The employees were friendly, but they seem to lack internal communication among themselves as well as to the visitors. Also I would recommend a better dress code for some of the employees to make the facility and company seem more legitimate. 2 of 3 of them were in baggy street clothes showing their tattoos, just does not seem professional.

I went in for a pre employment drug test yesterday it was my first time doing this ever. So I had a few questions while checking in at the self check in kiosk. The woman at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude! She seemed so annoyed with my questions and walked away stating that I confused her with my questions!? This woman should not be working with patients if she has a temper like that it’s extremely odd putting. I was hurt and confused myself.The technician however on the other hand was very knowledgeable and nice. (The one collecting the samples)Fire your front desk staff, I can’t believe how rude she was!

First time experiencing Labcorp. I was there for a routine pre-employment screening and bloodwork. The lab tech in charge was named Riki. She was extremely rude and condescending. She obviously hates her job and having to work with patients. Total lack of professionalism. If I had not needed the work completed for a new job, I would have taken my tests to a more professional company. She was also not interested in following standard Covid distancing protocol.

While this office is not the most appealing, the technician (who i believe was Cassandra) was very kind and made my appointment go very smoothly. they offer walk-ins, but i recommend making an appointment in advance to skip the line.

I made an appointment online and was able to scan my QR code in the office really quickly. Everything was easy and on time, the employee that helped me was really helpful.

I had been into this location twice, trying to run my fingerprints for a background check. The first time I was not made aware than I needed an appointment for that, so I made one while I was there. I went in the second time and a gentleman asked why I was there, to which I explained I was there for fingerprinting. He stated I needed an appointment which I confirmed that I had one which he rudely stated that they didn’t do fingerprinting after 12. Which was not something that I was made aware of. Unfortunately on LabCorp’s website fingerprinting is not an option that is offered so you need to select one of the other options like routine lab work, although I feel like routine lab work is not the correct category. Unfortunately for me this causes me to go a half hour out of my way each way causing me to have spent three hours travel time.

Their location in SLC is closed and you won’t know it until you face the door inside the building.They stop doing drug tests at 3 pm, what a joke.

Went in for a drug test for employment. I had scheduled an appointment online. The online scheduling system gave me a QR code to scan when I got there which made it easy to sign in. The LabCorp employee got me in and out quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to visit this site again if I had to do another drug test for employment.

I work for a home health company and came to drop off a sample. The staff was EXTREMELY rude and was very unprofessional! I was sent away even though I had everything I needed. I honestly couldn’t wait to get out of there. I felt so uncomfortable and felt attacked.

Do not go to this location!!! The absolutely worst experience I have ever had!!!! One star is too mcuh. It was not even busy at 7:30 am. Casandra, or whatever her real name is, because her name tag was backwards, should loose her job; Unbelievable terrible experience! I ended up driving another 7 miles to go to the 3900 location, where they were professional and nice.

As soon as I walked in the facility, staff was right there to help me check in. Efficient, courteous and very helpful. The needle stick for the blood draw was the easiest, most gentle I’ve experienced in a while. Great job!

The young man at this office with glasses is one of the rudest persons I have come across in a very long time. It was not only to me butto a elderly lady and a gentleman who has to come in every day does not know this mans name. Now I know why. I called the office and twice after listening to the recording was hung up on. I am almost 70 years old and have never come across anything quite like this. I have been in customer service for over 40 years. I am appalled.

Ive read all bad reviews before blood test and was really scared to come here, honestly. What a surprise Ive got when they didnt prove. I met a woman that was extremely nice and professional to me. The blood test was easy and quick. Remember, that all the reviews have two sides, so it is not necessary means that they are always true. Came here to write for those like me who will be scared to come after negative reviews.

People are great, just call before going in since the hours dont match what google has posted.

Rudest lab tech I have ever experienced at LabCorp. She had her earbuds in, spoke incredibly short to me and rolled her eyes at a few of my questions. While giving blood, I’ve never had a rubber band so tight on my arm. She seemed angry at everything. I have used LabCorp 4-6 times a year for more than a decade and in 3 different states and this was the worst experience out of all of them and my only review I’ve ever written.

I went in to do a drug screening. The facility is easy to find and clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. They had good answers to my excessive amount of questions. They accept walk-ins, but appointments are a higher priority.

Fast service - I was in and out in a few minutes. Great. I just had to hand over my insurance cards and sign a wad of papers so we can draw your blood. That was it. Medicare then refused to pay for the expensive test because you were warned in writing that the test was not covered by Medicare. Baloney. So I paid up, because Medicare denied my appeal and the company sent threatening collection letters (even before the appeal was settled). My advice: do not patronize this unethical company.

I came in with an order for some blood tests an hour before they closed. The lady was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I found out that some of my tests needed fasting beforehand so when I asked her if she could split it up and she told me no because it was on the same order form, I asked her if I could walk down the hallway to my doctors office and have them split it up for me. She told me she would be closing in 10 minutes and that she wouldnt wait for me, they are supposed to be open for another 45 minutes.Im a very polite person and was taken aback at the rudeness that this lady approached me with at the very first moment she came in the room. I dont know if this is a temp worker but it was unprofessional and I will no longer send any business to this location.

I will never go back to this location again!! I have never taken the time to write any sort of review however, the lady who helped me was in an aggressive rude mood and I felt unwelcome to be there. I didnt realize I needed a certain type of information and i thought I had everything filled out and she was getting so angry at me. When realized what I thought I did I said I would have to come back later. She rolled her eyes and very rudely scoffed and said have a nice day. I didnt have time to make a phone call and I will never go back to this location!! Even if I had made the phone call I didnt want any sort of money going here. Her coworker was talking about something personal as well and i felt embarrassed that I didnt know I didnt have everything as i was new to this sort of testing. People make mistakes and I know time is valuable but I didnt even want to go back in to get what I left at the counter.Positive: They get you inside in a fast time and the check-in system is great

There are no signs directing customers to their location on the building. I arrived at 7:10AM and because of the lack of signs called their main number. I rang twice for 5 minutes each - no answer. I went inside and couldnt find them. I went back outside and drove around the block to see if I could find a sign, nope. Called again - they never answered their phone. I went to the Bountiful location where there were plenty of signs and a helpful staff.

The staff has always been friendly and I have gotten in and out quickly.

This lab Corp is extremely slow and do not respect their customer’s time at all. Extremely inefficient and would recommend going to another one that is able to handle patients more efficiently.

It was really easy to find. You walk in and its on L-3 so ground level and it has a sign right above the door saying lab corp.

Horrible service lady doing my blood work had the worst attitude ever and was very disrespectful would not recommend this location!

Waiting for 30 minutes after opening time for someone to show up. No explanation given why they were late.

This place moves st SUCH a glacial pace. The staff is inefficient and dismissive, with no sense of urgency. If you can go somewhere else for lab work, do it.

Why this phone number is not working? I am trying to call so many times.
