I love this office. My family of five are all seen by Dr. Brown and his staff. The front desk staff, hygienists, assistants, and Dr. Brown have all been great. We have some challenging children and I have never felt judged or that we were putting them out in any way. The whole office makes us feel at home when we come in.

Stone Creek is the best. We found Dr. Brown when we moved to Utah a few years ago, and hes been OUR dentist ever since. Initially we had our kids at a pediatric dentist, but we moved them over too because Stone Creek is so good, and Dr. Brown is just as good with the kids as he is with the adults. I had a normal (yes, some things are returning to normal) cleaning and exam this morning. While noting the obvious extra precautions now in place to minimize any health risk, it was a totally comfortable and positive experience. Dr. Brown is hands down the best Dentist I’ve ever seen. His staff reflects his personable professionalism extremely well. If your new to the area, or even if you’ve been here all your life - this is the dental office I would recommend.

I was feeling pain so I called to get an appointment. From the beginning contact until I was finished they were quick, friendly, helpful and caring. And they helped me get going in the right direction which was pain free.

I have been going to Dr. Brown for over a decade now. I was referred to him by my sister when I moved here. I used to hate going to the dentist. I never had good experiences with other dentists in the past. For various reasons (painful visits, doing work that either didnt need to be done or not being honest). Then I came to Dr. Brown. He changed everything I ever thought in the past. He restored my faith in good honest dentists. He genuinely cares about his patients. Im never nervous about any of my visits. I dont put the used to be dreaded visits off anymore. Hes done quite a bit of work on my mouth now. I am more than happy with the work hes done. He takes pride in his work. And it shows. Looking for a phenomenal dentist... hes the one.

The Hygienist at this location upsales and does not provide transparent pricing. My insurance was awesome and paid their share but due to the hygienist understating the total cost by 80%, the cleaning ate up my entire years allotment. It is unfortunate when one cannot trust ones healthcare provider to honestly state costs.

Until recently I had been a patient for years. I do not recommend Stone Creek Family Dental due to multiple issues. On several occasions they performed treatment without authorization, such as scheduling an insurance covered cleaning to then have a bill for fluoride and x-rays preformed is without telling patients theses procedures are not included in cleanings and are billed separately.STAFF WILL BLAME YOU FOR THEIR OWN INEPTITUDE!GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

I didnt want to review until Ive had some experience with this particular Office. I have been looking for a new dentist and my search landed me here. A good dentist is a load off of your mind, you feel like you have taken care of something that you need to do. The staff and the Dentist does everything they can to make sure you understand. The best thing is you dont get the feeling that the Dentist is going after large procedures because thats where the money is. He goes for whats necessary and advises you of your options without fear tactics.

Ive been to this office twice and I think my husband has been three times, regular maintenance and the usual middle-aged tooth repairs. Weve been in the valley for over 30 years and have changed dentists several times for typical reasons - changes in insurance, dentists moving farther away, once or twice due to dissatisfaction with services. So far this office has exceeded every hopeful expectation. The staff is well organized and personable, the services by Dr. Brown and Lori, the hygienist weve worked with, have been well done, pain-free, conveniently scheduled and reasonably priced. There are plenty of advance reminders, and not too many, which can be annoying. No fear in going here at all, which is high praise in this household. Everyone in the office seems to enjoy working together and doing a great job. Its a very comfortable vibe there and its been a great find. Its the office we will keep unless they move out of the valley.

Do not go here! I scheduled a teeth clean before work covered by my insurance company and without my knowledge they added an additional screening which cost extra and then they didnt have time to do the teeth cleaning that day and sent me a bill weeks later. This has been the worst dental experience I have ever had. I went some place else and loved it there.

Came in for a cap and filling. So friendly. Enjoyable happy staff. Comfortable environment. TV on the ceiling so I watched while they did their thing. Love it. Great place. Ill be going back for my cleanings from now on.

I went to Dr. Brown for the first time this week and had an excellent experience! All of the staff members I met were very friendly and helpful, and my hygienist did an awesome job and left my teeth feeling SO clean and sparkly! They were able to fit me in quickly when I mentioned that my crown was coming off. Dr. Brown was so nice and I really appreciated how he took the time to answer all my millions of questions and explain everything he was going to do and why it needed to be done! I am usually not a big fan of going to the dentist, but I had a very positive experience at Stone Creek Dental and definitely will be returning!

Tooth sensitivity and “Dental Anxiety” had me change dentists three times while living in Maryland. Now living in Utah I took my “Dentist research” seriously to find the right fit. Dr. Brown’s kind yet fun personality has been huge in reducing my anxiety and his attention to detail has fixed multiple teeth quickly with little to no pain while his experience has ensured NO repeat visits (fixed right the first time!). As long as I live in Utah, I have the Dentist for me!

This was an excellent experience at the dentists. They were super good with my three year old and got her through an unfamiliar experience with humor and grace.I am a much harder patient than she is and they did great with me too. The doctor(s) have always been gentle with me, and I know that I’m a wuss when it comes to my teeth.When my daughters were little, they loved the cave in the lobby. They used to watch movies in there and played with toys and books as well.Let’s get down to brass tax. I have walked in here with ginormous tooth aches, and Dr. Brown made crowns in his office while I was waiting. Dr. Brown thoroughly explains what is being done, and helps you understand in basic terms what he notices and how he fixed the problem. They are very prompt and start your appointment right on time. Update: I had a extraction and root canal tonight. I couldnt have picked a better place to have it done. They were compassionate and kind, and did an excellent thorough job. I actually feel better about any future dental work, knowing they are around! Update on Oct 10, 2019After a few visits to my dentist, some of the issues brought up by the dentist here have not come up with my new dentist. At least half of the recommendations by the dentist here were not even a concern of the new dentist.This office is definitely all about the money. They will recommend work that is not necessary just because they can get away with it. If you want responsible dental care, dont go here.This makes sense because I had a small leftover balance that I was unaware of. I have plenty of money in an HSA to cover those types of expenses so I would have happily paid it if I had known about it. I never received a bill or a phone call. I only found out when I was notified by collections.

After taking my family to Stone Creek Family Dental, I know we have found the perfect dentist. Dr. Labrum and his staff were friendly and helpful. They made my sons feel comfortable and relaxed. They are no longer nervous about visiting the dentist. I would recommend Stone Creek Family Dental and Dr. Labrum every time. Thanks for a great experience.

My visit to Stone Creek Dental was GREAT!I was late for my appointment (cleaning) and they were very understanding and still got me right in. I usually hate going to the dentist (I have a phobia) but Lori was great (The best cleaning Ive ever gotten) I didnt even hurt after, and she didnt get after me and make me feel all bad about not flossing as much as I should. I just dropped over $300.00 on work you said I needed even though my tooth didn’t hurt one bit and now, the crown you put on me on Wednesday won’t even last 2 weeks. Let alone me calling to make an appointment to let you know I’m still in excruciating pain from the work YOU did to only be turn down and told I need to see someone else because I need a root canal??? Yet you put a crown on it first to make money off of me and now turn me away like I was a quick buck and just another number???Shady, Shady, SHADY!

This is a brand new office to us where we went after an awful time at another dentist. I was leery and my toddler didnt want a thing to do with the dentist again. However, the folks at Stone Creek got her through and even had her laughing and singing with them by the end. Teeth checked and polished and good to go.My experience was likewise very pleasant, even if they did find a couple problems left over from dentist the previous, and Im looking forward to a long time with this office.

I have been going to Stone Creek for over 5 years. Everyone is friendly and they remember me and all of my kids. Its like going to visit old friends. They are always able to put our appointments together so I only have to come at one time with my family. And of course, there is a treasure box at the end for the kids to choose a prize from which is a highlight of their visit. I would highly recommend Stone Creek, all the staff from the receptionist to the dentist are amazing!!

WARNING! I took my family of 6 to see Dr. Brown and our very first visit was great. He seemed to be legitimate and gave us different options. But as we continued to see Dr. Brown and his hygienists, things didnt add up. We noticed the hygienists were extremely rough cleaning our mouth and when checking our gums for depth, we noticed they were really digging their tools into our gums and trying to say that we needed a deep cleaning. This didnt add up to me because I had a deep cleaning the year before going to him. Then he informed me that I needed 3 crowns done. Which also didnt add up because Ive always been vigilant about going every 6 months for cleanings and always brush my teeth. We decided to try another dentist and quickly learned Dr. Brown and his office were crooks. The cleanings didnt hurt and when they checked the depths of our gums, it didnt hurt. They also never found any of my teeth to have problems. Ive gone to this other dentist twice now and same story both times.Your cleanings should not hurt and if you feel them digging deep into your gums to check depth, know that this is not normal. It takes a light pressure to check this. I highly suggest you get second opinions always after seeing Dr. Brown and his hygienists.

Where have you been all my life? After researching dentists in my area for months looking for what i believe to be a reasonable price in the dentistry world, i finally found stone creek. They offer an in house membership plan and great rates. It is so appreciated in a larger family with no dental insurance to have this help.

Our family has gone to Dr. Wayne Brown since we moved to Riverton 6 years ago. Over the years with Dr. Brown, I have noticed my kids and I have had less cavities/crowns or major problems. Thats probably due to the great care he and his staff take with each patient. They are honest and watch teeth and fix only when necessary and take the necessary preventive measures. He did beautiful crowns for my implants from missing teeth. Dr. Brown seems educated on the latest treatments and options. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I recommend Stone Creek Family Dental to everyone!

Ive only recently started taking my kids to Stone Creek Family Dental. We have had appointments with both Dr. Labrum and Dr. Brown, and I have been thoroughly impressed with both doctors and the rest of their staff. They were even able to get my anxiety ridden four-year old to complete his first full dental exam (and subsequent cavity filling) ever. I have taken him to have exams every six months since he was two, but only the doctors at Stone Creek were able to get him through a full exam. They do a really good job helping children through what can often be a very scary experience. And my kids wanted me to mention that their prize chest is THE BEST. :)

This is JeNae Hola, my husband and I have both switched Dentists and have been going to Stone Creek Family Dental for a few months now. I have had EXTREMELY bad experiences in the past with other Dentists. Those experiences left me with SEVERE anxiety & very fearful of going to the Dentist. The staff at Stone Creek Family Dental have gone above and beyond every visit to make me feel comfortable. They have never dismissed my fears, and have options to make everyone feel at ease. I have been several times now, because of my fear, I had neglected my teeth for too long. They have not only helped my Smile, but with each returning visit I am a little less fearful. I know that I am in good hands and will be well taken care of.

Every time I went to this office I felt blindsided and taken advantage of. The staff was not informative and Dr Brown didnt seem very honest at all. He did a filling on one of my molars and I went back twice because it was hurting. He suggested shaving it down which he did both times. On my last visit he told me I need a crown on it now. Also, the front desk told me they would call me when my bleach trays came in which would only take 4-7 days. I called 2 weeks later because I hadnt heard anything and they said they had been sitting there waiting for me to come pick them up. I will NEVER go back to this office.
