need to state your condition and explains everything in terms that patient can understand. He is one of the Best doctors in USA who has treated few Olympic winners. He is God send for those who are seeking excellent treatment to live better life. I recommend 100% Dr. Goldsobel. My mother had went to this clinic for over 5 years. Never one time during this time was anything mentioned about a balance because her insurance did not cover it all. Out of the blue we get this call from a collection company telling us there is a balance due with this clinic. After going into the office to find out what had happened and receiving a cold and rude reception we still had no questions answered. The bill has now been paid for but there is no way I would recommend someone to go to this clinic!
