Everyone at this dentist is incredible. I see Dr. Richard’s and he is amazing. Very caring, explains what/why he is doing something and always makes you feel comfortable. I also cannot say enough good things about Whitney at the front desk(I am so sorry if I spelt her name wrong). She is so sweet and always makes you feel welcome. She will go above and beyond to try and help in anyway that she can! I have had nothing but positive experiences when I go in your my appointments at the Riverton location. 💗

Dr. Myers is so great! He’s very personable and friendly! I had a great experience with my assistant Lindsey and hygienist Shantel. Everyone was very knowledgeable and educational. I felt taken care of and at ease. I appreciate the integrity of each of the staff. I would definitely recommend professional dental to my friends :) thank you!

Dr. Myers is a great dentist. I really have a hard time going because of a bad experience. He put me right at ease. Hes very gentle and thorough. I also had my teeth cleaned and the girl was awesome and so sweet. The whole staff was very warm and inviting! Very clean dental office!!

We came here because we dont have dental insurance, and their in-house plan is very affordable. They also have an especially accommodating schedule. We were quite impressed with the friendly, professional staff. Whitney at the front desk is great - love her! Shantel, the hygienist, did a very thorough job from beginning to end. Dr. Myers took the time and care to ensure the exam was complete. The assistants too were nice and helped make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. See you in six months!

Great office. Super convenient: they have evening hours. Dr Myers is very friendly and has experience with everything. My hygienist Chantelle, is extremely thorough - my teeth are super smooth after each cleaning. Highly recommended.

I have never met a more professional and friendly staff in the dental field! And Dr. Allen made me feel at ease and calm and I felt like I could trust anything he said. I have always been terrified of dentists but these guys are AMAZING!!! Thank you all so much!!!

When we first started going to Professional Dental, I had no complaints. They were nice the work they did was fine. I think I even gave them a positive review once. The problems came later...The receptionist/billing lady at Professional Dental was making mistakes and doing weird things with our account. We had a dental discount plan, but she took that plan and recorded it as a nice insurance plan. That made it so they werent charging us as much as they should have for our dental work. I double checked with her to make sure we were getting charged the right price, and I was reassured that the prices were correct.We were not doing well financially, due to our lack of money, my family had gone without dental care for a few years, so we were overdue, and we were happy to get all our work done at the prices we were receiving.It wasnt until about a year later that they called me up and said... Hey, we have some problems with your account and you owe us lots of money.Not only had the receptionist been charging us incorrectly, but she had made a mess of our account. When they called me, there were multiple accounts for our family. It took them a few weeks for them to even weed through the mess she had made.When it was all said and done, they stuck us with a big fat bill. I tried to negotiate with them. The only reason I had gotten all of our work done was because the prices were so reasonable. If I had been given correct information, then I would have adjusted accordingly.Ultimately, they were unsympathetic to my situation and sent me to collections. And if anyone has been sent to collections, you know what a nightmare that is. I probably shouldnt have been so stubborn about it, but I feel like a business should be more understanding when it was their own employees that caused the whole mess.So, what started out as a good experience ended up with some pretty bitter feelings towards them because my family and I paid the price for their employees mistakes. And because of this well never go back to Professional Dental.

The entire staff at Professional Dental in Riverton is great. I felt comfortable when I walked in and was greeted. All my procedures have been absolutely painless.and done perfect.I have been several times and would like to add how well they handle covid. I enjoy the professional and fun nature of Dr Richards and his assistants. I have always had fear of the denist office and have put treatment off because of it. They put me at ease.

Dr. Myers and his staff are fantastic! They always greet my family with a smile and Dr. Myers is always cracking a joke. Their staff is great about communicating our appointments and dental care. They even offer weekend and evening appointments! I couldn’t recommend this office enough!

Professional dental has taken great care of me. They are a big dental group that treats you like family. I love the flexibility of times and locations available. Dr Myers is excellent and has been the best! He and his assistant Ashley, have done great work with my implants and all my dental work, and treated me like family! I LOVE professional dental!

I’ve been coming to professional dental since I moved to Utah . I love them for my deep cleaning also for my orthodontist. They are nice and take good care of your teeth ! 😃 highly recommend if your looking for a dentist . My hygienist was Megan and she was so great , informative and patient .

I will never be going back to Professional Dental again. The hygienist cleaned my teeth poorly. She did not take her time cleaning each tooth properly. I could still feel plaque on my teeth after she was “done”. I mentioned how a tooth of mine had been aching. The Dr. stated I had two cavities. I also mentioned to her that the previous dentist I went to in the state I just moved from (whom was great), stated we needed to keep an eye on some of my fillings to be replaced, as they are older. She told me they look good and to just wait until a chunk falls out (no..... that’s what I want to prevent from happening). I left that office with my mouth in pain for an hour. I had scheduled to get my cavities taken care of but could not pull through because I didn’t trust them after that experience. I went to new office a couple weeks after the cleaning at Professional Dental and they were absolutely amazing. Not to mention... I DON’T have any cavities. This other fabulous dentist I went to also showed me which filling we need to keep and eye on and why. Do not waste your time here. There are MUCH better offices out there.Also, they make you put a down payment on any work you need done on your teeth, otherwise you can’t make an appointment. I’ve never been to an office that does that.

This office has got to be one of my favorite dentist offices I have ever been to. Sydney was super friendly and thorough with my cleaning and Dr. Myers helped me feel right at home. Everything was explained simply and I definitely felt like I knew what was going on the whole time. The office manager Liu is awesome too!

We took our son here back in 2017 and the dentist was pretty rude. We ended up having to go somewhere else to get the same tooth fixed again later. We paid upfront before we left and two years later I recieved a bill and when I called to find out why I was recieving a bill they said that I didnt have insurance and I was responsible for the insurance portion. I was able to get proof that I and all of my children were on the insurance back in 2017 and they are still making me pay for it.

Very unhappy with all their services. Very hard to reach by phone. Unprofessional staff- hygienist refused to do my routine cleaning claimed I needed a deep cleaning so did nothing and still charged us! Office staff told us our copays raised although when we called our insurance they said nothing had changed and professional dental continued to charge us the higher copay! They sent us a letter saying they didnt accept our insurance anymore but continued calling for routine checkups and would say they do accept our insurance? Every person there gives you a different explanation so its quite a dysfunctional operation! Would not recommend and they dont even deserve one star.

I really enjoyed how comfortable the dentist and all the staff made me feel. Everyone was friendly and wasnt rushed to go somewhere else.My schedule is a little different than most and with their after hours services, they were able to get me in after 8pm.The dentist was hilarious and he made it a point to lighten the mood.The even let me watch my favorite movie, Interstellar. Needless to say, I felt like a kid again!Thank you staff and professional dental! I will be back!

I went here for the first time and this lady there had trouble x raying my teeth. They only scaled and flossed my teeth, no fluoride or anything (which I was surprised by because my former dentist used fluoride on my teeth.) I overheard the dentists talking to each other and said I had a problem with two of my teeth? They were sharp and I need fillings or something? Not sure, but they didn’t tell me anything other than I have to show up again in 3 weeks (which I can’t) and I talked to the front desk and they said they’ll just call me to tell me the problem. Haven’t heard from them yet. Also, the power went out a few times.
