I believe loan did my nails and I am truly impressed, they are long coffin shaped with bright glittery pink and a beautiful flower design. I have had bad luck with nail salons but this salon definitely met expectations I can’t stop admiring my nails, loan did such an amazing job and the business is so clean and friendly. I set up an appointment and they sat me down immediately when I came in and definitely gave me fantastic service. I definitely recommend

Best nail salon experience Ive had in a long long time.I called to make the appointment the day before and Im glad I did because these guys are busy! The whole staff was so kind and welcoming and my nail technician Loan was amazing! She really took her time with my pedicure and manicure and I felt so pampered. I went with my 2 sisters and we were all really pleased with our techs. The whole space was comfortable and clean.Im so happy with the service and definitely will be coming back.

She is an incredible nail tech and wonderful person who goes the extra mile every time I visit. Everyone here provides the highest level of customer service. Tonight she stayed late, well after closing, to finish my nails. I’m sure it was a long day, but Amy took the time to ensure my nails were perfect. Highly recommend them!

Plainly states on the door walk-ins welcome appointment appreciated so me and my daughter walked in to get a full set and a fill-in and we were told to leave because they dont accept anything other than appointments but it plainly states on their door that they accept walk-ins

Absolutely LOVE this place. They are always very welcoming, loving, funny, charismatic, and talented with what they do. I have now gone there twice, and each time the experience meets above and beyond our expectations!!! You can go in to anyone of them, and get stellar work done.First time we went, we went for a birthday and there were about 10 of us there... EACH ONE OF US have gone back to them! Not only did they have other clients in there, plus us, and they never once seemed stressed about the situation, and made sure to give you exactly what you wanted (and more for some).Seriously tho... that artwork!Go to them! I am absolutely blown away by this salon! I have been to many different nail salons in many different places and this is easily the BEST one I have ever been to. I had my first appointment today and I was impressed with how clean the salon was. All the nail techs were so nice and welcoming. Many of the customers were referred to by name, telling that there are many regulars. My pedicure and manicure/full set were beautifully done and well worth the money I paid. I will absolutely be coming back for future appointments. If youre even considering coming here - DO IT you wont regret it!

Came into town from NC and chose this place to visit. I have pretty high standards for nail salons as there are a lot of mediocre places out there that overcharge for shoddy work. Loan did my nails and gave me one of the best gel pedicures I’ve ever had. Everything was great! Highly recommend!

We called more than a week in advance to schedule appointments for a wedding party of six on the day of the big event. After confirming the appointment, they apparently lost it, and/ or reservations mean nothing to them. When we arrived, hours before the wedding, they only had one appointment available. We ended up having to call all over to find someone who could take the whole party. These people were not helpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Queen Nails is my favorite nail place in Salt Lake City, they always do an amazing job and exactly what I ask for. All of their nail technicians are very talented and I recommend this place to everyone :)

Nails were coming up and I needed an emergency set on a busy Saturday, my normal tech was booked, they scheduled me in that afternoon and did a beautiful job!

This place is amazing! I came here for the first time today with a friend and showed the nail tech a photo of a cute design I saw on Instagram and she only had to take one glance at it and perfectly replicated the photo for me. I’m very impressed with not only how well she did and ability to remember the design by only taking one look but she was also very quick and efficient! This is easily the best acrylic nail set I have ever received and I have been getting nails on and off for 8 years!

Best nails I have ever had! Michelle did an amazing job! The tips look so natural and are thin and tight and beautiful! They look like my own nails! I showed her a picture of a purse and she copied it exactly!!! Will never go anywhere else!

My daughter got a manicure and I got a pedicure. I think she had a new tech who did an awful job all the while shaming her about her nail biting habit. It was her first time to have a manicure and it was awful. We ended up removing the nails they were sooooo bad. My pedicure was pretty bad as well. I’m getting a redo two weeks later. I didn’t get full coverage on my nails and they look really bad. The salon did offer to redo my daughters nails but the damage was done. She doesn’t want to go back in there.

This place has bad customer service. I had an appointment made and they over booked and then they told me to come back in an hour and when I did come back they were still taking people in so I never got my nails done it was a huge waste of time I will not be coming back here again.

This Salon is very strict with contamination. Single use materials, they use pedicure tub liners. Very nice salon, all the ladies are happy and good at what they do. Amy is the best nail tech and gives the best pedicure ever. Highly recommended.

By far the nicest nail place in the neighborhood and you can tell the moment you walk in. I was surprised when I payed less here than some much poorer quality places Ive been to nearby, so its also a good price. LGBTQ friendly, ask for Amy she is very meticulous and will get your nails perfect.

My friend used to do my nails, but she moved 😔. I was searching for nail salons near me on Google. I read the reviews & decided to go to Queens Nail & Spa. I needed a fill, Gel Color, & Design. When I walked in they warmly greeted me. The salon is beautiful & everyone is so sweet! Amy did my nails & I am so pleased. Amy is great at what she does & you can tell she loves it. I found my new nail place!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amy.

My friend knows the language they talk and she told us they were making fun of our toes and our body. We felt super uncomfortable while getting our pedicure. Charged me for something I didn’t even ask for. TRASH TRASH TRAHS

Great place! Always very happy with my services. My only note is that they do take a bit longer than other studios I’ve been to so make sure to plan for that. But quality of work is top notch.

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to!! It’s my favorite place to go to treat myself. It’s so clean and beautiful inside. The music and ambiance makes me so relaxed I almost fall asleep haha. This was my first pedicure, so I dont have much of a reference point, but it was FANTASTIC. I got the Deluxe. They split just the right amount of attention between each part of the pedicure. Very professional and friendly atmosphere.

I had a terrible experience at a different nail salon a couple months back, so I was SO GRATEFUL to have found this place. The atmosphere is clean and very relaxing. I appreciated the time Tracey took to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my nails. I have incredibly sensitive nail beds due to years of damage. She suggested a dip method and she was extremely gentle with my nails. I did not have any pain afterwards! I also enjoyed my pedicure. Brittney did a great job! The massage was amazing! Went in for a full set because I have engagement photos coming up. They were very sweet and personable. After looking at my nails all night I realized I didn’t like the color or shape and there were a couple bumps on the edges (normally wouldn’t be a big deal but pictures are scheduled) so I called the next morning and they got me in right away, fixed the issues, and didn’t even charge me! I made sure to tip everyone. Will definitely be back

My nails turned out good, but with covid it is not okay to let customers not wear masks. Masks protect others and I was upset when no one did anything about people not wearing their masks. I also felt like I was overcharged for the service. I checked the website after and the price I was charged was not the same on the site.

I had an appointment for refill this Sunday. First of all the person I asked for my service did not attend me. The other person did a very bad job on my nails. My nail paint has started coming out and the person did not even paint them properly and it’s just been three days.

Traci and Mai are the absolute best! My manicures are always perfect and the attention to detail is amazing. This is the only place in Salt Lake I’ll get my nails done!

I’ve been going to this salon for over a year but will never return after my experience today. My mani/pedi was scheduled for 1:30 pm and I did not leave the salon until 4:45 pm (I understand occasional scheduling issues, but this happens every time). I sat in a chair for about 45 minutes waiting for their basic pedicure to begin. I left the pedicure with cuts on my feet and clumpy gel polish. I then sat down at a different station to have acrylics done, and the nail tech asked me what amount I “could spend” and started totaling the cost of the pedicure services I already received. I thought this was very bizarre considering I’m a repeat customer and receive the same services each time. Also, I’ve never been asked this at any salon?! It was completely unprompted and felt very unprofessional. She then proceeded to tell me my nails were extremely damaged (which is odd because I’ve only been to this salon in the past year so any damage would have been caused by their services) and was rude to mention the nonexistent “dirt” under my nails and “yellow stains” from my spray tan... like, ok? I thought you were a professional? lol. After showing her the exact photo of what I wanted several times, she shaped my nails incorrectly and botched the simple French tip design. They look nothing like the photo I showed her and none of the tips are even. She also made my cuticles bleed and I received no hand massage or usual treatments even after she emphasized the services and cost. Throughout the entire service, she got up to answer the phone at least 5 times. After all was said and done, my services totaled $98 and $118 with tip. It was not worth the time or money wasted. I can’t wait to have my nails redone somewhere else.

The manicure I got here was probably one of the best I have ever had. I talked with Trish (I believe is her name), and she was so incredibly sweet and honestly wanted the best manicure for me. The salon itself was clean and they were nice to us, but we made an appt for two and then still waited 30 min and one hour respectively. Also, a used file was used on me and then passed around and used on others. The cuticle trimmers and whatnot weren’t sterilized either which was gross. Our nails turned out fine, not excellent, but fine. However I paid $40 for a dip powder only with no massage or lotion and then $33 for a plain shellac manicure. Not worth it.

Mai is the owner and she is the just the cutest! I’m from California and this has to be my most favorite place! It’s pricey but they’re good at what they do. I love all of them! Loan does really good nails and Gia always does my pedicure❤️❤️❤️❤️

Loan, tracy and Mai were kind, patient, professional and made us laugh while doing our nails. They went above and beyond by allowing our party of four to come in late and have a great night. The salon is clean, friendly and taking appointments only which we really loved. Masks were worn by all. The only thing I will say is the jump from a basic pedi to have a massage included is a bit pricey, $38.00. Who doesn’t love getting the massage when you get a pedi so we paid. Sadly the massage wasn’t great more like being lightly petted. Oh well toes look good, I just know I’m not going to get a good massage. There were three of us and we all had the same experience.Not the best value.

I went last weekend with my mom for the first time and the service was AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make our experience perfect and the whole place was beautiful, new, and smelled great. They did a beautiful job on our nails and gave us 20% off for their grand opening. They also had on an “animal channel” that played cute/funny animal videos that were adorable and heartwarming to watch! Definitely found my new favorite salon!
