I would give them a big zero if I could, their web page states walk in welcome. I wait 45 minutes for them to open to be told appointments only when they had one patient. I called customer care and they said they can’t turn me down if I have COVID symptoms. Customer care sent me an hour away and they refused me also. Never again will I waist my time with these folks

They were so nice to get me in 30 minutes before close. Very fast and smooth process and everyone was nice. I definitely recommend it!

Very worst experience. Too much of wait time and they don’t treat your illness proper. If you go with same symptoms in 2 days they still loot you and say take the over the counter medication. Never gonna go there again. Wondering how people gave 5 stars. Atleast treat the illness for the money that people pay. You are not doing it for free! Couldn’t give the stars in negative!

Making an appointment rather than walking in is definitely a better way to go. Was seen within 5 minutes after getting there for my appointment. Doctor didn’t have to do much this time—my cough was evidence of my respiratory condition. In and out within 30 min.

Terrible communication here. Canceled appointment because they we’re upset at my response to their automatic text message. Next time have some common sense when reaching out to a patient about a past due balance that’s already taken care of.

My wife made an appointment to get a Covid test. We were about to leave when she told me there were other available slots so that I could also test. I called to confirm and they told me they were out of tests and that it was a good thing I called before I came. Then I asked why they didn’t call to inform my wife that had made an appointment an hour previously. They said they were busy.

Very efficient. Friendly staff. They held very close to my online appointment time, and I was in and out in under an hour! The physician did not rush through her evaluation. I would definitely return if I had another non-emergent issue.

I would give them a 0 if there is an option.I called the location and they stated that we do not need appointment for Covid test. They verified insurance, and said that I can come now. We showed up, and they said we need appointment because they are out of test and the earliest appointment is 3 days away. They need to know what they are talking about instead create inconvenience for the patients.

Everyone from the front desk lady, the check in nurse, and the physician were very friendly and attentive!! This made a great impression since this was my first time going to a PrimaCare. I would definitely recommend to my friends as I was referred by another friend. The COVID test wasn’t shoved my nose to tickle my brain and my didn’t water up as the nurse was exceptional and experienced. Oh and btw, my text came back negative!!!

An hour ago I called the office to see if they would accept my insurance. The lady at the front was so nice. Every singlePerson here that took care of me was outstanding. I’m great full that they are in business.

The doctor and nurse very nice. I felt stomachache they give me a shot to stop the pain. Just waiting time a little long. My appointment it’s 9:15 almost 9:40 call me. I understand only have one doctor and assistant in there. I suggest that in online for make a appointment. They are also accept my Moline insurance.

It hard to book a same day appointment for work related injury. I waa able to book three days away. Showed up and waa told their xray machine has been down for 2 weeks. And I needed to go somewhere else. And that they noticed I would need an xray when they read my paperwork I filled out online. A phone call would have been nice and an offer to find another Primacare that had an opening and working xray.

Always very helpful with any issues we have came to them forEdit - they were very helpful, I had a VIDEO VISIT FOR ME SCHEDULED AT 5 PM. At 5:30 I called and they said they have me as a call ahead check in. So I didn’t call ahead, I went through the app… but it’s 5:30 and didn’t get a call like “where you at????” , but instead it let me in a video call just to wait.

Everyone at Prima Care was wonderful. The professionalism & care you receive is great. The doctors, nurses & front desk are very good & attentive.

OMG talk about the friendliest the best patient care ever. Best experience bar none. Having to take my child to an emergency facility is stressful enough. My child is already in a lot of pain and I feel helpless. The women working at this place including the doctor were just phenomenal. Come to think of it not only in this Richardson location but also the Plano location. I swear I had great customer service there also. You know how sometimes you go somewhere and people are nice because thats the right thing to do and its kind of like fake, but okay cuz youre strangers. Well these women at both facilities were super nice. I felt like we had known them for years because we could feel that they really cared. Feels great to know theres still nice people in the world that really care. God bless all those beautiful women. They deserve it.

Everyone was friendly and helpful despite me arriving so close to closing time. Nobody showed any concern about being ready to leave; it was all about taking care of me. The FNP was pleasant, thorough and communicating with me the whole time. Thanks!

My actual visit was only about 20 minutes and very easy. I checked in online around 1 pm for my 1:15 “que” and did not get called back until 2:45 pm. I spent almost 2 hours waiting and 2 hours there total. If not for the wait, it would have been deemed at 5 star.

Worst front desk receptionist I have ever encountered. Was rude from the beginning.Wanted to have a talk with doctor about a previous visit and was told that’s what a Primary Care Doctor is for. If I currently had a PCP wouldn’t have bothered wasting my time coming to this location.

Reception was friendly. Insignificant wait time cause had booked appointment on phone. Necessary test were done quickly and doctor explained duagnosis and cause of action. In less than an hour was on my way home.👍

Called to make appointment was told to do it myself online, (whats the point of a receptionist?) We show up 5 minutes early for our 2 pm appointment only to still be sitting here at 2:40! If your doctor is running behind that should be disclosed at check in! So rude!

The practitioner that met with me was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. The MA also was very thorough and did a great job. My only complaint is that if you go wait in your car for your turn to be called, they won’t call you in. They said you just have to keep checking your status from the text message they send you.

I have taken my autistic son to three different doctors about his infected toe and all of them have prescribed antibiotics the first time it did nothing the second time not more than the first, the third time it decreased the infection slightly BUT only this time when I saw this doctor did she actually tell me why his toe was infected and where the infection actually came from came from, no other doctor gave us an actual reason just antibiotics, and antibiotics are not going to fix what is wrong with my son, thanks to this doctor we actually have a real diagnosis and treatment which are not antibiotics and be will heal and now I know that this will actually go away. We walked in to this clinic and even though Alex had 14 people in front of him we were able to go home and wait at home because of an app that had an active waiting list that we could watch and come back whenever he was next in line the doctor was amazing the staff was amazing I just gave five stars because that was the limit but if there were more I would give more. This place truly cares about people and takes the time to ask the questions that make a difference. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The appointment and check in process was a breeze since it was all done online. I did have to wait about 30 mins to be seen after I arrived at 9:15am (time of my appointment). After that Everything went pretty smoothly and I was seen by Ednah (NP) to be tested for covid, strep and flu. It only took about 20 mins to get the results. The staff is friendly and courteous. Overall had a great experience and I would probably return again if there was ever a need.

These people were 💯 starting at the phone call. Everyone was very nice, polite and thorough in answering my questions. They attended both my husband and I at the same time. The doctor was short handed so she was working as THE doctor and nurse. On top of that she had 3 emergencies while I waited. She was thorough, attentive and helpful in every way. Even though it’s an emergency care clinic they saw me for a Covid 19 test. I had to wait but I was happy to do it.

The wait was long, but I was a walk-in and it was 5:30pm. I was able to track when I was next, so I waited in my car. I was not in a rush.My husband went after 12 noon, and his wait was much shorter. He was also a walk-in.The clinic hours are great!

My husband and I had at appointment at 5 and 5:30. I went before 5pm and the receptions took all my information. I had to wait till 5:50 and I kept asking the receptionist when Will I be called, she was rude to me and told me that she’ll call 911 if I don’t leave. It was her fault that she took a walk-in patient before me. She only did that because I was telling her that I was getting late. This is so unprofessional. Empty lobby, no patients inside and making me wait for what? Ethically this is so wrong that I have to pay to get insulted. I just left from there. Please guys don’t go at this facility.

Yeah I see all the great reviews and I studied them long because I wanted to believe it. everything I read about this stated that the visit to just see a doctor without insurance would be $100.00 to $150.00 which I was prepared to pay. but then I was told by receptionist it would be $350.00 just to visit. and when I mentioned cysts removal she had no clue what I was referring to. now both of these issues are mentioned on their website. if you are going to have a website for your business I would think the staff should be aware of what is on the website. I know Medical care is not cheap but $350.00 for a visit that will last no longer than five minutes,

If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked in to an empty waiting room to take a covid test for my kids. The receptionist act to be busy and told us to wait, and I waited for 15min, like I said I walked in to an empty waiting room. After waiting for 15min, I got a phone call from my sister and I step outside for a min, when I came back into the waiting room, the front desk lady was like I call you while u walked out and we closed at 5pm like woman if you closed at 5pm. You could just help us to sign-in or fill out the form in the first place. Thats not how you treat the patients. I usually don’t post bad reviews but this place is horrible customer service and wait times.

Prima care needs to verify peoples insurance before they come in for their appointments I made appointment yesterday come to find out my insurance doesn’t cover x-rays now if they had checked my insurance before I came in that I would have known that the x-ray was not cover waste of my time even coming in it not professional at all

Was taken in for COVID test even though I did not have an appointment. Wait time was very reasonable and was treated very well. Have already referred a couple of people.

Great people, the lady at front greets you before you notice her. from the time I walked in the clinic till the time I saw the doctor I was very comfortable. The clinic was very clean and doctor Roopa was very caring and compassionate.

Went to do Covid-19 test for my mother. They dont need appointment as well as referral for the test. Went in, waiting for Max 15 min and they called us in. Very good service. Stuffs are very nice and helpful. Doctor was very kind and explaining everything slowly for my mother to understand as she has a little but language barrier. certainly I would recommend this place. Thank you Prima care. Oh not to mention the test results came negative and they called me in 2 days. Thank you Almighty!

Im from out of town, well, out of state actually and I have never had to visit a doctor when traveling. This was a very pleasant experience. I made an online appointment and the whole process was very smooth. Once I got to the office all of the ladies were awesome. Corina checked me in, Amber took me back and Dr. Srinivasan saw me. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I dont recommend getting sick away from home but if you do I would recommend that you go here!

Didn’t explain that they were going to charge later when I asked about the payment. Also I had to wait over an hour because they took care of people who came after me and were not in line.

The clinic was clean, well run with professional personnel. Even though I was the 5th person there waiting, I was tended to and my issue and a plausible diagnostics.

The wait time is quick. You can make your appointment online and come 10 minutes before your appointment. On misted day they get you in and out. Check to make sure they take your insurance. Other that you have to pay any fees for any services you receive.

This place is overall a fine place to go if you have a health issue you need help with but there isn’t really a whole lot of privacy for your private info. Allow me to explain:When you walk in, the heavyset nurse at the front desk asks you for all your confidential information which includes first and last name, phone number, address, date of birth, address. I had 6 people behind me in the waiting area and they all heard what I was saying.In today’s day and age I expect a much higher level of privacy especially at a healthcare facility.

I can always count on Primacare to provide prompt, efficient care. My GP has not seen patients since February, but I know that I can depend on Primacare.

They were courteous, prompt ,and saw me right away. Was happy that they accepted my Medicare Advantage Plan which Care Not doesn’t. Was pleased with the care I was given by a physician assistant. He was thorough and gave me a prescription for if my sore throat persists. Gave me after care instructions as well. Was pleased with my experience.
