I had an infected tooth that needed to be extracted. They were able to get me in for a same day consultation, walked me through the procedure, and prepared me for the surgery the next day.Dr. Fan was calm and explained to me every step during the extraction. This helped me feel at ease. He made the procedure seem simple (I know it wasnt). I have full trust and confidence in Dr. Fan and his team for the next few procedures as I will also be getting a dental implant from him.

Got my four wisdom teeth out, they did a fantastic job with the procedure both before and after. Extra precautions taken during COVID-19 made me feel extremely safe going in for the surgery as well.

Dr. Fan did my consult and surgery less than a month ago. I did get dry socket but they were able to quickly see me back for a recheck to give me some ointment for the dry socket. I’m recovering very well now. Everyone at reception was very nice and was able to work with my hectic schedule. All the nurses were very patient and were able to answer any questions I had. I do recommend this place because it’s very clean, organized, knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I liked my first experience with Dr. Fan. He is pretty good and very informative. The way the case was explained and logical reasoning behind treatment advise brought me good comfort.To be more specific, I had a consultation with him regarding my teeth extraction. He nicely quantified benefits and impacts of removing each tooth and excluded one tooth from the extraction list. Cool stuff!

Did my wisdom teeth extraction at age 30. Be sure to read the instructions the day before since you need to fast and stop taking in any liquid from the day prior. On the day of operation I didnt feel a thing, and the recovery wasnt too bad either. Overall pretty professional place, gets the job done right.

Came in for a wisdom tooth extraction. Really professional service. Was put at ease by Ruben on my first day. The staff is very knowledgeable with regards to after care. The dentists worked fast and efficiently, took just 20 minutes to remove the offending tooth.

I’m 16 years old and I was referred by my orthodontist. Everybody was very nice and professional. They told me everything I needed to expect and ways to take care of myself. Not only did they give me instructions but they also did a follow up to check and make sure I was feeling okay. I was slightly nervous before getting my wisdom teeth removed, but you shouldn’t because it was quick, easy, and painless. Thank you!!

So when I first made my appointment the receptionist didnt specify that it was for a consultation, I was under the impression that that would be the appointment where I get my wisdom taken out. I spent 10 mins in that appointment for them to tell me something I already knew because I came with a referral. The consultation appointment was absolutely pointless. Other places you only make one appointment thats it. Then once I had made my appointment I called the day before to confirm the time and they moved my appointment to an earlier time without giving me a call to let me know. Im busy and I have work almost everyday its hard to get a day off, so for them to move my appointment time without even consulting with me if that was okay was an absolute no for me. If I hadnt called how would I have known. Im sure this business is great but their receptionist is ridiculous.

My first experience with wisdom tooth removal surgery was really bad experience, a lot of pain and stitches in my cheeks... I didnt want to go through that again... This was a few years back in another country... But, with Doctor Wen the experience was completely different and it was amazing! Almost no pain at all, they were really attentive with me and gave me detailed instructions of how I needed to take care of my wound and one week later is like nothing happened. I completely recommend Doctor Wen and its team.

So money hungry theyll violate your HIPAA rights.I was referred to this place by my daughters orthodontist. I reached out to make an appointment and was greeted by a receptionist / appointment coordinator that I suspect hates her job as she was incredibly unenthusiastic to help me book an appointment. As she helped me book my appointment she asked which insurance we had and I told her Metlife but informed her that we were going to pay out of pocket. At hearing this she then tried to further discourage me from booking the appointment by emphasizing that you know were out of network right? in the snarkiest manner possible. This really was really weird to me since I had just told her we were going to pay out of pocket.The day of the appointment we arrive and having filled out pre-paperwork I was surprised to be informed that there was still paperwork that needed to be done. The unenthusiastic receptionist then asks me to sign a Financial and Payment policy. Reading through this is was what made me realize that all they really care about is money. This is because the form was basically a list of fees and hidden fees. Im a relatively fast reader and despite this the receptionist looked irritated that i was actually taking the time to read through it. She also presented me with an Acknowledgement of Receipt of Notice of Privacy Practice, which I expected would be given to me as that is what it literally says, but no that did not happen. After I signed it, I was informed that there is a copy of it in the waiting room for me to look at. What?!? About 10-15 minutes after our set appointment we are finally taken back where we met with Dr. Fan. Our consultation lasted less than 10 minutes and then I was introduced to his Billing person. The first thing she hands me is a $156 bill for our 10 minute consultation. She also started explaining that our insurance would cover x,y, and z but not a or b. At this point I was really confused because I know that I had not given them my husbands insurance information. I didnt say anything at the time as I assumed that perhaps my husband had provided them with our insurance information or his social security number (which is typically how these plans are looked up). On the way home I called my husband to ask why he had given them his information as I had not been planing on giving them our information since our dental insurance had already exhausted its yearly max. It was at this point that he confirmed that he had not provided them with our information. This realization has both my husband and I incredibly upset. How did they get his information if we didnt give it to them? At this point i suspect they might have gone behind our backs to the orthodontist that recommended them to us as they work very closely with them. At this point we will be filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights as this is a blatant violation of our HIPAA rights.
