I was looking in the area for a obgyn as a new patient, the front desk was completely rude to me, honestly i was surprised i literally set up appointments for my job, in the medical field, she told me she could not set up a appointment for me unless i had my insurance card/ lost me there, if i could give 0 stars i would. You would expect me saying that i am a new patient would change the nasty rude tone she had, but that was not the case, would NOT recommend.

I have been going to dr Norton since 2012 , she is very nice dr, I always feel very comfortable with her,just one thing I don’t like which annoys me a lot,they give appointment date when you go for it then they said dr is busy today,but nurse can check you , waiting period ks so long after long wait you end up with nurse but not doctor , they just waste our time so much

Dr. Carol Norton is excellent and knowledgeable. Medical assistant was thorough and made me feel comfortable. Practice was easy to schedule with. Respectful, professional. I felt very comfortable and cared for during my entire visit.

Ive been going to Dr. (Carol Beth) Norton for 2+ years and she has been THE BEST. Not only is she professional and knowledgable, she manages to make me feel 100% comfortable (and if you knew me, I have anxiety about going to the doctor especially alone) throughout the whole appointment whether it be an physical examination or a list of questions. Im extremely happy that Ive found a doctor thats pretty much enjoyable to visit which is so hard for me to find bc Im picky. Love her! 5 stars.

Do not go to this location to see Dr Brooks, Downey or anyone at this OBGYN! I asked for a simpler way to update my file and was immediately transferred to the office manager. They are rude. Shannon, the office manager, made me feel insecure, gave me an anxiety attack, was not a sensitive caring individual, and VERY COMBATIVE, advised she was going to cancel my appt because I asked if there was a simpler way to update my file. I called back to let her know how she made me feel and did not care. This is the 5th time the staff has been rude and unempathetic to my concerns. I have had this appt sched for 2wks. I took time to advise my boss, set the time aside, etc. They dont care about you. Go somewhere else!

I called to schedule new patient appointment they had me on hold for five minutes, answers the phone just to put me on hold again. Phone receptionist was rude.

Worst place ever..
