Got Beauty has been my Salon of choice for 10 years. Lashes, hair, micro-blading, waxing and pedicures. Im there every 2 weeks. I have literally never had a bad service....like ever!!!! Professional staff with cutting edge technology, expertise and education... plus everyone is friendly and accommodating. In addition to what they have to offer in their services, their products are amazing, fun, and affordable! Honestly the store itself is just fun to walk through. Got Beauty is where its at!

Browsing the color-coordinated treasure trove that is Got Beauty is something youll just have to experience for yourself. Ive been frequenting GB for the better part of a decade now, and it is a gem. Its true that some of their wares can probably be found online for a fraction of the price, but the experience is where their value lies. The salon is incredible for the price. I see Chelsea R and she is a magician. Ive never been dissatisfied and Id see her every 6 weeks if I could afford it!

Got Beauty is a great place to shop when you are looking for a gift for someone. It has many good hair products, fun make-up, and many wonderful nicknacks and things to look at and buy. The store is cleaned, and organized well. The staff are very friendly and ready to go the extra mile to help you find something. I find it hard to leave without spending my money on something fun or finding a gift for someone.

Quality pedicure and cute store that has everything!

Been coming here for years, the whole team is phenomenal! I only trust these girls with my hair. Cassie, Tori and Britt are my go-to, but I’d honestly see anyone at Got Beauty. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming when I come in and always offer me a drink for my comfort. The store side is elegant and charming and is packed with a gigantic variety of quality gifts and sundries. I’m always able to find something unique for family, friends or myself. I can’t stress enough how much I love this place and will continue to come here regardless of how far away I live.

I tried Got Beauty, it is close to my home in Sugarhouse and I like supporting small businesses, also, reviews were good. My current stylist is leaving the business due to childbirth, and I am looking for a new person. I have to say the front staff were very helpful, and the store itself is styled well and love the products. I have shopped there for years.My haircut and style experience was disappointing to say the least. When I pointed out a part of it that did not lay well, I was told she had gone over the time alloted and after I lived with it for a while, I could book a bang trim and she could fix any issues at that time. She took a minute to help the issue, but that was it. She mentioned product I could try, but was in too much of a hurry addressing her next appointment to let me know what it was and the front staff said she did not liked being disturbed in appointments. I left the salon with a flat, mediocre bob that was frizzy - I have wavy hair and the product she used, the most expensive in the store, did not address styling.I am disappointed and guess I will continue the search.

This is Definitely 💯 candy for the eyes & Yes the aroma therapy ! At every turn it seems a new and wonderful scent is upon you. Then of course I must look at everything to see whats gotten a hold of my attention so...There is nothing that I didnt love about this small business. That is also owned by women. She’s also such a doll to talk to, finding a personable hair stylist can be awkward but I felt so comfortable being at got Beauty and talking to Chelsea. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve seen multiple different girls for my nails, and each one is great. I always get there a little early so I can browse. They have the best items, especially if you are shopping for a gift!

Tori Plant did my makeup for both my engagement photos and my wedding day. She also styled my hair on my wedding day – not to mention gave my husband the perfect haircut for the occasion. She is an absolute artist! I’m not really a makeup person and I rarely style my hair, but she made me feel so comfortable with it. She listened to my thoughts on how I wanted everything to look and made it a reality! Even adding a little dusting of glitter on my eyes. 😊 I really cannot recommend Tori enough to anyone who just needs a cut / color or needs to get glammed up for an event. Plus, she has a great team of other artists for your crew! Love her – and if I lived in SLC she would be my regular stylist! Schedule with her now!

I understand that you are requiring a mask but then charging 15 DOLLARS is ridiculous. At least have disposable ones for those who have left their mask at work. Bad customer service.

Fun store to shop at and great quality service! I had a pedicure by Christina and it was wonderful! She was friendly, and spent a good amount of time with me. I didnt feel rushed and she did a great, thorough job making my nails look perfect, leaving my feet feeling good!

I always want to buy everything I see in this place (and my credit card statement sometimes reflects that). Youll pay more for items, but its a boutique and thats to be expected. The selection is fantastic. Cute, fun items that you can get as gifts (to yourself counts, too) and a wide offering of hair products, with nail polish some makeup products as well. The salon in the back is also pretty good, and theyll give you a percentage off the products you buy the day of your salon service.

I love this store. There are always so many fun trinkets to look at. BUT the best thing about this place is the fact that you can schedule appointments online. So convenient. I can schedule an appointment late at night when I notice my eyebrows are lookin frightening. Laura gave me the best shellac manicure Ive ever had! Im in the biz and Ive had many shellac manicures, most of which start lifting around the edges in less than a week. Lauras manicure lasted 4 full weeks, NO lifting, no exaggeration. Also, the product she used removed easily and quickly which is also rare with a shellac manicure. Laura is the best!

Good experience. Staff was friendly and are taking COVID seriously. The store is a bit cluttered, but they can help you navigate.

Their online appointment system is the best, Meredith is a miracle worker (I get compliments on my hair often), and the staff has been super helpful, accommodating, and incredibly nice every time Ive been in. I love this store! There are so many cute things that youll want to buy, makeup, beauty products and so much more! Such cute fricken knick knacks! The staff were wonderful and helpful. The only thing is that the space is quite small and hard to get through if you have anything else with you (i.e. a stroller or wheelchair). But anyway, awesome store!

Cute gift selection!

I went into the store yesterday looking for Redken for Men ~ working wax maneuver. They were out of product, so I was advise by the associate that one of the other associates had to run to Cosmopolitan and she would get the product for me. I was totally amazed by the level of customer service that I had received yesterday from the staff at GOT BEAUTY. So in return for their awesome service, I went to Smiths and purchase brownies and ice cream for the team at GOT BEAUTY for a afternoon treat. I will go back to GOT BEAUTY for any hair product. I wish I would have gotten the names of the associates that assisted me yesterday, they show what customer service is all about.

Unfortunately the few times Ive been here to purchase product Ive been wowed by the appearance, but turned off by the attitude of the workers. Today was no different. I went in for product for dreads, and started browsing their other products as well. Most things have a clear price tag on them, but they have some delicious smelling soap that was not price marked anywhere. I asked someone, who she (and the person behind the counter) both told me the soap was $2.50. My friend and I remarked what a steal that was, and picked out 3 to purchase. When we got up to the counter, my 3 soaps and 1 $9 product rang up as 33.00. Confused, I asked the cashier. She asked (rudely) who told me that price. I pointed out the two people who told me the price, and she says oh well shes a stylist, so you cant ask her, and I dont know why she would have told you that. These were never on sale and everything is CLEARLY marked, these have never been $2.50. First off, her tone was so incredibly rude, and second, when I politely explained the reason we asked for the price was because they clearly not marked at all. She goes Right - because we have the bar code to scan in up here. I said we asked because it wasnt marked, so we were told an incorrect price, they should at least honor that or be polite about the misunderstanding instead of treating my friend and I like criminals. (Over $2.50 soap?!) Definitely not impressed by the snarky cashier, she needs an attitude adjustment. (Receipt says her name was Charity?)

Skin and hair care products, makeup and perfume, gifts to myself, facials, waxing, pedicures, manicures, hair coloring and cutting, I avail myself to all of these products and services at Got Beauty with full satisfaction.

LOVE this place. Ive been there several times in the last few weeks as Ive been gradually bleaching, toning and putting purple streaks in my hair. All of the staff Ive encountered have been very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. One the front desk people didnt know a specific answer, so they got one of the hair specialists to come out and talk to me. And when it was obvious I didnt know what I I was doing, she could have told me not to do it myself, but have a professional do it. But she didnt! She was just really supportive and helpful.Its maybe possible that going to a place like Sally is going to get better prices on various things, but if so, going to Got Beauty is still totally worth it because of how helpful everyone is. Im a fan.
