Longest wait time I’ve ever endured for simple blood work.
Long wait and never things are done correctly, there is only one phlebotomist in this site. Always this place is busy because the phlebotomist is taking too long for a simple blood draw. I was a phlebotomist long ago before l became pharmacist. In the hospital that l was working when l was phlebotomist, we had to draw blood in less than several seconds and we had hundreds of patients a day. Sad for the patients. I was going to just drop off the specimen and it took 50 minutes, this place is garbage, avoid at any cost
Was super easy. I was there at 9am back in car by 9:10am. Lady who took my blood was nice new what she was doing.
The Phlebotomist was sick when i arrived which is worse having a sick person cook your food, at least its cooked. This lady puts needles into your veins as shes sneezing in the room. Also, they lost my blood prescription that the doctor faxed over. They were digging through numerous week old fax requests looking for my date of birth. If your health is important to you and dont mind losing money, this is the place for you. I take great pride in my work but these people do not.
Mandatory wellness programs are now the new norm. You cannot have healthcare unless you give your private information to the government and to the employer. Your personal information no longer belongs to you anymore
I went here for routine blood work and had a pretty bad experience, the person drawing my blood tryed to draw on the crook of my arm were there isnt even a vein, when I made the comment that I didnt see any green vein there she finally stopped after poking me 3 times. It took her 2 more sticks on the top of my fist. This was the worst blood draw I have ever had.....
Would like to thank the woman who did my blood draw today. Surehka (forgive my misspelling) was kind, understanding, and being that I am someone who doesnt like needles, made it quick and painless. Definetly make an appointment! I had made one the day before and got right in but had to comeback for a walk in the next day and it took a little longer. Note to the company: the automated service doesnt allow you to speak with a live person which is quite inconvenient. Its frustrating for patients who then take it out on staff and it isnt their fault they are only doing their jobs.
Dont believe the time waiting. Or add an hour to how long you are told you are going to wait
Bad in general, difficulty in taking results and no contact number with receptionist only automatic response
