Very rude staff at the Ruffin Road location. It doesnt take much to treat clients/customers with a little bit of courtesy and respect. Not to mention they do not answer the phone and then tell you to call them to get the testing hours correct when their own posted schedule says something totally different. I would urge employers to avoid this place as there are many other testing facilities that have professional staff and conduct testing during normal business hours.

Go elsewhere. These people don’t care about much of anything. The have one published set of hours for drug testing. But have some hand written sign on the door with another much reduced set. If they can’t keep this straight, there’s no reason to assume they’re competent at anything else.

Worst experience ever. My first experience with this company, I had to get a blood sample through IV and the Nurse that was trying to get my blood failed twice, so I had to reschedule. Two weeks later as in today, this nurse does not know how to use the equipment that the company provided for her. This nurse was in her late 60s (Im being modest) and she did not know how to use a finger stick properly. Blood was all over my fingers and all she could say is Im sorry. This company needs yo send and hire intelligent people. I wish I could give this company 0 stars.
