It was great. My hair was perfect. Then the stylest was a bit I dont know. He just seemed annoyed or bored half the time. He was great otherwise.

This location has one of the worst hairdressers I’ve ever seen. Her scissors were so dull it hurt when she used them and did not at all attempt what I asked her to do. Definitely would not recommend and won’t be going back ever again.

Well I went in to get a haircut today.. asked for a fade going up with finger length at the top. The woman helping me was a large woman that smelled of feces. She butchered my hair.. I had no fade basically a zero on the sides and the top looke like a weed whacker hit it. I left got in my car and looked in the mirror and was horrified. I went back in and asked for another hairstylist to fix it who was very nice and very professional. The first stylist I think purposely messed up my hair because I told her I was in the Army and had to be on base the next day. I sensed I was being messed with right off the bat by her rude comments and how she basicly messed up my head. I could have drank a 12 pack of beer and have myself a better haircut. Right now I have no fade.. my head is buzzed and looks like a complete mess. This is literally the worse haircut I’ve ever paid for. The woman that messed up my hair didn’t even care when I came back in to resolve the issue. She sat on her phone laughing as her professional colleagues helped fix it and even they were blown away at how bad it was. I’ll still go back to this location because they have great hairstylist and I’ve always left more than satisfied but this tall big woman with a pony tail I will never ever let her near me with scissors. You want proof how bad my haircut is I’ll send you a pic.. I’m mad and that woman I feel did it on purpose.. thanks.

I found the lady that greeted my kids and I to be less than welcoming, however the lady that cut my kids hair was super nice.

I went in for a haircut on my lunch, the stylist was checked out because his shift was almost over. Forgot to put a cape on me had to remind him. Then I asked for a zero on the sides faded to a one but he ended up doing a one on the top…before I could object it was too late. Not to mention he was very rough cleaning up my neck (very sloppy) and the buzz off the top is uneven. My hair looks really bad, never going back to this location.

Both my wife and I got haircuts, and they were awesome!Very little wait time and very good haircuts.We both had coupons on our phones, and although they could not make out the coupon code, they bent over backwards to honor the discount.

A very convenient location. Depending on the stylist you can get a good to great haircut and once in awhile a not so good. Fortunately more good than bad. I keep going back and like Great Clips especially their app makes it easy and fast!

This experience was simply amazing! They were extremely professional and clean. We walked out of a competitor that my wife and I have been going to for some time because they wanted to charge us extra and was very pleasantly surprised to find two little angels working up in there. My stylist was Ina and well worth the tip that was almost twice the amount of the cut.

With 2020 being what it is we checked in our time said 8 min wait, we showed up as per check in and had now 30 min wait 🤯, had to wait out in the scorching sun , door said 3 ppl allowed in lobby, elderly and kids. if yall are planning to continue to do this in this heatwave season you should get a mist sprayer outside so people are dying outside (well not literally) waiting to get a cut 😥, its awful hot out there , Overall our hair looks great 👌 and we appreciate everything your doing to keep customers coming in. Finally found a consistent place to get my hair cut. I used to go downtown on 400so. And the place just closed down out of the blue. I thought Id give Great Clips a try and Im sure glad I did. I get the same haircut every time I go in. Sundays they have a discount on mens haircuts which works great for me because thats the only day I have time to get it done. I think her name is Gladice, 55 year old woman, from El Salvador. She does OUTSTANDING cuts! I am covered in tattoos from my head to my feet litteraly and I am EXTREMELY picky about hair cuts. So picky my hair had not been cut in 3 years and was half way down my back! Yup that picky....So I walked in, they made me wear a mask no exceptions, covid 19, which was awesome, as the store was very clean!I told her what Id like and I closed my eyes.... She did it EXACTLY like I wanted and was fast! If you want your hair cut and you want it done proper then go see her and I promise you she will do you right. Outstanding service and really cool lady!

The hairdresser was very kind and we had a great conversation. I love the way she cut my hair and I was able to get in and out in around 10 minutes. If you are going to go, Id suggest going on Sunday because they have a pretty good deal going on right now.

What a horrible great clips. The shampoo was so fast they took no time to do a good job. They refused to dry my hair at all unless I paid for styling and sent me out with dripping hair in the winter cold. I tip very well, but not here, it wasn’t deserved. Whoever owns these locations shame on you

Justin was our stylist. We went in right before they closed and justin was so nice about that. My 15 yr old son is very particular about his haircut and was very happy with the job justin did for him. MY son said his favorite part about Justin was that he ask alot of questions, about the haircut and also methods and products used for his dry scalp. Justin gave us some great advice for that as well as an awesome haircut! I am returning today to get my hair done by Justin.So I returned!! Just was with a client , so I decided to have Dani cut my hair today And SHE WAS GREAT also! Very friendly and very fast. So far the two stylists weve had at this location have been just WONDERFUL! Absolutely horrible haircut. My hairstylist clearly didn’t know how to cut hair, she said this was her only job she could get that wasn’t minimum wage. (Her name was Paula if anyone is wondering.) Ive been coming to great clips for the past 5 years. I get a haircut every other week. Ive never been so disappointed with the PM staff. I checked in online and was on top of the list, and a walk in got priority over me. I also barely got any acknowledge when I walked in. Maybe if I was white I would have been acknowledge and taken priority like the person before me did.

This has been the worst place I have gone to cut my hair. The person who didnt completely destroyed my hair. I let my hair grow for 6 months so I could have gotten a stylish haircut and I ended up with a buzz cut... Always great to get my haircut by Kelsie there. Every time I called to check if my hairdresser was in the schedule for the day, they were always nice to let me know so I dont have to drive all the way from West Jordan to this location unnecessarily.

Hair dresser did exactly what I asked for which is the first time a hair dresser actually listened to me on length and the cut I wanted!!!! Very pleased and happy with the super fast service and the product she recommended for this weather has actually helped my hair exponentially!!! Definitely going to come here every 6weeks:)

Ashley is incapable of human expression. Okay, maybe you think this is dramatic. But, no! I want to give you an idea of her redeemer. She shows no interest in here job and it shows in shi* cuts she does. Hers, I dont give a ....attitude is just beyond belief. Her own personal dress code lacks some style. I waked away with such a horrible hair cut. I asked her to do a couple of things to soften the edges because it just looked horrible (you didnt need t be a stylist to notice) and her response was; she has her own style of cutting and using a raiser to soften edges just is not it. I get it cheap service horrible hair cuts - I personally think not cheap enough given how many times it just happens to be that they f*** up. Apologies for this angry review but IM SO FRUSTRATED. Are these people capable of dressing themselves or anything style related.

Great Clips Sugarhouse is great! Been there a handful of times. Went there yesterday with my elderly mom who has dimentia. The stylist who helped us, Ina, was so great and patient with my mom. She got us right in, made my mom feel special and took the time answer her questions and talk to her (even if the questions were the same questions over and over again)! Thanks so much Ina! My mom got lots of compliments on her hair! :D

You may think Great Clips is a good place to get a low cow cost, good enough haircut.But I can tell you that Adam at Great Clips 721 is a Master of his craft. I dont go to anyone but Adam. Great Clips is more than lucky to have him and Ill keep coming back as long as they do.

Before coming in I was nervous that Id get stuck getting my haircut by someone who was disinterested, or in a rush or inconsiderate. But Courtney was super awesome! She was super nice and sweet. She answered my many questions on hair care that I desperately needed answered and she did a great job cutting my hair! She never seemed rushed nor distracted, I was the only thing she was focused on and thats the way it should be!

Worst experience ever!! Horrible terrible hair cut I’ve ever gotten in my life! Big mistake I’ve made by going to this place to get a cute new short hair cut!! I cried because my hair wasn’t how I explain it! Even showed a picture of how I wanted it! Was cut uneven too! If he didn’t understand he should ask! But he acted like he understood Lol! I trusted him to see if it will turn out good but it came out worse. By far the worst experience for me.. But I’ve seen guys get good cuts. Can’t wait for my hair to grow out! I need a wig now! Very poor hair cut. She started cutting my hair with clippers..I always get a scissor cut but wasnt sure how they were doing it with a mask on my face. It is too short on the sides so it doesnt match the top. Nothing I can do till it grows out a bit. Maybe wear a hat.

. . The lady was super nice which is why I gave 1 star, however I did not get the cut I even remotely wanted. Perhaps I didnt explain myself well, but I asked for a long A line and ended up looking like Lord Farquaad (from Shrek). Needless to say I wasnt happy but there wasnt anything to be done. If you come here, make sure you have photos or make it extremely clear what it is you want.

I didnt feel that the stylist cared to listen to what I asked for in a haircut, nor did she understand how to cut curly hair. Instead of receiving a trim, I have an unattractive chin-length cut that I couldnt be less pleased with. I hope this review will remind your stylists to actually listen to your customers because you are ultimately determining how they feel about themselves.

I just shrug my shoulders and tell them they had the option as well.But they know what I like in terms of a hair cut so they have my business for awhile.

Ive gotten my hair cit at this location for over 7 years! Adam is my go-to stylist. He really knows how to cut mens hair well. He can get busy on Saturdays, but its worth the wait. Use the app and check in 15 minutes before you get there to wait less time.

Ive been going to this location for about 2 1/2 years now and havent been disappointed. If youre looking for a barber in Salt Lake, I dont believe theres better value than Adams haircuts. Theres usually a wait for him, but that wait is worth it. I also get the feeling that the other stylists at this location punch way above their weight for a Great Clips.

Natalie has cut my hair for 4 years and both of my teenage boys too. We will not go anywhere else! Good prices also

Went here to get hair trimmed and she thinned my hair then after getting my hair washed and brushed out she tells me its $25 just to get it dried. I ended up leaving the here with dripping wet and thinned hair in the middle of winter. I definitely would NOT recommend going here.

Would not recommend coming here for a haircut. 7pm on 11/13 lady working here was not very nice, a smile goes a far way. The hair cut well, save your self some frustration and go to the Great clips on 9th and 9th. Definitely worth the wait.

Absolutely horrible place to go.....VERY rude staff ... Ruined both my teenagers hair... older lady completely buzzed my sons head.. Tall brunette with blond highlights did my daughters hair...ripped at it the whole time was extremely rude to her the whole time then took my daughters money . my daughter asked her to count what shed given her ... She started to just walk away without giving her change... My daughter asked again... She turned around handed my daughter 1 dollar back when she owed her more money back and told her tip is mandatory! and walked away as my daughter told her she didnt want to tip her after how she was treated...
