DO NOT go to this place! My husband was in extreme pain and was able to get in, but the dentist didnt even do an xray to determine what was really going on. He simply looked at the tooth, did a little tapping on it and just referred him to a different dentist. He didnt offer anything for pain relief or anything else. He is not friendly and seems to just be there for the money. He doesnt seem to really care about his patients or their well being. We will NEVER be coming back to this office or any office that this dentist works at.

Helped my 9 year old son with TMJ and got him a brace for night time its helped so far. He also pointed out a few things other Dr didnt tell me about so now I can get my son better healthcare he needs. Thank you

If you see a response to Lucy stating that she was not a patient... I was their previous office manager and she is my family. So that shows you how they treat people. Yes they did treat Lucy, she was a patient there, they just dont know how to take accountability.

I have suffered TMJ, migraines, insomnia, neck and back pain since I was 16 years old and have been seen by doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, and other dentists with no lasting results for healing. As a teenager, my parents knew I was too young for so many problems and we had no idea all of this stemmed from an oral condition. They are genuine, compassionate and truly care about the health and well-being of their patients. They have treated me holistically! They treat me like family. I would not recommend Dr. Brad... he was more fixated on figuring out what my ethnic background was rather than figuring out why I had scheduled a dental visit. Its been over a year since I had work done and my fillings are still painful, I suffer from sensitivity to hot and cold foods/liquids and I cant chew properly when I eat certain foods because it hurts to bite down.Response to Owner:Yes, you would have me on file under my maiden name... I appreciate the offer but I visited a new clinic where they were able to fix the problem and who did not make my visit uncomfortable... ✌

Dr Brad is the best in the industry. I was having tmj and lock jaw issues and he was the only dentist to actually recommend something that fixed the problem. Everyone on the office is super nice and helpful.

Just finished my first visit with Dr. Brad. Great experience! The office staff were pleasant and just great to work with. Dr. Brad explained clearly my options for braces and then let me decide what I wanted to do. Thats exactly what I wanted. I would recommend desert rose dental to anyone interested in orthodontics or just general family dentistry.

I unequivocally recommend Dr. Brad for the latest in palatal reformation and expansion in Utah and really in the West. He continues to press for the optimal treatments for his patients and leads the cutting edge in this exciting and exploratory field. He has a way of explaining things that is very honest and sincerely wishes for the best for ALL his patients. Dr. Brad is a very hard worker and has concerns for his patients optimal treatment outcomes. There is no one I am aware of more versed in adult palatal expansion options and treatment protocols, which is a very difficult thing. He also treats children in a careful and dedicated manner. He does not blindly treat, but is savy in decisions. He relies on the latest in technology advances and carefully reviews the results of CBCT scans with patients. He definitely knows more than orthodontists in this field and pursues safe and effective options that are newly unfolding. Obviously, I think very highly of Dr. Brad and he is very personable. I expect and hope for all the best for him and his practice and family. Utah is lucky to have him.

I seriously love the staff at Desert Rose Dental! They are so kind, so gentle, and SO great with my kids (ages 2 and 4). They are very good at explaining the complex things that my one tooth needed without making it seem scary. And they don’t recommend anything extra that isn’t absolutely vital (my husband had been given a “treatment plan” from stone haven dental that included a lot of extra painful and expensive treatment that wasn’t needed and the staff at Desert Rose Dental gave us a simpler, less expensive plan that made much more sense). I highly recommend this place!

I have bad experience there. I went there two times for cleaning first visit was not bad but she cleaned my teeth and than I went home and checked my teeth it was same nothing was changed. I am drinking coffee and I have stains . They were not gone. Second visit it was painful and teeth cleaning person put cleaning water in my nose, ears and than my t-shirtshe was laughing what she did to me and she said sorry. She brushed my teeth 3 times with powerful brush after she cleaned I had bleeding gum and sensitive teeth.

Greatest dental experience!!! My 5 year old had 3 cavities and had them all filled in one visit. It took less then an hour. The whole staff made her feel safe and comfortable. She didn’t even wince when she received the shots and was laughing and joking through it all. Most amazing family dentist!!!!

We started going here 2 years ago when we had an emergency dental situation and had no insurance. They were the only ones to return our weekend nervous parent call.They were so helpful, really honest, and charged us a super reasonable price.Since then we have loved this place. We have 5 children and have gone to several children dentist places. Busy, took a long time, plus getting myself in... it was not always a great experience.Its personal, family oriented and the people who work here are amazing and kind. They are also fun to be around.We will be usin Desert Rose Dental for many years to come.

Desert Rose is the best dental office in all of Utah! Dr Brad went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and Nor, the hygienist is great as well! The assistants are incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly as well! The whole office is really great!

I have been going to Dr. Lockhart for over 10 years (I started at his CA office) and he basically cured me of the fear of dentists. He is a great doctor and is very personable. He always listens to your needs as a patient and offers the best solution. Visiting his offfice always feels like visiting family. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Brad is an amazing and accomplished dentist with an expansive expertise within all area of dentistry.We love that we can have both general and ortho at the same office with the same doctor. DR. BRAD!! He is super good with kids and has a friendly, charismatic personality that can put a smile on your face in minutes. Figuratively and literally. He does high quality work and you can tell of the bat that he loves what he does.This is our 4th and 5th child in braces. It is also our 4th ortho. We are so excited that he is in Utah and now in the Salt Lake Valley. We highly recommend him for all your dental needs.
