Obsessed with these treats! Made with human grade ingredients and no added chemicals or gross stuff. We got the 3 treat and 3 chew box and it lasts pretty much the whole month! Our last box had two air dried wild boar ears, with hair! A little gross lol but our dog was absolutely ecstatic (he was literally prancing) and its got so many benefits.

There is no way to purchase a trial box of treats. If you subscribe, , the company will take payment for the second box without warning, and leave you no opportunity to have the money refunded. I felt very violated. The customer service people are not particularly friendly, or helpful. When I contacted them( in writing only, via text, messenger or email) immediately upon discovering that another $54 dollars was taken from my bank account 24 days after my first purchase, and without warning, I was told that my money was not refundable, and that their service is subscription only. Although, they were kind enough to cancel all future purchases .

My pup is so excited when she receives her monthly box in the mail! As instructed, I started out small with 1 treat a day for the first week, as she was still transitioning to raw meat. I like to soak and soften the pieces in a little warm water on top of her nightly dinner, she digs through the kibble to find the pieces! But her absolute favorite are the meatballs that were thrown in for free with our first order. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a little piece of mind on what they are feeding their pup! The fun packaging and feeding cards are also very much appreciated for the humans, keep it up Real Dog team!

Just received my second box and already my dog waits in expectation as I open it (way to slowly for his liking). These treats and chews are a huge hit with him and our new pup. I love that they are simple, single ingredient treats that give nutrients they need without a lot of extra “stuff” like so many other treats. Hardest part has been rationing until the next box arrives!

Some of their chews are really not good or safe for dogs - either too hard, not meant to be fed all at once or something that shouldnt be fed air dried at all. My dog broke a tooth and I have heard of others having complications from bone shards in their system. Stay away from the lamb femur and turkey wings for sure. We have been customers for over a year and overall my dogs loved the chews but I will be canceling my subscription. Feed with caution.

Ive only gotten two of their boxes in the past. My dog will eat ANYTHING! He didnt care for half the products in the two boxes. He wouldnt eat some of the chews. I tried to give the chews to my dads dogs, guess what they wouldnt eat them. I took that as a sign if three dogs didnt want to eat their products lol. Know after seeing how they run their business Im glad I didnt keep getting their boxes. I do not recommend this company!

I absolutely love Real!! I have had so many issues with getting Pebbles to be interested in her food. Shes got to be the only dog in the world not food motivated. I have been so happy with the success we are having with using Real Dog Box treats for meal toppers. And dont get me started on the chews. Pebbles and I are obsessed with the quality of the chews and treats. I recommend to any dog owner that takes their dogs health and happiness seriously! Their customer service is superb! I used to work here months back for a short while; Im grateful for the opportunity given to me especially as odd as 2020 has been. My employment here helped me get through the shutdowns and helped me move on to better places. Great product, decent people. Owners are older than me but are still young, learning on the go. They lift people up who need it, just like I did. Order online, and avoid visiting the actual location at all costs. Due to the Navy base and the Edco, this street is full of trafficked sex workers, deadbeats and drug addicts. Youll see some strange things if you hang out long enough!😂

Something seriously wrong happened to this company.They have always boasted their SINGLE INGREDIENT and UNPROCESSED meat...But, after a little research, many people have found that they used 3D meats aka DENATURED MEAT (If you dont know what that is, please Google it) How am I sure? Well, the CEO confirmed it on social media. My God. Weve been paying for Dead, Dying and Diseased meat....this whole...time. I dont even wonder why my dog was always having diarrhea, loose stools and generally not herself. After consuming a Real Dog Box turkey wing chew my dog ended up at the ER vet for just over 24 hours. Less that 16 hours after consuming the chew my dog developed severe diarrhea, started throwing up shards of bone, and then became so uncomfortable that she would cry every time she moved. At the ER vet she received IV fluids, IV pain meds, and multiple sets of X-rays to assure the chew wasn’t causing a blockage or that the shards and splinters of bones were not perforating her bowels. Real Dog Box has always assured their customers that their chews do not shard or splinter yet this is what I experienced. The company responded to me in a way that I felt was flippant and then proceeded to attack other customers. In my opinion, they have acted and continue to act belligerent anytime someone questions their products and/or their process. They have also since admitted that their chews do indeed splinter yet their packaging and social media posts always said otherwise.I do not recommend this company to anyone and I would hate to see more dogs injured by their products and their incorrect advertising.

I can not express how much my dogs love these treats. After they are done they pace the house looking for more and lick the spot that they had just consumed it. Perfect for my pack while I’m trying to get things done around the house and yard. So excited to have found this company!

I have a boxer pup with some sensitive skin and a chicken allergy. I always am trying to find the healthiest treats for her because boxers are prone to heart issues. I found RDB and am NEVER going anywhere else! I LOVE THEM!! The chews and treats are all real meat and food that is air dried. My dog is obsessed! She goes crazy when we get our monthly box. We started with a chew only box and added the super chew but we now have upgraded to the chews and treats bag! This is a family owned company which makes me love them even more and you can watch them cut the meat on their IG page. So if it cutesy, preservative laden dog treats made to look like beef bones are what you’re after, stick to shopping at your local super market. But...if you’d feel better giving your dog a natural-as-they-come snack, order from this company. Granted, some of the treats may startle at first (conjure up the image of a beef aorta and you’ll get me) but it’s the real deal folks and my dog for one, loves it. And lastly, one might think you’d pay a cow arm or leg (sorry, could not resist) but nope. It’s only 23 bucks a month. Heck, I’ve paid that much for a super-sized bag of starchy vegetation and received the disdainful look from my dog. That never happens with the Real Dog Box treats. Never.

Received and finished my first Real Dog Box. My dogs did enjoy the items. It is a decent price for single ingredient treats. I felt that the items did not last long enough and the labels of light, medium, and heavy chews are tremendously misleading; as each item only lasted a minute or so. We purchased this box in hopes of keeping our dogs busy during down time, but the products were not long lasting or durable.

We have only gotten 1 box so far and we are so in love!!! We are subscribed to BarkBox and we love all the toys and treats but RealDog is so much more amazing in the treat department. Usually treats for dogs are “insert meat type here flavored”. But these chews and treats are the real thing. The duck heads didn’t have the best smell but my fur babies gobbled them right down. What I seriously love though is how Ruby is so transparent about her process & teaches you about the canine diet. I initially stumbled upon their products due to other dog owners raving about its teeth cleaning benefits, but Im not a huge fan of subscription boxes so I at first didnt bite the bullet. When we adopted our dog earlier this year, our vet said her teeth weren’t in great shape for a 2 year old and she’d need daily brushing. That wasn’t working well for us at all so we were excited to try Real Dog Box when we heard about it! After one chew box with two super chews, our dog’s teeth were perfect! I ordered a couple sampler boxes for my friends pups during Christmas time. The website was so fast and easy! My friends pups love the treats! I was happy to know that the treats were made with real meat and ingredients that were all-natural. I had seen countless dogs on Instagram go crazy for the treats and chews and finally got a subscription for my dog. He LOVES everything! He gets so excited that he can’t eat the chew right away - he has to run around the house with it in his mouth and bark like crazy. He’s used to chewing bully sticks in a matter of minutes, but these chews keep him busy for nearly an hour! And the super chew keeps him busy for several hours (broken up over a couple of days). I love the care this company takes to make the chews. Our Pitbull loves the pig ears and beef tenderloin. He isnt sure about the duck feet. He has never had any exposure to them. Great company. Cant wait for the next box.

When it comes to my maltese, Cody, I only get the best of the best for him! So when I heard about Real Pet Food, I was interested in giving it a try. Cody has had all types of food in the 9 years of his life, from organic raw food, canned food, dry food, even cooked organic human food! But this subscription is been great because it is convenient, I trust the brand- knowing that its super fresh and the different ways I can include it in his diet. I often give it to him as treats, but there are days that I sprinkle it on top of his normal food. I cannot believe the amazing box I received and the quality of the products. I moved to a remote area 8 months ago and havent been able to get good treats for my girls. This is fantastic.

My pup, Tahoe, was a little confused at first with these chews and once she gave the treat a chance she can never go back to the processed ones. She loves the Anchovies because they are so different from anything she has ever had before. Customer service is on point via text message. So friendly and they make a great product!

I was originally excited to try RealDog after all the social media hype..However, i recieved the wrong box my first order. Promptly received a replacement box. (Id ordered chew only, recieved treat only).Unfortunately had an issue with the post and had to spend an additional 8 bucks to ship back the first box (per company request, since i had not opened the treats in the incorrect box). A return label in the 2nd box from them wouldve been appreciated.My dogs loved the chews, but spending about 1/3 the cost of the box to return in addition to the original cost, doesnt make it time or cost effective for me.

My pup is raw fed, so these treats are perfect for him! Theyre made from only 1 ingredient. These treats are much better than those grain (even grain free) biscuits treats. Our box came with 6 different treats with various textures and protein. We got some chews, organ meat, muscle meat, and seafood in our box. Im also impressed how fast the shipping was. It took 2 days for our box to come. That means Real Pet Food has an efficient operation process and got the logistics down!

My dog Frankie loves these treats. She especially likes the fish. While I may be a little creeped out by some of the things that she will eat, duck foot anyone? The fact that its super high quality healthy snack that I can feed her as a treat is amazing. I cant switch to raw fully, but this is a great affordable way to add it to her diet.

Part of our training philosophy is to look at a dog as a whole, not just a list of behaviors. Nutrition is an huge part in a dogs overall wellbeing and this is why we recommend feeding as much whole foods as possible. This is why we highly recommend Real Pet Food. Its a convenient way to feed whole foods without having too think too much about where to get fresh meats and organs. Our dogs love them, our client dogs love them. The meats are fresh- my dogs love the salmon skins :) Yes they can be stinky, but its because you are getting REAL food! I dont mind the smells because my dogs are happy! An easy fix for this is to feed in your backyard, patio, or with a towel underneath your pup. And because I havent raved enough, the customer service is phenomenal. Ruby is awesome :P

I love getting a diverse box of treats and chews for my dog shipped to me monthly without needing to order them each month. My dog eats a Prey Model Raw diet and finding treats that are not dehydrated is challenging unless you want to buy from a big pet food company (which I wont do). There are a lot of treats in the box and they will substitute items with something else if your dog cant have it. We are excited to try new treats and items we normally wouldnt be able to find that are air dried.

Ive only received 1 box so far, but my dog is in heaven! She loves bones and chews, but Ive never been comfortable buying the ones at the pet store because I dont know what all goes into them. With Real Dog Box, I know the chew is the only ingredient. The customer service is also amazing, my dog has amazing jaw strength and goes through chews remarkably quick. I wanted to get the chew box but was worried about the light chews being too easy for Siri, when I asked if they could sub out light chews for medium they said no problem and made a note to keep it that way going forward as well. I love the range of chews and my dogs teeth look amazing. The only problem is I keep her chews in the freezer and now anytime I open the freezer she gets super excited thinking shes getting a chew! Love them and cant wait for future boxes!

Company is young, so they are going through some growing pains and trying to understand that all customers are different with different size dogs and with different ideas of what they want to feed their dogs. Ordered a box and when it arrived I could smell it before I opened the mailbox. Highly stinky! When I opened the box up the first thing I saw were 3 ears with hair left on and bones inside (Think going and slicing an ear off a goat-that is how it looked). I do not agree with feeding bones or items with hair on them to my dog. The majority of the items are huge for my 10 pound dog. The items are all very smelly and gross. Think all natural, carcass like items, not store bought. I dont want these stinky items on my carpet or on my dogs hair. I was very happy to find this company. The treats are wonderful! Definitely high quality. My dog Figgy was very happy about the lamb trachea especially. I was hoping to give him these treats in place of his regular ones. However, I think Ill be saving them for recall training. He has never been this excited about treats (and I buy him Fruitables - which is good, but is not high quality). The customer service was excited as well - a quality you wont find with large treat companies. I hope this company continues to thrive, as my dog is an extremely happy client of theirs.

So I stumbled across this company thanks to the dog community on Instagram, and I couldnt be happier with my first Real Pet Food box! Im really sort of a treat snob when it comes to what Ill give to my 18-month-old Border Collie, but every last thing in our package was amazing. Its all natural, high-quality, healthy stuff that can be tough to find other places. Each different treat arrives with an information card to tell you what it is, why its important, and recommendations on how to feed it, too.As others have mentioned, the customer service is top tier. They go above and beyond to make every experience a positive one. On top of that, the shipping speed was incredible as well. Real Pet Food exceeded all of my expectations, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone with a dog. Well be keeping this subscription active for a very, very long time.

My sweet GSD puppy LOVES these treats. I keep them in the small fridge in the garage and any time my husband or myself look like we may be headed in that direction he bolts in front of us and sits in the doorway. If he makes it into the garage hes got his nose glued to the door of the fridge.I filled the trachea with yogurt and froze it like the card suggested and he loved it so much. It didnt last as long as I had hoped it would, but thats not a bad thing either!Ill definitely keep this subscription. Hes loved every thing in the box.

If you want to feed your dog REAL food, this is the way to go. Bullys were HUGE and excellent and NOT smelly. Dogs went crazy for the salmon, heart and tendons. We have yet to try the Smelly Kidney. But so far, so good. We have food allergies in this house as well, and they were able to accommodate getting us all the right proteins. I would highly recommend this to anyone that likes to give their dogs healthy treats.Awesome Customer Service also!

I got my dog, Koda, a Real Pet Food box for his birthday. When I opened it I was shocked at how much stuff was in it! Definitely worth the price! Im always looking for new treats for Koda to try. He is a large dog, so finding items that are bigger than one bite, but dont cost a fortune, are always hard to come by. The Pet Box came with various sized items with varying degrees of chewing power.Weve tried other subscription boxes, but Koda plays with a toy for 10 minutes then never touches it again, so its not worth it to pay for unused items.I am always looking for high quality items both for myself, and my pets, and Real Pet Box meets my standards. I love the Heres a treat for you item, so you know the quality youre giving your pet is good enough for you, also.I also love the text check in, it makes you feel like you are a top priority customer, and its so easy to get in contact with them to make changes!

This company is fantastic in multiple ways. There was a delay with my first delivery, and I was amazed not only at how quickly their customer service responded to me (and followed up!), but how accommodating they were to boot.The box was so worth the wait!! Lots of varied, high quality products with informative cards and even a heads up on which ones were going to stink. On your profile you can let the company know how many dogs you have, what size they are, and if there are any allergies or foods they need to avoid putting in your box. If you were even able to find an equivalent in variety and quality at a store level (you wont), theyd be much more expensive.Heads up, the treats need to be kept in the fridge, but it makes sense since there arent any preservatives. And at the rate my dog is gobbling them up, space wont even be an issue for long.

Product shipped timely, arrived in great packaging. My dog so far loves all the treats. My biggest issue is the smell. I make sure my dog eats all the treats right away because Im afraid he will hide them (like he does with many toys/treats) and my apartment will smell terrible. I was too scared to open the treats that had a warning label to eat outside because they are so strong smelling. I was suggested to place them in the freezer to help with the smell, and Ive found out that is helping quite a bit! Giving it a shot still though because the product seems great! My dog loves it and im all for small business organic/fresh products!
