Tangles is the best Salon around! I drive 40 min each way to get my hair done! The owners are salt of the earth with more knowledge than any other! My hair is consistently being lightened and is soft, healthy and grows and grows! TRY THIS SALON! You will never look back.I just had my brows done at Tangles today! I am not the type to have that done but... Blake is the only artist I have seen that can make your brows look natural! I LOVE MY BROWS!!! So 2 for 2. Get a new do and brows in one stop!!

Not professional!!!!They dont have a website to schedule online. So, I called to schedule and someone told me they are busy and someone will call you back. After 30 min, I called them again and asked them how can I schedule, stop y or call or what? The same person told me, we dont have time to call you back today and we have our own clients and busy with them!!!!Can you believe it these people run a business?!!

Alicia Swift is AMAZING. I love my cut and color and the conversation we had. She is so knowledgeable and is also great at listening to what you want. This was my first salon experience and everyone there was so accommodating! I literally cant wait to go back!

My fiance and I just left Tangles.My fiance had a 3:30 appointment. When we knew that we would be 8 minutes late, we called to let the stylist know. Nobody answered the phone. I dropped my fiance off at the door while I parked. When I got into the salon, my fiance was speaking with a stylist and set an appointment for 8 the next morning. Upon passing another stylist, she had asked if we were the 3:30. When we said we were, she stated that the stylist had waited around, but had left because we were not on time, and that is the second time we had done so, and if we did so again, we would he charged for the appointment, regardless. My fiance told the blonde woman that the first appointment had been canceled by the stylist the day of the appointment. She then said that we should have called and to not waste the stylists time. When I told her that we had called, but nobody answered, she continued to be snarky, rude, and unprofessional.I called the salon just now to find out who the blonde stylists name was, and the woman in the phone stated that she had no comment, and would not tell me the owners name.If I could rate this experience as a zero stars, I wouldnt hesitate.If this is a customer service industry, they have failed miserably.My fiance and I will not return.

My experience at Tangles salon ranks among my top worst hair experiences, if not the worst. DO NOT GO TO HALEY!!! She spoke to me very condescendingly and from the moment i saw her she was uninviting and told me how she would not have much time to do my hair. She did not give me my deep conditioning treatment which i paid for beforehand and she did not display confidence in her ability. She told me my hair looked like a dreadlock and was annoyed when i asked her to cut off a little of my hair before i decided if that was enough. Not only that, but I asked her to cut 2 inches off and she cut off 4.5 inches. She did not act as though i was a priority. Haley displayed unprofessional behavior and treated me as though it was a hassle to cut my hair, which is her job! I would NOT recommend this salon.

Three years ago I used Groupon and really lucked out. I went to Haley and she was amazing! I have difficult hair and she discussed my diet with me and the type of products that would help as well as recommending nourishing color. Following her recommendations my hair is growing again and is stronger than ever, I dont stress about hair loss out breakage anymore.On top of that its looked fabulous ever since and I look forward to every appointment!

I recommend Sherry Hinshaw very highly. She is very good with color and cut. Her manner is very professional and she knows her stuff. I have thick grey hair and I was a professional cosmetologist when I was younger so I am very discriminating. Sherry does low lights for me and always keeps my hairstyle attractive and current. I travel for my business and everywhere I go people ask me about my hair. I have also worked with Holly (who is one of the owners). She is also a fabulous professional!

DO NOT GO TO HALEY!!!!! I went to tangles salon with my friend so she could get a trim and deep conditioning from Haley. The second haley walked up to us she didnt even say hello, she just started to go off on my friend about how busy she was and that she couldnt give my friend a deep conditioning because she had booked someone else at the same exact time as she had booked my friend. she was EXTREMELY disrespectful and was speaking condescendingly and rudely the entire time. Haley cut off around 4-5 inches when my friend had only asked for 2-3 inches. She also put the bare blow dryer head directly against my friends hair and you could see her hair burning. She yanked really hard on her hair after it had been washed to try to get a tangle out. Haley told my friend that her hair looked like dreadlocks when it was actually just curly. the entire expirence was awful and i will never go there again. A stylist should never speak to a client the way she did. It was completely unprofessional and distasteful.

I go to Haley. She knows what she is doing. She is fast and i like her personality. She has won me over as a client, and i am pretty picky.

Apparently if you cancel 2 appts the barber will no longer cut your sons hair even when you give notice of cancellations. When given notice you cant make an appt, who refuses business? I had to find out by other clients that he wouldnt cut my sons hair. He wont cut anybody in my family hairs now. Must be a personal issue. Not very business man like.

HALEY BARNSON- DO NOT GO TO HER. I do not recommend trusting her with your hair. Haley has no work ethic and does not stand behind her work! Due to applying the bleach to the front of my hair first, the front was super light compared to the back. When I asked to see my hair before she washes and dries it, she replied rudely We need to hurry. No, we need to make sure I am happy with my color! After leaving the salon and thoroughly looking at my hair and seeing the drastic difference around my head, I called and asked if she will please put a toner in so it is even. She told me she would call me back the next day. I never heard from her so I texted her and politely asked if she has had time to check her schedule. No response. I called multiples times. No answer. Finally I called off of my work number and she answers! But after hearing who it was, she said she was at work and will call me back after work. I was calling about a work related inquiry, why would she need to call me back after work? And of course, no call back. Luckily Groupon stands behind their service and gave me a refund! To add to this, she kept me very informed that she was only making $8 due to me purchasing her deal through Groupon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HALEY BARNSON!
