Worst experience ever. I went in for an exam for life insurance. After waiting several minutes and ringing the bell twice, someone finally came. after informing me my apt had been canceled, I had to convince them that I had already taken the day to do this. The lady doing my blood draw shoved the needle in my arm. after informing her that in thought something wasnt right she continued. Once she pulled the needle out, blood continued to come out. she had shocked look on her face and blurted out I have never seen that happen before trying to convince me everything was ok, she rushed to get a cold compression. it seems that there are more than one complaint. something needs to be done.*update Im still waiting for this call I was supposed to receive, All the while my arm is getting worse. I had to cancel the rest of my day and get an appointment with my doctor, who asked that I come in asap as he is concerned. I advise and warn anyone against having their exam done at this facility.

Came in an hour and a half before work. Sat in the lobby patiently without being greeted for 15 mins. Decided to ring the bell again just in case they didn’t hear me. A woman with long blonde hair frustrated came out and said she was busy with someone asked what I needed and said she had no idea how long it’d take. Politely said I understood I just had work in an hour and a half and was wondering if I’d be able to be out in time. She said “I have no idea so you can wait or not”. Super rude and I don’t feel like I did anything to deserve that kind of treatment! Maybe the employees need a morale boost.

I went in for an exam for life insurance. The lady at check in was nice and the guy doing the measurements and blood draw was personable and quick. I had my kiddos with me so i was thankful i was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

The staff there was awesome. I went into this experience totally blind because I didnt have time to go over the paperwork sent ahead of time and they made it all a very pleasant experience.

Last month, July, I had ExamOne come to my house to take a blood sample for life insurance. As a result of that I got a vein infection that made me very sick so I decided to drive to the ER and see what was going on. They just gave me an ultrasound and since they didnt find any blood cloth they sent me home. On my way home I passed out while driving and was involved in a car accident. I did not get hurt from the accident and fortunately did not hurt anybody else. Just my car was badly damaged because I hit a community mail box before I came back to my senses. Later that same day I went to my regular doctor that told me I had a vein infection and she prescribed me antibiotics. I have contacted ExamOne and they denied to help with my out of pocket cost saying that they would only pay for my medical. The ammount that they offered me didnt even cover all my medical and they gave no explanation as to why they wouldnt pay for my expenses with the car accident.

Very rude customer service. When I told the guy he was being rude and I didnt appreciate it he then became condescending.
