Worst surgeon ever. Luckily I found someone with enough skill to repair the damage but it took 2 more operations. Thanks for taking 2 years of my life. I really cant believe you still have a license. Something seriously wrong with Texas.

Dr Madsen is amazing and staff is great too! This is your go to Orthopedic Dr/Surgeon!! Great knowledge, diagnosis and only wants the best for you. He has preformed carpal tunnel surgery on my right wrist. Quick recovery, no complications, I returned to work within a week! I continue to see Dr Madsen for carpal tunnel injections in the opposite wrist every 4/6 months until surgery is needed! He also preformed surgical hip injections for my hip dysplasia. I have received much relief since seeing him! I recommend this office for all your orthopedic needs!!

The doctors office uses an outside vendor in order for you to obtain your medical records. The vendor charges $27.50. Why should a patient have the expense to obtain what is clearly their own property.

My recommendation is to go somewhere else. Unless the doctor is saving my life, I do not believe it is worth $662.50 of real money for 10 minutes of time. Thats just my two cents. May be a good doctor, but may be quite greedy as well. Who knows?

I can’t say enough about Dr. Terry Madsen, our (Hhc Amatus) has cared for multiple of his patients after surgery for years and I can’t tell you how happy they all are with his care, he even gives his cell number out to them which I think is excellent for patients that may need that extra direction and to know he’s available is just awesome. Go and see him!

I went to Dr. Madsen after being misdiagnosed by another Dr. He made me feel very confident that I was at the right place now. Im still only a few weeks post op but i can already see his professional experience has done me physically and mentally a world of good!!!
