The company also goes under the name Remsai Home Sleep Diagnostics. MY MD and insurance authorized that I pick up a machine to take home and do the nighttime study. No call from them to schedule. One month later I called them and they couldnt find my info. Then called two more times and they found it. I picked up the machine, did the test, dropped it off and never got results, nor did my MD. Finally after several calls to MD and Amerisleep they were able to find them. They BILLED my INSURANCE company for an in-patient night test (done at their facility) at $800.00. I did the test at home. How many other insurance company did they bill $800 for an on-site study/test, but just sent them home with a machine to do the test themselves? My insurance company PAID THEM NOTHING

Don’t believe in their kindness that they show when you are confirming your appointment, the woman who attend the phone that have a Hindi accent, she can become a real nasty ogre. I needed to cancel the appointment because I’m not feeling well, then she started to threatened me with they will charge me a $100.00 for the cancellation and accusing me of making up excuses . My recommendations to everybody is, if you don’t want to have problems don’t schedule appointments with this people they are not a qualified one, looks like they are so desperate to only get your money and they don’t care about humans been.

Came here for a sleep study last week. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were nice and had TVs in them with cable. The staff were very friendly and explained everything they were doing. It was a little crazy being hooked up to all the wires, but the comfortable bed made up for it. I had a very good experience here and I reccomend anyone that needs a sleep study to go here.
