Review №1

I waited nearly an hour today to be seen when I’d made an appointment prior to coming in. After waiting patiently and feeling unvalued—I asked for a refund. No apology from staff or understanding of how disruptive this can be for a patient. On top of that, the issue I went in for went unresolved.I don’t recommend. I’ve had better service from a local CVS or urgent care center.

Review №2

I have been a patient here for a couple of years now. I came here because they have labs on site, equipment other PCPs dont have and I can get in pretty easily when calling the office or online. I loved that during Covid they adapted and started offering telemed and have continued it for established patients. As a nurse, I understand adding telemed on top of in-person visits adds to the workload. Add in patients who havent been in a while in person and you might end up waiting a bit to be seen. It is what it is...sometimes I wait, sometimes its faster. But I really like Toni and Dr. Abraham and will wait to see them. I mention this as I noticed a review about wait times. Honestly, its like that everywhere now. They take their time in the room with me so I dont mind they do that with other patients as well.
